                      This place is always so helpful. I haven't found a staff member who was not able to help me. Not only do they do their job inside if you need them to look at your car and help you with something, they always try to do their absolute best to help me do that. You never wait long to get assistance. They always have what I need. This is definitely my go-to auto store.                       Autumn & staff were incredible on the Tiffin ave branch in Findlay, Ohio.  They completely understand what customer service is and know how to provide top-notch service.  The Trenton Ave branch however....something left to be desired as I will NEVER Go back to that branch even though it is closest to my house.

                      The customer service there is literally the best I have ever seen at a retail store.                       Needed to replace my mass air flow sensor which was bought from autozone & had gone bad before the warranty was up therefore was being replaced for free. The cashier informed me that the part would have to be ordered & that I would have to return the following day to pick it up. No big deal this is to be expected. So the next day I drive from my home in Carey to pick up the part. However unfortunately they had ordered the wrong part & then proceeded to try to make me pay for it even though it was under warrenty. After I explained that, & that it was not the correct part they apologized & promised to have the right part in the next day. Feeling a bit ticked but understanding that mistakes happen I return home only to go back the next day at the time I was told just for them to tell me it wasn't there yet but would be in the next 30 minutes. So I wait around in town & return in the 30 minutes & still no part. Cashier said it'd now be another 4 hours before it would get there. I have now had to miss days of work because my car is not only needed to get to & from but also an essential part of my work day. It's a simple fix that would take me 10 or so minutes. It seems as though the employees really have no clue what's going on & will say anything to make you happy even if its untrue & will only result in future frustration. Still have yet to receive the part & believe that this was all handled very unprofessionally. When you promise something to a customer & don't follow through with it expect them to be disappointed & to not return.

                      My sister and I had car trouble - check engine light came on on road trip to Torch Lake, Michigan . Outstanding associates there.                       I stopped in to replace a windshield wiper blade and even though it was 20 minutes to closing, freezing, an employee on her smoke break took the time to help me install them. When the blades I originally purchased didn't fit, she went back and got the correct blades.A true definition of going above and beyond.                       When you're in the business of providing parts, you should make sure you're selling the correct part for the vehicle. And if you get it wrong once, you should DOUBLE-check before you sell another wrong part to replace the first wrong one. We've gone back a third time now, trying to get the correct part without having to purchase it again. We've also already paid to have the part installed by a mechanic twice.                       Auto Zone rarely let's me down, I need parts now because I got to have them for work. Amazon takes 2 weeks to get me parts and are cheaper but too slow.                       I'm from lima, headed to Findlay today to grab a bite to eat tire went flat so I stopped to air up and see how bad the problem was bought a patch/plug kit and plugged the tire. Went in after being completely soaked from this rain and asked if the guy had a pocket knife or something to cut excess of plug. He could see I was soaked and just shook his head while looking down at the counter where they had pocket knives for sale...well eat a bag o d**** I'll never stop at your parts store again idc I'll walk back to Lima before I waste my time with you jerks again

                      It was a blessing in disguise when the staff refused to help me. I went to Sears and purchased a BETTER battery for a LOWER cost! My father had recommended Auto Zone so I went there first. The woman left me standing around for over half an hour waiting on someone to come back from lunch. When I realized there were actually 4 people still working in the store, I challenged her on why I was waiting. So, she finally checked my battery. Then she told me she couldn't install it because there was a bar over the battery. She suggested I buy one and take it to Sears or Muffler Bros. for installation! I called Sears and they said they could take care of me immediately.  Needless to say, I won't be going to Auto Zone again.
