Im very Happy with Teds repair shop, very friendly and professional people, my water pump broke and I came here midnight, early morning they get me in the bay and now its 1:10pm after only 5 hours they replaced with new water pump. Thanks everyone!!!Highly recommend!!

Ted's Truck and Trailer Repair always takes care of me. Even in spur of moment for repair, made time to get this done so I could get back to making money. Still great service!!!

My front differential went out on Sunday morning and I contacted Teds on Monday. They got me in the shop and back on the road today Tuesday. Less than 24 hours. Awesome Service ! They re competitor Bubba and I mentioned their name because they were trying to over charge me by over 2600.00 and could not get the differential in stock for two to three days the lady told me on the phone. Teds got me on the road in less than 24 hours at a very fair price. I met Ted and his 16 year old son that gave me a ride to the hotel and Ted the owner picked me up. Please don t waste your time calling anyone else. Awesome service, family atmosphere, down to earth. It s hard to find such fair pricing and the treatment I received today. Thank God for people like you. THANKS TED!!

I wont leave a lengthy review, I'll just say tremendously disappointed.When a shop stands to make a few grand you would think they would get on it . ( within givin timeframe)But then wont give you a strait answer or even call you back with a courtesy update.Just went checked in kid says " yeah we haven't even looked at it " . So I took my truck home , along with any possibility of business from me.If you had a good experience good for you ,I did not .I will say Ted was friendly enough on the Phone though, that fella behind the counter.... not so much.Cant reply below , but I was told it would be two weeks before it could get in . Here we are 3 weeks later and haven't even looked at it . I understand you have to try to explain it away as not to detour potential customers. But if you cant even make five minutes to return a call , as the owner ... that's not good . Pretty quick to post a cover on a bad review though. Would've been a different story had you taken that five minutes to call me back or walk up to the desk while I was standing there . I said two weeks is fine to get it in, not three coming up on four . I'm one of those folks that do what I say when I say it . Its you're loss not mine ,Not a great way to gain new customers though.

Ted's has been my goto shop for a couple years now. Always taken care of my needs, no matter what. His mechanics are professional, and easy to talk too. Even during these trying time Ted has never turned his back on me.

The worst experience i ever had .he lied when he said he would work on. I needed 3 three things done he said we do one thing at a time.took him 3 weeks to do one thing . 2 weeks to get the part.said he couldn't do the cylinders .but i had anothe Mechanic fix them they work very goodthey are lazy. over charge me on labor.i just wanted it out of there but i could say more and more

Had a driver break a belt this morning on his truck. Called over there, they had the belt in stock and got him taken care of right away. Extremly friendly, fast, and more than fair pricing. We appreciate not being taken advantage of even though we were from out of town. Will most definitely be using this shop again should we have any more problems in the future in their area. What a great repair shop call just after closing time last night told them I need a brake Chamber they told me park in front of a bay 3 door and the would get me in frist thing in the morning in the morning I informed them company wanted dot inspection done on trailer they said no problem took care of that in and out in no time they have a great hourly rate compared to most places very happy with service definitely recommend this place

It was the best Experience ever, guys took a look at our trailer and fixed it in 5 mins! PLUS they didn t charged us anything!!! Perfetto!!!
