I visited last year to get tires checked due to tire pressure dropping frequently. The staff was friendly and honest. My tires had no leaks, I was advised on next steps and not charged. I appreciated the honesty.

I was passing through on my way to the zoo with my kids and my car was shaking. They were able to get me right in to balance my tires! No wait. They had a waiting area with water and coffee. Very clean environment and the guys working were extremely nice!

My first time in here..I was recommended by the place I take my vehicles to get worked on. The prompt customer service..simple explanation of what was done..wow! The manager John knocked it out of the park! We will be regular hometown customers!..Now..my second time here..I ruined 2 of my rims & tires on my 2009 grand marquis. I had AAA tow it there late on a Wed. The next morning I went in at 9am. Jared & all the mechanics were so helpful. I was given many options. They helped me pick out rims & the tires I wanted. Said they could get it done THAT DAY! I couldn't believe it! I figured it would take a few days..at least. By 11:30 am..they called..said it was done! The customer service is top gun! They treat you like family..not just another customer!!

Rude employees. Like to lie and cheat their customers out of hundreds of dollars. Still waiting after over a year for them to fix damage they caused to two vehicles at once including but not limited too $6,500 in paint damages, $7,800 in dents and scratches. They do everything they can to scam as much money out of u as possible. Don t be late on ur payment not even once or they will damage your property and scam u any way possible.

Amazing service, awesome people. Was sitting in the Tire Discounters parking lot because I wasn't too thrilled with their lack of motivation to help look into my tire issue. I called RNR Tire Express, explained to them what was happening, and they got me taken care of same day! Customer for life, I will tell all of my friends and family to come here!

Made an appointment still waited over an hour before they even took my vehicle in. 3 1/2 hours later they damaged one of my stainless valve stems then charged me $60 to replace the sensor and stem, they replaced it with a black rubber stem! Never returned my chrome valve caps, replaced with plastic. Told me they were corroded on despite the fact that I had them off a week prior to put air in all four. Also tried to keep my old tires, I had to ask for them back. I asked if I could have my chrome caps back manager told me they were trash, I d have to send my receipt for them to corporate and maybe they would reimburse me. Tough lesson learned here $100 worth of work has now turned into $300 beware!

Manger absolutely rude. Him and his staff would not own up to mistake. My son bought rims from them and their tire tech put spline on backwards and only finger tight. But blamed us and said we must have took to another shop and they did it. Will never recommend or shop here again.

Stopped in to have tire repair. Great customer service...very personable. Had me in and out in no time. Cost was very reasonable. Will go back.when I need new tires.

After having multiple difficulties with my passenger side tire, i decided to take it to RNR and have them evaluate if it s possible for repair. Upon arrival they greeted me & offered refreshments, which made me feel good due to the weather being a tad bit hot. They took the vehicle in and patched the tire and on my way I went. The price for the service was good and I m glad they didn t try to up sell me to purchase a brand new tire. In all, it was a great experience. I ll definitely be returning in the future.

Had a flat tire far from home and called RNR. The guy on the phone was super helpful and found a tire for me but my rim was damaged. RNR helped find me a wheel, and did everything they could do to get me home. Everyone there is nice and helpful.

Great experience with RNR today. Originally went to Walmart Auto ($240) and Monro Tire ($300) and both had below average customer service. RNR was great! Had me in and out in 45 minutes on a Saturday, and total was $50 . Would definitely recommend RNR for tire service.

I had a flat tire and called around to a few places- RNR was by far the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I stopped in, they ordered the matching tires, and they arrived less than 24 hours later! I went from a flat tire and another with a large gash in it, to two new, matching tires in less than 24 hours and could not be more thankful! They were so friendly & helpful!

I had a nail in one of my tires and called around to get some quotes on having it repaired. I called RNR based on the good Google Reviews and I am glad I did. Although this was a minor repair they charged half of others were. From the time I walked in the door the staff were all super helpful. They did the work in a few minutes and got me on my way. I spent time talking to the staff (my choice) than it took them to do the work.

The guys at RNR were great! Able to get me the same day. Prices were reasonable (got a 2 wheel alignment). And the customer service was exceptional. They were super courteous and took time to explain the services done.

I am from out of the area and had a flat tire close to closing time. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They repaired my tire quickly for a very low price. I was EXTREMELY impressed with their service!!!

I needed a plug put in a tire and the screw removed. The staff is very friendly and nice . They had me in and out in no time. I will go back when I need new tires and/or rims. Much nicer than the big box tire dealers that we have been going to. I highly recommend.

Top notch - got the alignment done - FAST - super transparent on what can and cannot be done (IE CAMBER adjustments) - so when I lifted my truck later on - I was referred out to a shop nearby that does do that and not charged a second time. Will be back for tires when the time comes . Thank you guys!

Chris and his team went above and beyond to ensure I got the services that I needed for my tires when I was placed in a terrible situation by another company! Can't praise the staff enough. They were fast and efficient. There is a large selection of tires and wheels that should meet anyone's needs. I drove away very satisfied with my purchase. Truck rides better than it has in years.Update: Got another used truck and went back to RNR tire. This truck needed new tires but also needed wheels. Found a great set and the truck looks really sharp. I should point out that I've been a Tire Discounter customer for many years. After several problems with service (left an oil cap off, sprayed the engine with oil, busted a sensor and replaced it with a cheap knockoff that never worked right, etc.) I made the drive to Delaware, OH from Cincinnati. It is worth the extra drive.

John Hicks is amazing. I drove into the lot three minutes before closing and he took care of me like I was his best customer and I have never been here. Rare to find these days and truly appreciated. Wish I could give him more than five stars. John deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service attitude.

This is the place you need to go. I ve waited a while before I decided to write this post. Just to make sure that this place wasn t a fly by night franchise. I have used RnR now a half a dozen times for tire repair, and new tires for my truck. I m not going anywhere else but here when it comes to rubber meeting the road. Keep it local!!!!!

The guys at RNR tires really work together as a team to ensure you have the best experience possible and that is exactly what I had!! I came in with an idea of what I wanted and they took the time to help me understand and make the best decision financially and aesthetically for my car. My husband recently was recommended to this place by a friend. When he went in and decided to purchase some rims for his 2017 Silverado after being assisted by the salesman at the counter he made the purchase! Couldn t be happier with the guy at the counter very helpful glad He trusted his recommendations just as pleased with the install no problems would highly recommend this location on Sandusky Street Delaware Ohio

We came in to get some unusual lug nuts replaced, or find the tool to do it. We ended up replacing them all. All the guys were very polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely return. Jared was great to deal with!!!

Chis the GM was friendly, professional, and understands customer service. (tends to be a delicacy anymore lol) was available to get me in the day of and promptly identify the problem, and had options for possible solutions. all in all, they managed to get me two tires the day of, on a Saturday and installed while four other shops wanted to schedule days later for the "inspection" I thought it just needed to be patched and would have been more irritated waiting days to find out i needed to order tires. in less than 5 mins of me being at the (very clean and organized shop) we had a plan of action. Pricing was fair, not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but I would 100% spend an extra $15-40 a tire solely for the customer service and how smoothly my experience was.
