The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to make sure you get everything you need. There's one employee, on 1st shift ( her name's 'Chell), who is just amazing. Her knowledge of vehicles and memory can't be compared to anyone else.

There is a young black man who helps us but he is very friendly, kind and knowledgeableHe definitely makes us feel welcome and willing to keep coming to this store

Outstanding service other than they claim a Veteran's discount but had to call back to see why I never received it. I had to make a second trip to get my discount which means I wasted gas to go get the discount.The second trip to O'Reilly's (on 3rd Street Dayton Ohio) I met a very friendly service personel by the name of "Shell"! She was not only knowledgeable but apologetic about not receiving the military discount the day before and agave the discount to me. Glad that O'REILLY'S has this person on their staff, because the young man the day before acted like he didn't care!Thank you "Shell"!

I don't even bother with price comparisons anymore because the people here are so nice and helpful. I've never had a bad experience in person or over the phone.

Very nice helpful friendly staff I believe the lady's name was chell or close to that but she was great and had a great sence of humor and very patient

Most of the guy's there are knowledgeable especially the short darker guy he's the most knowledgeable one and he's the funniest dude. He's like the king of O'Reilly's comedy club. LMMFAO so if nothing else go when he's there just to get a bunch of laughs SMMFH ( SMH )

Yeah O'Reilly's is a good place to shop especially my old buddy Lui does manages the store on West 3rd Street in Dayton Ohio

I will never shop at this location again because of a very rude and unfriendly employee I believe hi as name was Todd. Get a job away from the public guy literally ruined my day

Terrible customer service. Called to order parts sat on hold for 20 minutes. When the worker answered the phone he said give me a minute and put me on hold terrible don't use this location if possible.

I called that store and they put me on hold and was waiting for 26 min and they where not the cheapest for that part I needed. They didn't care that I was waiting that long. And the guys name was Say that I talked too.
