Jiffy Lube is one of the only companies I do business with that constantly puts the customer first. They will put your safety and needs above profit. More businesses should treat their customers the way I am always treated at Jiffy Lube, I always feel like a person and not a dollar sign.

These guys are straight forward with every charge they have so nothing is hidden. I always feel like these oil change quick stops advertise one thing, but always trick you into other stuff. Not here, plus the dudes gave me all kinds of good knowledge about their fondings, and then said there is basically an insurance for your fluids. If things get low, even air in tires, they will do free.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Went here for an oil change because another car shop was pretty busy. Like the previous reviews say. The people there were very courteous. Respectful to me and other women who showed up afterward for services.I went here because they had a nice promotion going on for an oil change. Throughout the whole process, they were awesome. Only thing I wished I did was check with them on what air filter and cabin filter brands they use. Within 10 min, they were done with checking everything and changing my oil.Wouldn't mind coming back to this facility when it comes time for another oil change. If I had come across as slightly rude, I apologize. I've had a lot of experience in the past, with mechanics in shops being rude or trying to take advantage. It's hard to find good honest mechanics or company, but when you can, keep them. This is one of those places.

I had wonderful experience at this location. Jordan helped me out on two different occasions and was very helpful and had exceptional customer service skills. He went above and beyond to assist me with an oil change and an other services. The entire crew helped get my oil change fast and efficiently. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.As a woman, I appreciated the transparency and kindness shown at this shop. I will be returning to this location again! Highly recommend!

Always amazing and friendly service. They take good care of me. Today I came in for an oil change and they caught that I had full synthetic oil last time and still have 2,000 more miles to go before my next oil change (instead of changing the oil and charging me.) this is why I come back :) plus there s coupons!!Ps. They topped off my tires and swept anyway. THE BEST :)Service: Oil change

Rolled into Jiffy Lube with my trusty Honda, and what a refreshing pit stop it was! A kind tattooed gentleman led a crew that not only changed the oil but did it with a genuine smile. It's the little touches like this that make routine errands feel like a pleasant drive through the neighborhood. Hats off to the team! #ServiceWithASmileAndSomeInk

It's never a fun thing to discover you have a flat tire, especially late on a Sunday afternoon when most places are closed. These guys were able to help me right away and didn't even charge. Jiffy Lube on Wilimington is a great safe place for a female. I have always been treat with transparency and respect there. I ve used this facility for about 9 years now. I am always pleased with the workers they have. Very nice gentleman. They always find me a coupon or a discount. Once I even lost my tracking for an oil change and they could have made the money on me and they told me the truth and said we couldn t charge you for something you don t need, that wouldn t be right That is phenomenal service, if you ask me!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Fast service and awesome customer service. Being a female I sometimes get talked down to by guys and all of the gents here were on the up and up. Very respectful, kind and great manners. I recommended them to my roommate and she received the same experience and both of us will continue to use this location for vehicle servicing.

Excellent customer service! In and out in a jiffy! Only took about 20 minutes. They checked all of my fluids, put air in my tires and swept my floors. They looked over everything thoroughly and were very helpful. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

The team here are good and work well. My oil change and fluids check went quickly. My car was third in line. The manager was quick to understand my reluctance to add anything to my costs and supplied a discount to help me. The location is easy to find and has good vehicle flow onto and off of Wilmington.

Great, first time. I had been using valvoline instant oil change for yours, was getting gouged badly! I called Jiffy Lube and the told me their prices! Less expensive and they do more and we're very friendly. They gave me 10% off on my first visit! Washed my windows, everything! I save about 20 + dollars. Definitely going to use them again for my vehicles!

I was in the neighborhood and since it had been about 4 months since I had my oil changed here on my Volvo, I figured since I was going to Indianapolis this weekend i'd stop in and get a fluid top off. I've brought both my Volvo and Honda Civic here in the past. Boy did I come to the wrong place for this simple task to be done. I pulled up , there was one car in the one garage, so they weren't busy at all, the young man met me outside and asked what I wanted and I told him I wanted a fluid check and possible top off if needed. He checked my car in the parking lot, showed me the oil dipstick and said it was fine. I said can you check the other fluids as well , like transmission and such and he was looking for the dipstick and couldn't find it so he just said, everything is fine have a good day and walked off. I was outdone. I ended up going to the dealership on the other side of town and some fluids were needing topped, windshield and a minute amount of transmission fluid but all else was okay. I'm very disappointed with this location and there will be no future signature oil changes here for me. I'll take my business to the dealership. I can appreciate someone saying I don't know , or i'm not aware where something is but to blow someone off really just shows how incompetent the staff is here.Service: Oil change

I am not sure what place you all went to, but this Kettering store was horrible. It only took one person to make my visit horrible. He barely spoke to me, then he didn't explain the.prices just did what he wanted to do. It was awkward because he made me do my own typing to fill out my information then again silence.. I did complain and the GM called me. He was over friendly and took care of the problem.. I hope I never run into that employee again or I hope he is goneService: Oil change

I typically go to the Jiffy Lube in Englewood and I've been happy with their service. Lately, I haven't been getting out of work soon enough to make it there so I stopped here because it's near my job. I was politely turned away because they were "focused on a vehicle they did brake work on that had one tire locking up". I was disappointed because that's not my problem yet I'm suffering the consequences from someone else's mistake. However, I'm an understanding person and things sometimes happen that's beyond our control... besides, there's another Jiffy Lube about 5 minutes up the street on Indian Ripple so I drove to that one. That's where I had another bad experience which you can read about in the review I leave there.UPDATE: The district manager reached out to me and informed me he'll be taking action with the individuals I encountered that night. He was very apologetic and offered to make it right. I'm incredibly appreciative that he read my reviews and immediately tried to correct the problem. I've had positive experiences with Jiffy Lubes in the past and he reassured me these most recent visits were isolated incidents.
