Terrific service from first phone call to completion! I got hit by a rock thrown up off Route 8 by a big truck and it left a good sized chip in my windshield. I made an appointment and they even helped call my insurance company so it would be $0 out of pocket.My appointment lasted 20 minutes and you'd never even know there was damage to the windshield. Everyone I've dealt with at Senneco was top notch. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Old man behind the desk is losing his marbles. Drove up there twice over $40 in gas and had everything scheduled to get my glass replaced. The first time they ordered the wrong glass then the second time I was told it was ordered and scheduled to come in to get it replaced and the old man forgot all about it. Forgot about me. Didn't know who I was and didn't order the glass. The whole inside of the office is trashed and unorganized. Do not go here

I can't say enough good things about this place! Awesome, friendly staff! They replaced the rear window on my 2006 f250. They were able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. They installed a dark-tinted rear window with a brand new gasket. My truck was in and out in about 30 minutes. They did an awesome job, and everything including the taxes only cost me about $320!! I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Scheduled an appointment had it in quickly. They're really nice, but the quality of their work is poor. I had to take my car back two more times because the molding wasnt on the car or windshield. After fixing, my molding is now all nicked up and now my windshield leaks. Dont even want to call them back because the damage is done. Wouldn't recommend if you want quality work. I paid out of pocket, was not an insurance claim. Very disappointed with their work. Will never use them again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Took vehicle in for windshield repair (out of pocket - not an insurance claim) to have it resealed. After over $330 dollars later they only sealed a small part of the windshield and did not do it correctly or seal the leak. Grease everywhere, and windshield was still leaking so returned and asked for it to be corrected only to now have the lining all coming down, their greasy prints all over it and it still leaks. The owner claimed there was no grease and it was fully sealed when we showed him they only sealed a 6 inch portion (not even where it was leaking) there was no apology and as you can see in the pictures its worse than before. I would NEVER recommend this place. Poor quality and poor service. Don't be scammed. Stay away!

I called these guys Saturday with an emergency windshield replacement. They were not able to fix it Saturday because vendors were closed. But they got me in Monday & they fixed it extremely fast. In under an hour. The receptionist & owner are very friendly people.Owner gave me some advice on car insurance.Overall extremely happy with how fast they got me in & got it fixed. Cheaper then Safelite, small place they probably care more than Safelight. They got me in quicker then safelite. And a real person answers the phone unlike safelite

It was great. Only thing was the person working on mine didn't click my wiperblade all the way back in and it flew off on the expressway . Other than that great tho!

This windshield was installed about 6 months ago and has, what I believe to be, stress cracks along the bottom corner. They insist it was an impact from the inside. I don t even carry passengers in this truck. If it was an impact it began with the install. It s very hard to see it. I checked on the product they use and you get what you pay for. They are foreign made and know for this to occur.Services: Auto power window repair, Auto windshield replacement

Unfortunately, I had two incidents in which I needed a window replaced. I used Senneco Auto Glass both times. The customer service is superb!! Broke the back glass to my truck. Customer service was great really enjoyed talking to a person and not just doing it all online for a higher price. Ordered my glass and had me drop off and I was picking up 3 hours later.

Senneco was recommended to me by a lot of local neighbors on social media. I don't normally review unless I'm really blown away by a service and in this case, from start to finish, omega class WOW service from this business. When I initially called in the afternoon they offered next day appointment and when I couldn't, they fit me in first thing on a day that I could. Definitely appreciate the flexible appointment times. I dropped it off and they called me 39 mins later to come pick up. The price was by far the lowest I was quoted from 3 companies in the area. The windshield looks great and same quality as my original. The staff there is so friendly, fantastic customer service. Honestly, by far the best automotive experience I've ever had. 5 star review hands down. I would recommend to everyone.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They had my windshield replaced within about 30-40 mins of dropping it off which I thought was really fast! I had a few issues with rust and the guy seemed quite knowledgeable and was able to clean it up a bit so the rust and leak issue wouldn't be as bad. I had to have a chip in our windshield fixed. I was very pleased with Senneco Glass throughout the whole process. Their customer service is above and beyond. They made it extremely easy for me from filing our claim (they were more organized than I was haha) to getting it scheduled right away. Unfortunately with all the road construction, I am sure I ll have to get another chip fixed down the road, but I know who to call when it happens! I got such wonderful service here I had to leave a review! Rick and the women in the office were friendly and informative! I had called at least ten places about replacing my windshield to find prices and how fast I could get in. Not only was Senneco able to get me in first thing they also had the best prices!! I love nothing more than saving money and supporting small businesses and I got both with Senneco! I couldn t be more satisfied with the service!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

After installing a windshield we found incredible problems with it with multiple bubbles that was defective and they would not guarantee the work. The windsheild was so bad, could barely see thru it within a few months and went to their competitor to get it replaced. I think they took advantage of a young woman customer. We have 5 personal vehicles and multiple company vehicles but won't tolerate this for our independent young adult daughter. They were able to get us an appointment same day. We called at noon and were in the shop by 230pm. Best price I found in the area and they had our new windshield installed in half an hour. Great people!

Wonderful experience! People very friendly. The price was the lowest of the 3 I called and the the replacement took less than 45 min.(I was the first appt of the day) would definitely recommend Senneco.

Fast, friendly service. What's not to like? I needed a windshield chip repair and called around to several places. Senneco was a further drive from my house than two other shops, but they won my business with how customer focused they were on the phone (they delivered in person as well). I was there all of about 20 minutes from start to finish, and they dealt completely with the insurance company as well. I will use them for all glass repair going forward.

If you ever have the unfortunate experience of having to have a repair or replacement of your windshield, I highly recommend coming to Senneco glass! The people here and the work done are phenomenal (not to mention very fair prices) ! Both Rick and Christine ("Chris") are wonderful and I truly enjoyed my short wait time chatting with them. I've been here before years ago for another vehicle , and didn't hesitate before coming here again and I'm always very happy with bringing my business here.

Just a little back story on what happened to me. The neighbor's stupid kids threw a chain across the fence and it landed right on my windshield. I was told by my insurance that my deductible was $500 and if I could get the car fixed somewhere else for cheaper, go for it. My sister recommended Senneco glass because she had a chip on her windshield and she loved the service she received. I called Senneco on saturday, they ordered the glass for me, and I had an appointment for Monday morning. Due to some misunderstandings between my insurance, my jerk neighbor, and I, I could not take my car on Monday, however Senneco did accommodate me and they saw me Friday morning. They are super friendly!! I went in to get my whole windshield replaced and I was only there for about 18 minutes!! The job they did is outstanding and I paid $260 which I think is absolutely awesome. Thank you so much, Senneco!! Here's more stars for your outstanding service
