This is the worst experience I have ever had with a colision center.I had an accident In last week of October and they finally gave the car back in forst week of December. Meanwhile they didn't communicate unless I called and waited on line. Sometimes they said that I will wgt a call back but didn't receive for days. They missed the delivery deadline provided by them 3 times. Ultimately when I got the car, some electronic features are not working, there are scratches around fender area which was replaced. tlThe so called detailing done on the car was so farcical that I had cookie crumbles in the cup holder, mud stains/hand prints in the interior and leaves in the trunk..I would never ever recommend this shop. I have had much better experience at Crash Champions and other body shops around Columbus.

I took my Honda Accord here and worked with Dustin who was awesome.! Caliber replaced the whole right side windshield front and back bumper and did a great job. I would highly recommend caliber collision to anybody needing car repair with damage. They were a great place to work with for my car's damage. They also detailed the inside for me too while it was there before returning it to me.

I called Caliber Collision to install a passenger side mirror for me. I already had the new mirror, I just needed installation. I called several other places that were unwilling to just do installation. Brittany was extremely helpful & told me to bring it in & they would take care of it. I stopped in without an appointment & they installed it right away & I was on my way within 30 minutes! Excellent customer service!

I couldn't be more grateful for the excellent service received from Caliber Collision. Everything from the first hello at the front desk through pickup was painless, quick, and professional. My truck repair was as good as new and on-time. They even took the time to clean up my pride and joy. Needless to say, I couldn't be more pleased. I personally thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart.

To start, I was told before my vehicle is dropped off to begin the work, (if your car is drivable) they pre-order your main parts so your car is not just sitting. My vehicle had to be moved to this location to speed up the process but my main part of a car door wasn t even there at the first location or this one until a week after my car was dropped off (Jan 10th)Next, my quarter panel had to be replaced after they accidentally tore it beyond repair which was fine as it was a hard task to save it to begin with. However, upon them receiving my new quarter panel I believe on the 22nd, my car had made no progress since then when I got a call on the 31st for an update (so it had just been sitting for over a week overall). I was told on this day as well that my car was having this put on and it would be moved into paint shortlyI got no update for 2 more days until I called on Friday the 2nd of February for them to let me know all information told to me previously this week was for another Honda Civic so they mixed up cars.. so my car had not even had the quarter panel put on or anything done to it since that part arrived back on January 22nd and I am not even confident my car door was done and good to go at this point either.Also during this conversation on Friday , I was told I d be called every day the following week and that my car would be a priority to get done next week. Well that didn t happen in the slightest.. throughout the week I was under the impression it was moving close to finished but near the end of the week I was informed that it was just going into paint..On the same week on Friday the 9th they said it would unfortunately not be ready to be picked up but Saturday they could make an exception and have me come in to get it if they get the last thing done (a bracket for the back of the car). I was expecting good news on Saturday but in the afternoon I was told that when they were working on the vehicle they had found a run in the paint which prevented me from getting the car that day. This should have been caught on earlier in the week according to my conversation with the shop as the last thing needed confirmed to me was just the bracket. So the car had to go back into paint first thing Monday morning.Also on Saturday, I got a text message and was told I could FOR SURE get the vehicle on Monday afternoon. Well .. no call on Monday at all and when I called Tuesday morning they had said the vehicle wasn t ready yet so I am very glad I did not show up on Monday expecting my vehicle. When they called me later in the afternoon, they had expressed to me that the car was 100% ready and I let them know I will be in Wednesday morningWhen I showed up to pick up my vehicle and looked at the door, the top of the inside of the door had been missed and needed touched up. I believe the shop manager Vince was who I was talking to and another employee they said it should have been caught during the overlook of the car upon completionThey ended up doing the finishing touches but you would figure based on this entire process that it would be checked thoroughly I should be able to get in my car and drive off knowing I got quality service, the fact I had to check my own car and actually found something wrong myself is embarrassingOverall my experience with this Caliber shop was horrible and lacked their standards promised. They tried to make things right but giving me a rental car free of charge later on which was appreciated but even after that was provided, communication and quality was still terrible and did not get any better. I was told I would be called at certain times and majority of the time I never got those calls & it would be me calling to get updates. Especially at the end when I expected calls everyday and barely got those.They said my vehicle would be professionally detailed at the end but it was done horribly (Water, dust marks all over on outside, the tires looked dirty, & on the inside it had gunk on some seats and the dash was filthy. On top of that my trunk has dirt & dust all over)

I brought my Dodge Dart in to have front end work done from hitting a raccoon. They got me in quickly and finished fast! Looked fantastic I'll be always recommending and using them for all my body shop needs. You guys have it Mastered from beginning to end, Vince was spectacular to work with, thank you to all your team!

I recently visited the shop to get an estimate. The customer service was amazing best customer service I ve received in a long time from any shop. Staff was kind, courteous, and explained everything in detail and help me understand what I was looking at. I highly recommend anyone who needs work done to their vehicles to come see them, I would give more than a five star but that s all I can give.

Patrick Grooms and Jordy did a great job taking care of my friends car. She called me and asked where I would take my car to have a door fixed. I recommended taking it to Caliber Collision on 23. She called and made an appointment.She brought the car to the shop and it only took them less than 15 - 20 minutes to fix the door which only needed clips. She asked how much money and they didn't even charge her. It's nice to know that a company still exists that will take the time to fix a "quick fix" and not charge.Thank you very much! You definitely have my business for life.

I can't speak highly enough of the work that was done. I have an older car (36yo to be exact) that I use for weekend nice weather drives. Someone backed into it (of course didn't leave info) and rubbed the paint off the rear bumper requiring the entire bumper to be refinished. Having difficulty finding a place to take on such a job a friend put me onto Caliber, I called and they where more than willing to look at the car. After viewing it they provided an estimate which I accepted and the car was worked in, it was finished yesterday. Perfect match to the existing paint, you can't tell the car was ever damaged. When it comes to that car I am a picky person and I will def take that as well as my daily driver to them in the future if something should happen. I had a fantastic experience with Caliber. In particular, Patrick was excellent. He kept me in the loop all through the repair process, and even finished 2 days early. When I picked my car up, I was delighted to find not only a beautiful bumper (that looks better than the rest of my car, lol), but my interior had been detailed as well. Thanks Caliber!! Stopped in for a noise, and Patrick immediately checked out my jeep and noticed I was missing some clips from my wheel liner. He had some extra ones and replaced them for me at NO COST!!!!! I recently had the pleasure of using Caliber Collision for some repairs on my vehicle and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received.
