Purchased "new" RV/Marine battery from here and when I removed the positive terminal cover there was corrosion on the terminal. Not what I expected from. A "new" battery.

Really nice people very helpful ask about some carpet for speaker boxes they used to carry and there was a general manager or somebody in the store and he was like no we don't carry that product and one of the team members took me back and showed me the stuff for like their carpet mats are and what do you know there was a roll of carpet for speaker boxes you know if you got a small store like that you should pretty much know what you got in there so maybe just a little bit more knowledgeable about their own store I got an alternator there and it works great but it sounds like something on the inside is rubbing so I figure you know I got the lifetime warranty so it's going to go out again because of something inside of its rubbing but I had to pay $400 to get it put on so I can't afford to change it out every couple weeks so I hope the parts good

I bought a battery last year and it end up going bad. I took it back to AutoZone no hassle no nothing they swapped the battery out for me with no questions asked with the warranty. The employees were very knowledgeable and nice. I would recommend this location for all your auto part needs.

Today Adrian solved a problem I had with my rearview mirror. I can tell the other employees depend on him a lot but he took the time and had the patience to reattach my mirrow. I could had not done it myself and i am very grateful. Adrian is a "keeper."

Depends on who s working , some employees are amazing and really wanna help you out and others there not so much . It s like it s a big inconvenience for them to answer questions or for them to have to help you . I was told what I was doing was my husband job and he had just passed away so I m not much of a fan . Prices can be better other stores . ( Xenia location )

Great place, Gentleman went above and beyond to help me with my Escape. Came in for a battery, alternator, and engine light check and mystery issue causing my car to stall.Left with my problem solved, plenty of info to understand my vehicle in the future.I'm a young woman, on an incredibly fixed income, going through an extremely rough patch in life. I was so happy for the assistance I was ready to hug the man and just sob. This experience meant the world to me and more. Prevented me from spending possibly thousands on my vehicle for what was just a broken tube.I'd give this place a whirl and your $ anytime.

The worst autozone I ve ever been to. I have stopped there multiple times now due to truck issues. The parts showing in stock online are never there or can t be located. The staff are never the same and never know what they re doing

I ordered same day delivery. It never came. Called the store tried to see if I could get a refund on the shipping cost. They cancelled my whole order. I was told I could go there and get what I ordered. Went there and they wanted me to repay everything. Which I understand. But now I have a few dollars tied up in there system because they messed up. I no longer trust this store so I will be switching to a different one.

Great selection of auto parts.. Service was ok.. Could have been better.. Maybe the employee was having a bad day.. Other than that great place to get your automotive needsUpdate: The customer service was great... The customer service rep at the counter asked if I needed help and was very polite!!! And the young lady helped me fix a part I thought I broke!!

Long line but it was expected, the service was good and I found everything I needed. Even ordered product that I am able to pick up in store rather than have it shipped to my home, that was a plus.

Avoid this place at all cost. Reminded me of waiting at the ER. STAFF is slow AF too. Save your money and go to another parts store. Way to represent Riverside...P.s I don't judge off of one visit. It seems like this is the pattern for this facility...

Only location that has parts in stock. It's terrible. I just can't go to the one right up the street from me. West 3rd and Salem Ave need to get in order like this

This place is usually very busy; everyone should know this going in. Expect it to be understaffed and have long wait times. Tonight, however, Ron appeared to be the only one manning the registers and he was able to expedite everyone in front of me in a very effective, timely manner. Thanks for the help tonight.

LADIES- do yourselves a favor and avoid the Airway store. Just go to another location where you will be respected and listened to. They're REALLY good at the opposite here; even if you walk up with literally everything you need for a project, you're more than likely going to just get talked down to like you're completely clueless. Can't imagine how those who actually need help and guidance are treated.

I was in need of a lift support for my boat and I knew it would have to be matched up since boat parts aren't the standard. I went to Advance down the street and they wouldn't give me the time of day so I happened to stop at Auto Zone which I don't normally do because they are always too busy and crowded (I don't like crowds). The associate at the AZ there took the time and looked up the part number on the lift I brought in and then searched the hundreds of them in the isle and back. My wife and I searched online to try and find a cross on the part number and when we found it the associate (I wish I could remember his name) went to the back and brought up the part. The customer service at the Woodman AZ is superb and I will be going there from now on, I will just have to pick a time that isn't too busy or order online for a quick pick up.
