My family and I bought a new VW Taos from Evans Motorworks. The experience was smooth and easy.The salesperson whom we worked with, Kris Rugg, was helpful, knowledgeable, and funny, and made sure that I was taken care of and understood every part of the buying process. She took great care to find a car that catered to our needs. She followed up on any question or doubt we had.It was a pleasure working with her and I and my family recommend Kris and Evans Motorworks wholeheartedly! The car is wonderful!

Go to Evans! They provide wonderful customer service, and are a pleasure to work with! Stephen was my champion salesman who was able to get me the vehicle I wanted! It was so great to have a salesman answer all my questions and concerns! As a female customer, usually salesmen will give you the run around and not truly listen to you that was not the case at Evans! I was respected and valued as a customer! This was so appreciated after dealing with too many dealerships that didn t believe in customer service or loyalty. Thank you Stephen and Evans! You are my home dealership!

My salesman Stephan Hatmaker was incredible. He knew his stuff and went the extra mile to help me into a great car. I also would like to mention Regina who was my first initial contact . She worked hard to bring me in , and she also carry s herself very well. Very stylish , easy to trust a woman with perfect hair , beautiful make up and amazing heels ! Thankful for my car and to work with a good team . Scott was cool too.

I purchased a 2023 VW Altas from Evans Motorworks in December 2023 and had the best car buying experience ever. My salesman, who was Zac Finnegan, was extremely knowledgeable about how the vehicle operated inside and out and walked me through everything that was on the dashboard and how to use my remote start. He was also very helpful with getting me the best price for my vehicle sale. The entire sales team was extremely friendly and quick to get me into my new car and out the door, as I had a 3 hour return drive back home. Thank you VERY MUCH, Evans Motorworks and Zac, for your professionalism and friendly service to me.

Bought a 2018 F150 May of 23. Paid for 3 warranties I CANT USE! 1 is tire and wheel, $800.00(my Auto insurance. Covers this) 2 cloth $700.00 interior and paint. I HAVE LEATHER & nearly new paint! 3rd. $3,447.00 is Supposed to be able to cover everything else, or so I was led to believe! My moon roof stopped working. Took it to my Ford dealer, and found my extended warrenty won't cover it. Cost me 200.00 to find this out. I was under the impression this was comprehensive 1 policy not 3. I Was never given the coverage book the warrenty company sent me it via email.All I get is the run around promises of calls back but nothing but empty promises. No refunds.Piss poor service

Great team at Evans BMW. Stephen and Zach were awesome. While I did not end up buying a car, the one I test drove was amazing and I really valued the honesty and transparency of the team. I will be back and hope to buy one in the future!

Evans Motorworks was amazing! We setup an appointment to schedule via email (night shift worker) and they adapted to that schedule completely. They understood my working/sleeping hours and made life easy for me! I already had a car in mind when I went in, and they had it parked front and center for me! After a short test drive, we went inside and made a deal! Stephen was the best! He didn t make me feel pressured to buy anything, and he took time to joke with my wife and I, making us feel more comfortable with the entire situation! After we filled out paperwork, we rolled out in our new car!! I will definitely return to them in the future for any car needs!!

I have been car shopping for a friend who had an accident at work and is currently in a traumatic brain injury rehab in Chicago. I had several specific needs in the vehicle I was searching for. Dillion was helpful getting me photos of the vehicle that was not on the website yet and was patient with me when I was "one of those" people who shows up right before a business closes, let alone on a Friday. (Sorry Dillon!). It was a cash deal, I knew what I would be paying before I showed up if I liked the vehicle. Went in and they had everything ready for me. Drove the car and signed the paperwork. It still had not been detailed as it was new on the lot (which I was completely aware of and fine with). I picked up the vehicle the next day and it was spotlessly clean.They made this difficult situation very simple for me and even offered to bring the car to my house if needed. The sales manager and Dillon were super helpful and punctual. Spent less than an hour at the dealership total.

Stephen is an awesome salesman! I knew exactly what I wanted and drove from Toledo to check out my Honda Accord Sport in person. The sale was never pushed on me and he made it happen by finding me the lowest APR and getting my payment right where I wanted it to be! This dealership has my lifetime business as they offer so many great incentives just for purchasing a vehicle from them, as well as a VIP program for second time buyers from them! 100% satisfied with this transaction and would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Zac Finnegan did a great job for my wife and I when we stopped in to inspect, drive and eventually purchase a used VW Arteon from your dealership. My last name, FYI, is Paeth, not Paetg. Only minor problem was that when we first stopped in the vehicle was not available because a manager, I believe, had taken it home for the weekend. He should be penalized with a 30-minute time out.

Absolutely love these guys. My man Stephen definitely hooked me up on my new 2019 Subaru Impreza Sport. I had been looking for one for the longest time and came across Evans Motorworks and jumped on it. If you re interested in a car from them definitely talk to Stephen, he s a great guy and great customer service. Made me feel right at home and welcomed me with open arms and helped me get the car of my dreams!

Highly recommended dealership. Negotiated the deal remotely from NJ. They took all the worries out of the equation. Stephen Hatmaker was super responsive and would even reply on his days off. Couldn t ask for a better experience and the quality of the car delivered as promised.

I m actually going to share two reviews, if google allows. This first one is for the salesman, Stephen. He is deserving of five stars, but other aspects of the dealership are not, primarily the sales manager Todd. Stephen was wonderful. Very knowledgeable at his job, which is super impressive since he s only been in sales for a short time. My girlfriend and I went in to buy a car for her. The first visit she wasn t available to go so I went and test drove a used Volvo the dealership had just acquired. Stephen was very accommodating especially when he had to switch the purchase information from my name to my girlfriends. He also arranged for us to put $500 down to ensure my girlfriend would get the car before anyone else. We ended up visiting the dealership two times separately. My girlfriend had to go one time separately without me. Stephen was great on all occasions. In the end, she got a great used car. A bit over priced, but that s not Stephens fault. Okay, so I can only do one review. I want to be clear, the five stars are only for Stephen. The other aspects would only get TWO STARS! The sales manager Todd was absolutely unprofessional. My girlfriend had put $500 down to reserve the car. During her visit to make the purchase she had been pre-approved from her bank. While she was scrambling and distracted trying to locate her insurance card, the sales manager forced her to give him her info so they could try and run financing. Basically they ignored her wishes to not run credit and get approved through the dealership. My girlfriend had to leave to find her insurance card. While she was gone, they tried to sell the car out from under her. Even though they still had her $500. When I went back with her, Todd was very unpleasant. Said he didn t have to honor the deal because she left. Told me someone else was interested in the car. After a few heated moments, he said he would honor the deal. As we were sitting at the sales desk, the car was being returned by the other party. They let someone test drive the car my girlfriend already had a deal on. And you can forget about getting any amount discounted off the sales price of the over priced cars. I guess we have COVID to thank for that.

Had a great experience buying my first BMW at Evans!! Stephen was so helpful in ensuring I found my dream car! He went the extra mile to answer all of my questions and I did not feel pressured at all into making a quick decision. They made sure that my car was detailed and looking absolutely beautiful before it left the lot! As a first time BMW owner, they walked me through all of their servicing options and explained everything thoroughly without making me feel lost in the car buying process. Scott in finance was amazing as well and did a great job explaining all of the paperwork and payment options! I would highly recommend checking them out and buying from here if you re in the surrounding Dayton area! I made the drive from Columbus and it was worth it.

First off the place was very friendly. I felt more comfortable here than other dealerships of the past. I got a great deal on my truck. Corbin was fantastic not once did I feel pressured or pushed into the sale. Overall the experience was smooth, calm, and fair. I suggest anyone in the market go see Corbin and enjoy the new car he helps you buy you won't regret it.

My last X3 was totaled about a month and half ago and I knew that I wanted another one but with the current market and price inflation I was worried that I was gonna have to downgrade. That was until I found Evans Mototrworks while searching online. I found a newer X3 that was priced perfectly with no inflation and it was the exact color that I wanted with all of the bells and whistles. Corbin was my point of contact and let me just say that he was awesome!! From the first inquiry that I made about the car, Corbin was absolutely outstanding when it came to communication. He answered all of my questions, everything was as he said they would be with the car, and he was just so easy to talk to. I drove in from out of town and wasn't gonna make it til closer to closing time but Corbin, we ll actually the whole team, stayed behind and still took great care of me. It was truly a VIP experience from the moment I walked in the door and I felt like I was the most important person in the room. Everyone pretty much catered to me and was just so amazing and nice. I ve never experienced that at a dealership before. My friend who drove down with me to Dayton sat in her car the whole time and she told me that they even came outside and offered her water and snacks while she waited. That is superb customer service! This was literally the best and smoothest car buying experience that I ve ever had. When I do upgrade my X3 Evans is definitely where I ll be going back to. I loooveee my Beamer! Say hi to Pearl!
