These guys are my go to for all my car needs. They have been servicing for my family for atleast 10 years. Always honest. Reasonable pricing. Always. They get you in and out. Never disappointed and they get me in on my schedule! Just all over great.

Finally a repair shop ran by good people!! Honest, good pricing, fast, reliable, convenient and quality work! I m so grateful that I found this place. They ll always be the first place I go to when I have a problem with my car and I m going to tell my friends and family to do the same!

Carlos and his team is our go-to car repair shop here in Delaware.I typically use C&O for our older cars and/or what I consider 'easy-medium' repair work (think; brakes, oil changes, mechanical parts related to suspension, etc..).

They gave me a "new" battery which only lasted 6 months. Got a real new from them on warranty but it was a pain for 6 months. They also misdiagnosed another problem and charged me A LOT. I took it Snappy's who correctly diagnosed it and fixed it, and for a lot less money than C&O charged. I question both the honesty and competence of C&O. Would NOT recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wanted to charge me $145 for a 5 minute tow from my work to their shop. I decided to have it picked up and taken to precision Alignment, which I'm sure was probably cheaper than what C&O would have changed for tow and repair.

A local friend of mine recommended C&O. I had had a terrible experience somewhere else. C&O got me in the next day, called me with an estimate shortly after I dropped off my car, AND fixed something we were previously unaware of without charging labor. This is where we would get our truck fixed when we lived in Delaware Ohio. We moved out of state but our truck needed work while my husband was back in Ohio.Carlo, got right on it and my husband was ready and back on the road home in no time. We were so happy to see that this business was still operating because we knew we could trust his service. Thank Carlo and staff for doing an awesome and timely repairing on our truck. You ROCK!!

Would absolutely reccomend them to anyone. Brought my car in in the morning, they diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and got both my front wheel bearings replaced within a few hours. Car feels great now! Everyone there was super friendly and made it a really easy process. I saw a review or two that "if you're a woman don't go here" and those are absolutely false. I'm a young woman and they were extremely fair and honest. Didn't treat me any differently then any other costumer and did great work.

Last summer I needed an oil change on my RV before taking it on a long trip. Everywhere I went told me they were too busy. C & O Auto Repair was busy too but they accommodated me by servicing my RV in their parking lot. Ever since then I ve been bringing my truck here for tegular service and they do good work for a fair price. I recommend giving them your business and they will treat you right.

Today was the first day we met Carlos. I called him in the morning and within hours he was at my house trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck. He told me our battery was dead and he would get another battery, then come back and switch it out. He did just that. He was very friendly and helpful the entire time. From now on, any maintenance needed, we will go there for the service. His price was much less than a dealer and I expected it to be. I trust him with all of my vehicles. He was great! I can't say enough about him and I would recommend him to anyone who asks. He is very reasonable and fair.

Our transmission went completely out and his garage had us tow our vehicle to them for $125 cash, upfront, and then it sat there for a week without even being looked at to give us an estimate. Since they own the tow truck too, the only sense of urgency we saw was in scheduling the tow...afterward would not return our calls regarding the repair. When I stopped by Carlos had an obviously dismissive attitude and was not going to talk details with a woman. I did not catch the name of the other gentleman in the office but he was very polite both in person, and on the phone.

My vehicle broke down at 2 am while I was pulling a loaded rental trailer and about 3 hours from home. Carlos was able to come look at the vehicle and diagnosis it. He had an excellent understanding of vehicles and fixed the issues swiftly and efficiently. Could not recommend him more.

After 13: Years at the same mechanic I had gotten screwed over by my previous mechanic I had no idea about C&O until a lady had told me about it. I stopped in and they were able to fit me in that day did an amazing job we re super friendly they are my now go to mechanic shop professional quick fair pricing was just wonderful experience and I would recommend them to every person that I know from here on out thank you guys for a great job and taking a stressful moment for myself and making it quick and painless I am now a forever customer

Carlos and the crew at C&O have been taking care of my cars for the last five years. I have never had a bad experience. This is an honest shop that gets the job done at a reasonable price.

Always experience quick and reliable service here. Today my daughter went to take her drivers test and he brake lights weren't working. They fixed them and had us back to BMV within 30 minutes so she didn't have to reschedule the test! They always go above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

Had a leak in my tire. Everyone around town said it will be a few hours. These guys took me right in. Plugged my tire with great customer service in less then 15 mins..... Highly recommend.

Carlos has been taking of my family for 13 years. My car my son and daughters cars and my mom's car.He is honest and caring and knows his automotive mechanics.I have recommended Carlos to friends and neighbors and they have all had excellent results!!

He was very expensive just to tell me the main switch was bad he changed me $25 I asked him how much would he change to fix the bad switch he said he would have to call around to see what junkyard had one depending on the cost of the part it would be between $75 to $100 well I called the junkyard 2 price one and got it for $25 out the door the main switch for my windows to go up an down it consist of unplugging the bad and plug the use switch NEEDED NO TOOLS !!! Wow just a rip off......WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO WOMAN TO GO !!!!!!!

I tell every one I know to come see Carlos. I am a business owner myself and have a select few places I will recommend to people because it's hard to find people you can trust these days and I just don't feel comfortable putting my name on most businesses. With that being saide c$o was recommended to me 3 yrs ago from my mechanic when he stopped working on car. I paid a third of what other places quoted me and my old plow truck was so rusted it took him twice as long as it normally would. Carlos stayed 3 hrs after his normal closing time and had my truck done late that night because he knew I needed it the next day to plow. I was expecting to be charged for the extra labor but he he wouldn't let me pay a penny more than his quote and apologized for my inconvenience which was unnecessary, he got got me back to work wth no down time. Since then he has taken care of all of my vehicles and family and friends. One time I had a new radiator put in and it started leaking the next day, bad from the parts store. 20 minutes after I talked to Carlos he was loading the truck onto his flatbed and two hrs after that was ready for pick up at no charge. His shop isn't as big and fancy as the dealership may be but you won't be charged extra so he can have that and you also won't have a young guy just out of school with 4 years of experience, half in a classroom half in a shop watching someone else work on cars. Carlos and his brother grew up with a wrench in their hand and do most of the mechanic work themselves and are right there for the rest. I'll end with my favorite story. I took Carlos for a ride in my oldest truck that I don't want to put money into, it makes a terrible noise on hard right turns, instead of lying to me he told me that it was a worn out bushing with a grade 8 bolt in the middle, will not cause problems or an accident and if I get tired of hearing the noise he won't charge much to fix it. It was free advice and I had as much money in my pocket when I left as I did when I got there. That was 2 yrs ago and it stil sounds terrible when I turn hard but hasn't caused one problem. Don't get ripped off by people fixing stuff that doesn't need fixed. Come see these guys

Car broke down halfway to Cleveland from Cincinnati at 10 am. We got our car to C&O at 12:20 and were out of there by 1:20. Price was exactly in the range for the repair needed. GREAT business

While driving through town on our way home to Michigan on Friday afternoon, our truck stalled on US23. My Google search led me to C & O Auto. Our main reason for choosing them was because they were open on Saturday in case our truck couldn't get done on Friday. Delaware is a nice town, but we didn't want to spend the weekend stuck there. Carlos, with his friendly, funny personality came to our rescue immediately! He towed us to his shop & got right to work. Four hours later, our fuel pump was replaced & we were back on the road. Auto repairs are never fun & away from home, it's a little scary. We feel very fortunate that our paths crossed with Carlos & highly recommend his shop to anyone in need. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Other reviews state that are too high must have not called around other shops in the area were extremely pricey for what I needed done I'm guessing being a female they would assume I didn't know any better had I not found t bgg is shop I would have risked doi n.v g it myself they were efficient and easy to work with thet work very hard trying to accommodate customersServices: Brakes, Oil change

Driving home through Deleware the front end of my truck started shaking, knowing this is a bad, I pulled off the highway and Googled repair shops close by. C & O Auto Repair was rated 4.4 stars so I went to see them. My experience was great! On the test drive we decided the drivers side caliper was stuck. Carlos and Ramiro replaced both roaters, pads and calipers in about an hour for a reasonable price and got me safely back on the road. They went above and beyond to take care of my family and I will not forget their efforts.

My daughter had her car fixed there. AC compressor went out. They fixed it by the very next day. Pricey fix, but couldn't beat the service and timeliness!

This guy is excellent and very nice, he's fixed my car 2 times and each time has been a pleasant experience plus the prices are fare. Service you can trust
