IT'S not very often you can take your vehicle into a shop and feel like you're not being taken advantage of! Communication is paramount in any relationship and I left there feeling like they had my best interest at heart. Their work was outstanding and I'll have no hesitation with returning for future visits!

The fellas at this shop are ways willing to lend a helping hand and not overcharge or overslept you. They don't mind helping by doing some of the most minor things, like putting air in your tires, to taking time to diagnose an issue. I always have nothing but the best experience with Wheels! I stick to Wheels because they take great pride in their work, take great care of their customers, and every customer leaves with a smile.

I had my brakes done had a few issues but they fixed them right away. Now as in 2 days later my brakes is making aloud noice. I'm taking it back in. I love the way they always make things right. This is the first time I had to take my car back. They do a really good job.

Wheels Unlimited is my neighborhood auto service provider. Every time I have gone in for service I have been pleased with both the efficiency and quality of the work done, and the pricing beats dealership pricing every time. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I had a last-minute opening in my schedule and called to see if perhaps they had time to perform the brake service I was scheduled for the following week. They did, and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this one has been warranted. My tire went immediately flat for an unknown reason close to Main Street, this shop was the nearest to me. I asked the gentlemen in the front did they sell used tires, they don t so okay. I then proceeded to ask them if they patched tires, they said yes if it s fixable and that they would check it out. Okay, cool. So after waiting for it to be checked out the mechanic came to me and said it s not fixable and that the entire lining of the tire on the inside is ruined. Stated that if he puts air in the tire it s just going to continually leak out, offered a new tire to me of course but I refused because I figured it would be at a ridiculous price. They put my spare on instead for $16. Something told me to come to another tire shop, so I went to the 5 star rated AK to get a used tire but they said let s see if we can fix it first to save you the trouble. Not only were they able to fix my tire for $10 but they told me there was nothing wrong with the inside and it just had a small hole in the tire. Wow. Trying to get over on people, life is already tough as it is. This place is not honest, and they ll never get anymore of my business, check out the lower reviews they will tell you a lot. Go to AK if you re looking for good service and good people!

Fast service, trustworthy, knowledgeable, no fluff. I will make this my go to place for car repairs. My Audi A4 was shaking bad for a while and leaking oil.They could have told me my tire rod or control arm was bad. Nope just bad rotors all around causing wheel imbalances.For my oil. They told me where the issue was located and informed me that it should only be done by Audi. Trustworthy and truthful. Did I tell you this all was repairs in 2 hours?

Very great service. The owner, and mechanics on duty care about their customers. Very reasonable pricing, and excellent work. This place is my forever home for any work that needs to be done on my vehicles.

I went in to do a diagnostic for them to raise my car. Tell me that it s bad and that I need to get rid of it. 5min. They charged me 50$. I went to 3 other shops. All offering to sandblast and do repair. For them to refuse to look at anything else. Spoke to a manager on the phone for them to tell me that it s not a safe car. But yet trying to state that other shops not look or touch my car. But NTB, Nelson and TLT raised and said it can be repaired. Very rude and sarcastic. Wasn t helpful. Basically took my money and lied to me. I wouldn t recommend doing business with people who cannot do their job properly.

Caught a flat and needed diligent and efficient servicing to make a few work appointments. Wheels unlimited and their team had me in and out in 10 minutes and it was the first auto bill I ve paid in years that was fair and transparent.

Today is January 3rd 2024 and I appreciate the help I received from the staff here. I m fresh off work tired and they helped in a timely matter with respect and customer service. Then they made my day with what they told me so if you need good service come here, I haven t had anything major done but I love the environment and the staff very helpful and professional

I hit a pothole in another state which bent the wheel. A new wheel was going to cost more than I had, and being from out of state I was trying to find somewhere that could help me. This shop fit me in the same day and was able to save me over 500 dollars. This shop could have easily over charged me, knowing I had limited options, but they didn't. I can't say enough good things about my experience.Service: Tires

I can t say enough about this business. It s been such a positive experience every time we visit. They are so helpful and nice and get the job done. I m thrilled with the prices as well. Unfortunately I had two bent rims from hitting a pothole. I called everywhere and Wheels Unlimited was able to get me in on the same day to fix both. It was also cheaper here than anywhere else. Everyone is friendly at Wheels Unlimited and they re pretty fast. I would definitely recommend coming here.Service: TiresService: Tires

Every time I come in the staff is always very friendly and insightful. Also, they will always give you the best price on parts and labor in the city. However, the best part about this shop is the quality work they put into your vehicle.
