I came in at my schedule time + was greeted promptly. The gentleman (tall, brown skin man. I don t remember his name ) that helped me was very knowledgeable + help me pick the best tires for my vehicle. Overall, it was great experience + I will continue to do business with them.

I had four new tires put on my car and they did an excellent job! I love the way my car rides and how it handles with these tires! I was very pleased with the service and the price I was quoted was the price I paid! The employees took care of me and made sure I had a way home and back to the shop! Thank You all very kindly for your wonderful service and I will definitely visit you all again in the near future .

The four tires I purchased are great, and service was fast, but those are the only good things about my experience. Most annoyingly, they scratched two of my wheels (pictures attached, taken right after I returned home from the store). I returned the next day, and the person working (different than the one who sold the tires) took pictures and said I would hear from "head office." It has been 5 business days, and I have heard nothing. The wheels were very dirty once the car was done, and one of the tire pressures was lower than the others. This isn't the end of the world, but it explains the sloppiness behind the scratches. I also had difficultly with the mail-in rebates that appeared on the Tire Discounters website (I saved a copy). When I initially purchased the tires, the worker said he didn't know anything about the rebates, unless I had a Tire Discounters credit card, and that website pricing didn't apply in-store. He said he gave me the rebates anyway, but this frustrated me as it was blatantly false. The only discount on the invoice was the same $50 instant savings discount (not rebate!) listed on the website. I was able to track down the $50 Goodyear rebate, but I am still waiting on the other. I hope this review prompts someone to contact me, as promised.

Really upset with the service provided. Went because my tire pressure really low. I wasn t sure if I had a nail in it or if it wasn t something else. I had mentioned that the tire had been repaired before (someone else) and he said the only option was to replace the tire. I was not comfortable with automatically replacing the tire without even investigating if it could be repaired. The employee refused to check the tire to see what was causing the low tire pressure and continued to say our only option is to replace it. When I mentioned I am not sure if theres a nail or anything and would like this checked before proceeding with just purchasing new tires he made it clear that I was supposed to know that information before coming to them. The employee then said he wasn t doing this back and forth and walked out of the store to a business next door. The employee didn t even give me back my keys, he left it sitting behind the desk. I had to then go around to grab my keys and walked out without anyone saying anything. Went down the road to a different business and was met with respect and had the problem solved and was back on the road in an hour.

I had an appointment to get 2-4 new tires, depending on how bad they were. I ended up getting 4 tires, an oil change, new break pads and rotors, and a break fluid flush. I'm not surprised my car needed more work than anticipated. I'm happy with the service and they got everything done in 2 hours.

I stopped in here after getting my first flat tire. Sonny immediately helped me out & actually saved me money. THANK YOU. Customer service was amazing and I will for sure be back for any car needs I come across!

In and out in an afternoon - incredible! Less expensive than NTB or Costco (it was going to be 2 weeks before they could install my tires, and 1 of the 4 didn't get shipped). The staff is polite, well spoken, informative, helpful & funny - esp Sonny. I don't think I'll need to see them again for a long time - but definitely recommend!

Given how the price of everything has gone up over the last couple years it s been hard to find a quality company and honest employees. I have mostly relied solely on tire discounters to fix whatever issue I have on either of my vehicles. Sonny has been a help and will do whatever he can to help make sure I get the best prices and best service. Will continue to use them in the future.

I ve been going to Tire Discounters for years. Every time I ve been here I magically have a nail in the side of my tire . Even after I ve inspected my own tires before I bring them in. They tell this lie to replace your tires instead of patching them because you pay more for new tires. I ve had incidents where they ve cracked my rim plate and didn t say anything until I noticed it. Recently I had some slow leaks because I ran over a bit of glass. I even told them that when I dropped off my car. They called me back to say I had 2 nails in my side walls of my tires , after I ve already inspected my tires. I don t drive on any construction sites. They showed me a zoomed in photo of a tire with nails in it that they showed me the last time I came to them for my tires. But they already replaced my tires so I had no choice but to pay the $300 for them (I had tire insurance, that s why it was that price, however that still seemed expensive for the coverage as well). When I got my car back they didn t balance the tires which is a free service included in new tires. I realized this when I drove home and my car was shaking when I hit around 60 on the highway. I also noticed my car was pulling hard to the right when I would brake, which it didn t do before I came there. I had them balance the tires and then they told me I had a loose lower arm bushing. But that my car was ok to drive. Later that day my car starting knocking when I brake. My car did not do that before I brought it to them. The mechanic also stated that they were rocking a car part back and forth on my car that should not have been able to do that. So basically I paid $300 for them to make my car not drivable. If you like driving your car and don t like being ripped off I would avoid coming to this place. It s really sad that I just realized they ve been ripping me off this entire time.

Duffy is awesome! Very patient and Informative. He s very knowledgeable on the different products and even went through the task and time to explain the pros & cons in relation to my personal tire needs. He was t pushy or just trying to get a sale. He really cares about the consumers safety and retention. 100% Recommended! Ask for Duffy!

Quick and easy appointment to get all 4 tires replaced. Additionally had the rear brakes replaced in the same service and was still out the door in less than two hours!

People at this location were nice and they did a good job. However, tires provided were different than online appointment implied with no notice (comparable, but should still be communicated better). Mail in rebate is only if you re spending over $500 or using TD credit card, which was somewhat misleading when getting quote for appointment online (noted at top of page, but near total it says discounted after after mail-in rebate, without noting that there are other requirements). Texts from store said different appointment time than online. Left hand doesn t know what the right hand is doing from online to in-store. Just call in to make your appointment with TD or go somewhere else. Otherwise fine service at this location.

Sonny saved Tire Discounters reputation yesterday. I had a poor experience on Wed evening with another service person. I arrived approx 6 min before the store The young man in the shop was helpful. He put air in my flat tire but you could hear the air coming out. He said they could fix it but I would have to leave it because they were closing but they offer Uber. I think the other salesperson that waited on me wad Rob but not sure. He convinced mevto buy a tire even though I asked if he could put on my spare. When he wrote up the paperwork the store had closed. I asked if hecwas going to call Uber He said he couldnt because they were closed and so was the corporate office and my tire was pulled in with a flat. I reported this to corporate. Mary called apologized and told me to work with Sonny. Sonny apologized. Convinced me to buy 2 tires and I got an alignment. His professionalism and knowledge of the business were exceptional. He and the young man in the shop deserve a reward for outstanding customer service.

I m just leaving Tire Discounters on Stelzer Road. I went in with a flat tire. Rather than just replacing the tire, which I would have readily agreed to, they recommended that I take my car to the dealership because the tire was likely under warranty. They filled my tire up though so I can safely drive to the dealership. I have been here numerous other times and always experienced the best service. Thank you!

After being dismissed with no help at Wal-Mart, I came to Tire Discounters on Steltzer Road. I needed an oil change and new tires. I was greeted by Sonny and he was so helpful!!! He helped me get the best possible tires and a good price. He s very friendly and very knowledgeable. This store is awesome. It s honestly not super close to my apartment. I stopped by after work. However, I will always come back to this store with my car needs for now on!! It s totally worth it!

This place is a scam. Tires less than 2.5 months old with only a few thousand miles on them. Sensor says low front left. Check said tire, perfect. I leave. Notice once on the free way the car handling poorly, pull over and my rear right is completely flat. Apparently the tire was damaged in this process and I m forced to pay another 75 dollars to have it replaced even with all warranty and insurances purchased. I didn t install the sensors wrong and brand new tires should be going flat, but here I am waiting over a hour (even though they changed the tire and dropped it from the lift in the first 15 min and no one has touched it sense) with an appointment and spending more money with a company not willing to admit there mistakes caused the damage.

Had to get brakes, they were timely in getting my car in to complete the inspection and were then able to replace the rear brakes and rotors within 1 1/2 hours.

Had them work on brakes and asked them to check oil because I had an oil change at Dayton TD location. This TD told, me...we don't open hood for brakes. ..duh! however they did open hood and then told me I have a oil leak which I said I wld handle w/Dayton.I drove 80 miles today only to discover they hadn't locked the hood, it was just on first catch. They put the cover piece for the dip stick & opening for oil on crooked which means I will now need to take some place to have fixed since you can't put oil in. They originally told me that Dayton price for brakes was "cheaper' because they probably quoted me CHEAP brakes. In addition to asking me if he was talking to fast. I might be older but I'm not stupid or deaf and until recently changed my own brakes and oil. Final straw was I drive the #1 car bring stolen in Franklin Cty. When he shut door after looking at in parking lot I went back to make sure was locked...it wasn't. I went in and asked them to use steering wheel lock and make sure locked. When I came to pick up neither done. Sitting in their lot waiting for a Kia Boy. And one person working front area (saw other walking away from location...don't begrudge anyone taking lunch but don't leave the cars open and no one watching.) Run from this location! It is a pity Tire Discounters has their name on this location. I was so disappointed in their service and endangering me and others by not shutting hood all they way. They may have been mad I didn't do the oil and questioned them but is it worth endangering lives with a petty/childish act.

3 hours from home and picked up a screw. They came out to check my tire even though they were swamped. Luckily no leak in my tire. Also while waiting I overheard the front guy tell a lady that she doesn't need an appt just to rotate tires, do it with oil changes and save money.

Incredibly unprofessional. Took three hours because their team "put on the tires backwards" their own words which were overhead while waiting for our vehicle. Once we got home noticed lug covers were missing, rims were scratched/ dirty and the spare was just tossed into the trunk. Called to remedy the situation, one manager was nice but did not call back as promised, upon a follow up phone call the other manager was incredibly rude and defensive and did not even give me a chance to explain the situation. I asked if I could send a photo as I have two young children and did not want to spend more time fixing this and he would not hear it. When my husband called and mentioned they put the tires on backwards (their own words) He became more defensive about that terminology. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
