Got an estimate and scheduled deer collision damage repair with these guys and was met with nothing but respect and courtesy. The lady behind the desk was extremely helpful with getting my truck scheduled. The guy giving the estimate was pleasant to deal with as well. So far so good.

The receptionist was rude. They replaced and painted my front bumper after I hit a big raccoon. Insurance (Progressive) covered all but $500 deductible. The paint didn t match and after about a year started to flake off. They won t honor the warranty and said that the problem is stone chips. Not true. If I could rate them less than one star I would. DO NOT trust them to do a good job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The work performed I believe is to be up to standard and the gentlemen performing the work was very helpful and explained the process well. The and I use the lightly "lady "behind the counter with the 3 different interactions we have had from her has been the most unprofessional rude condescending I have ever dealt with in my life. How they remain in business with her as the face of the company is a mystery. I cannot imagine how horrible she is to a customer that had issue with the work when we have had no ill feelings what so ever of the service we received or the work being done in a timely manor. If she is that miserable of a person and cannot communicate with people she should retire and get away from the public. I will never willingly return to this shop.Service: Body & Trim

Worst company I have ever had to do business with. The lady behind the counter was the rudest person I ve ever met in a service position. My insurance company told me to go there and when I arrived, the lady told me I should just leave. When I told her I was referred to them by my insurance company she told me she didn t care and then talked down to me, implying I was stupid for even considering them. She then went on to complain about her schedule and after several minutes I decided to leave and find someplace else. How this company even stays in business with this woman as the face of their company is beyond me.

Called to clarify how the process works being that I have only had to get a repair done to a vehicle one other time. Person who answered the phone was very arrogant and got an attitude with me. At this point I decided to go somewhere else and told her so; she hung-up on me. All I was trying to clarify was if they do a thorough inspection to make sure non-performance based parts aren't broken and got a response of we can just tell. Would not ever recommend this place.

My dealings with Findlay quality collision in Findlay was spectacular Bill was courteous and truthful and everything was aboveboard it was a great experience and we got the car back when he said we would. I would recommend this business for anybody who needs car body work done it was professionally well done.The work we had done was on a brand new 3 week old Hyundai and when we got it back it look just like it did off the dealer's lotServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone rear ended me while I was on the road for work. I took my car to Findlay Quality Collision and they handled everything flawlessly. Not only did they repair my car back to its original condition but they also drove me to the nearby Enterprise so that I could rent a car and get home. My day was an absolute nightmare until I took my car here. Great work and friendly staff!

They did a horrible job on the body work .clearly body and door didnt line up so we gave them a second chance to fix and they called and said its much better but when we looked at it didnt look like they did anything to it missing interior parts for my door they just lost it .lady was very rude up front and I wouldnt take my car there ever again. they push for that quick money and if you owe alot on your car make sure its done right .Service: Body & Trim

Agreed on other reviews, they did good work for us in the past but when I called this time the secretary was rude and didn't help at all. I needed to get the car towed and was trying to choose a place to have the insurance company tow it too, and they said they needed an estimate first. No duh, that's why I needed it brought in to get looked at.Do yourselves a favor - look elsewhere. Bad customer service at the front desk is always a bad sign of things to come.

Dropped off my 16 cruze with some dents and scratches down the side, was given an estimate of 2000 dollars, after I dropped off the car, someone from here called me and said they had to adjust the estimate because the damage wasnt as bad as originally thought. Saved me 500 dollars, most places wouldnt do that. Very nice 10/10 would reccomend

Went there because it was a preferred shop and when we received our vehicle back it wasn't right. Took it back to them about the issues and they said they would order parts and call us to fix it. It has been almost 2 months and no phone calls.

After I received my vehicle back from the accident it was making noises. I called them and they said it was nothing they did and argued with me on the phone as if I was stupid. I will never go back there again. They try and take advantage of you because they think you won't know or understand.

Dont take your car to this place. The lady up front is something else!!!! The customer service is horrible. Got the car back and it was filthy on the inside, scratches on the rear quarter they replaced and there reply was "it happens". Bad buissnes here!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very POOR work...

Secretary was extremely rude and would even deny that anything was wrong with the car. The car was fixed and was not even close to be cleaned on the inside. My windshield was shattered and glass was everywhere even after they fixed it. Customer service was very poor.

Hay my wife was in a car wreck on May 4th 2020 it was back we all was thinking the car be ready for junk yard but no this place saved it and got my looking like new and drives good I must say thank you all for what u all did for us words can't even say it but wow wow nice any one say this place is no good thay full of BS I'm telling u this is the best ever in town I will naver go no else but here thanks u all are nice and friendly too u saved are car and got us back to life again I can only rate 5 stars but is I could I do 100 stars thanks ever one so vary much

I had my Cadillac in for a hood and grill fix last fall, the paint job on my hood I wasn't happy with it, they buffed it a bit and it looked better.

Save your self the trouble. Look elsewhere! Brought van in to be fixed and left with a damaged back bumper. They claimed that the tow truck did it. The one they sent to get it. NEVER AGAIN.
