Took my truck there to have them install my aftermarket cat back exhaust. I was in and out in about an hour, and that was including the car talk conversation me and the guys had. They are old school, I am old school. Very knowledgeable guys. They did a great job and exhaust fit better than we thought. They are very reasonable with their prices, plus they saved me from having to lay on the ground in the cold like I usually do. Well worth the money for me and my old man back lol.

Damaged my car during repair and called me a liar and said the damage was there.Ive been a custom at the state road shop for 15 yrs,and the service has really gone hill lately.Theyre rude when they answer the phone and during the quote. It's a simple inexpensive thing to buff out a scratch, but it was easier to call me a liar. I'll be fixing the damage myself.STAY AWAY!!Service: Brakes

Seen how hard the work would be , Didn t want to give me service. Lacks customer service for sure. Was a decent place of building it I ll take my money elsewhere.

I came here today with a 2008 honda civic that needed work on exhaust. I will say they were friendly there but money hungry. They gave me a free estimate, some places I called today wouldn't even do that. Quoted me 750 dollars plus tax to do the whole job. I ended up at lifetime custom exhaust in akron. Super nice people. They said they could do six cars for that price. Highly recommend using them over budget. They only charged me 266, and my car is the no longer making loud noises. Runs way better then when I got it.

Two connecting bolts broke on my the muffler of my work van. When I pulled into Budget Muffler they got me right up on the lift just as soon as I pulled in. Within minutes the guys in the shop had the old bolts out and replace. Great customer service and fast turn around.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

27 minutes from the time I got there until the time I left... replaced what needed to be replaced, didn't try to up sell me on extras , very reasonable prices, couldn't be happier.

Great experience from beginning to end. The Owner was on site and underneath my car with another gentleman looking things over. Parts were ordered the same day and I was in and out the following morning within a half hour. I will recommend these guys to anyone with exhaust issues.Thanks DannyService: Exhaust

Goodyear quoted me $800-$900 and luckily told me it would be cheaper to go to a muffler shop. This place is first come first serve. I pulled in at noon, they had my part and I was done by 12:30 for $250! Happy.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Honest and reasonable. My daughter and I went in a coule years ago and they replaced her resonator for a couple hundred. Everyone else said the whole system needed replaced. Mind you she went alone to these other places. Places I've gone to and recommended to her. They all wanted to take advantage of her. Sad. So i went with were to this place and they were awesome.We went a couple weeks ago, thinking we need to replace the whole system this time. The gentleman showed us that the system was perfectly fine, and expressed that the noise we heard was probably motor mounts on this vehicle.

Took care of an issue with my exhaust on my truck. Was in and out in under 20 minutes. I called around and other places wanted to change me just to even look at it. The guys at Budget Muffler took care of me.

The first time I went here I paid $300 for an exhaust repair that lasted only a year and a few months. The second time I went back to potentially fix my exhaust they wanted to charge me $600!! hardly a budget. I've been coming here for a few years. They seem to be honest and knowledgeable and get the work done very quickly. And, during the pandemic, the shop was very clean and I felt very comfortable there.

Fastest 'major' car repair i've ever had done (new muffler/tail pipe). Granted, I was able to pull it right into the bay (they were not busy at the time). My only regret is going home to wait, because it was done in less than an hour! Top notch, the two employees I saw there had both been working there since the 90s. Continuity is clearly a good thing!

Very professional, price was not bad, made me feel at ease and even took me out to my car to show me what was wrong. Ordered the parts and repaired very fast! Even gave me a referral to another shop that can fix my cars shocks that rusted out. Great service, will go again when my car needs it.

I took my 2009 m6 to get aftermarket exhaust done. They were great guys who let me watch them and did a really great job installing my exhaust. They charged me a great price and was done within hour half.Awesome guys TY!!!

Very helpful! Called, came in, car was fixed in 10minutes and they saved me alot of money and time. I truly recommend them to anyone, especially if need alittle patch up will definitely go back in the future

Had two other estimates and budget was & 250.00 less. And, really nice guy. Just went in with a rattle. He jacked up the car, tightened a bolt, and didn't charge a thing. A great place, and locally owned and operated.

Needed tailpipes put on my 95 impala, Budget Muffler quoted me a good price and had me out the shop in about 30-35 mins. Will be doing ALL my exhaust/muffler mods at this location. 5 star customer service and quality work.

these guys were fantastic! I stopped in on a Tuesday for a quote, came back Thursday for the repair, and they had me in and out in 20 minutes! Muffler and pipe are working great. Will definatly go back.
