Edit: we were told by another location that this location will be permanently closed on Sundays, and they don't know why hours aren't changed at their location.Have an appointment scheduled here with confirmation text for 11am. Physically at the location and the website and door says their Sunday hours they open at 9am. No one is here, door is locked, tried calling and can't even get voicemail because it says it's full.

I went in a couple of months ago to get an alignment and come today my car is again out of alignment. I take the car back and they call me while it s in the shop saying they re not going to fix it because I had work done on my axles by another company. When I went to explain my car was out of alignment PRIOR to this repair, the man asked So you re not paying and hung up on me. I m pretty sure it was the shorter man in the front. It s not about not wanting to pay it s about this facility not wanting to take ACCOUNTABILITY for their mistake. Instead of allowing me to detail the situation and provide documentation that the car was out of alignment PRIOR to the other repair, I was hung up on. I understand you individuals may know more about cars etc but to treat another person like that for wanting their possessions to be properly repaired is unacceptable. Mind you my car is still in warranty for a repair.The entire service might be fine but this specific shop is NOT.***Update: Customer service was EXTREMELY helpful in abiding by the warranty***

Very fast service, the employees were very polite and they explained what was wrong with my car. As a woman I felt very comfortable which is not always common when I take my car to have work done. Highly recommend!

This place can get you in right away whenever you're in bind. I've had to have 3 tires either replaced or patched over the last few months and they have been great each time.

This place is NOT open on Sundays and I wasted a AAA tow taking my car to this place only for it to not be open despite the hours online saying 9am - 5pm, and the physical business listing it s hours from 9am-5pm. It is not a holiday, there s no other sign posted to indicate why they would randomly be closed.I was informed due to understaffing the shop was unexpectedly closed. After the service I received this place would ve gotten 5 stars since it was such a rough start. Great people, great service just need to ensure their hours are accurate or maybe some indication on their voicemail that they may be closed due to staffing.

This place would be a 5 star ,but I only seen 2 workers which made the process longer. They offer free Wi-Fi access which is nice. They floors were dirty even under the chairs along the wall. The parking lot is small ,but it works. For the price it's well WORTH the service!!!

Scott at Tire Choice is the best! I took my car in because my brakes were occasionally squeaking and I assumed I would have to spend hundreds of dollars on new parts/labor. I dropped in without an appointment and the mechanic did an inspection within the hour. Scott educated me about my braking system and let me know that everything actually looks really good and I don't need to spend money to fix anything. I truly appreciate their honesty and efficiency! I believe they do right by their customers. I will absolutely be back for additional services.

Everyone please read this before getting serviced here.My AC wasn t working so I came here to get it checked out. I asked how much it would cost to get it fixed; guy said it depends on what s wrong . So I asked if they can see what s wrong, he said yes but it will cost $30 to check it out...but don t worry it will be taken out of the final cost of the service . After checking out my car, he came back to tell me it needed to be recharged with Freon and that it would cost me $120 total or something like that. I said ok let s do it. After recharging my car, he comes to me and tells me it turns out you need a compressor because you DONT have one ....I say what do you mean I don t have one??? ...he says yea it s not there, it must ve fallen out of your car. He then proceeds to tell me that this has happened before and that it will cost $1000 to put in a new one today. I denied the service because I couldn t afford it (not because I knew that a compressor falling off a car was extremely unlikely). He then said ok I will reverse the recharge I just completed then . (How does one reverse that service? Maybe it s possible, I might be wrong since I m compeltely ignorant to all that is auto mechanics)ANYWAYS.....My car s compressor is there. It s perfectly bolted next to my engine, on the rubber belt thing. I don t know much about cars so I called my dad and he angrily told me that there is no way my compressor miraculously fell off. He made me re-check myself, and bingo...there it was.In summary, the mechanics of this shop are 1 of 2 things:1. Extremely under-qualified for their field of service, considering they couldn t find the AC compressor in my car2. Liers/thieves trying to take advantage of a young girl that doesn t know anything about cars and might say heyyyy why not, here s $1000 to put in a new compressor....I just want my AC workin today!! For the sake of humanity (but very unfortunate for the business), I m going with the embarrassingly honest act of them not spotting the compressor in my car (hence the 1/5 instead of 0/5 stars). For the man who was attempting to provide me service, the compressor of a 2011 Toyota Corolla is located on the bottom left side of the engine (when looking at the car from the front). It can be seen perfectly from the bottom of the car. Photos are posted below. However, thank you for the discount on the break light. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors as a mechanic and may you be blessed with good will.

I have been coming here for 2 years now. Any other tire shops in Columbus have tried to get more money out of me then necessary but this tire choice is always straight forward, helpful, and fair priced. I have had this location put aftermarket wheels on my Cadillac and put multiple tires on my girlfriends car. Every time I come in I spend some time visiting with the older gentleman who works the front counter, he s always very kind and polite and fun to talk to. Will continue to bring my business here!

I ruptured my tire and I was able to get my car in the next day without and appointment. This is not the first time this has occurred. I am consistently delighted how fast and easy it is not only to get an appointment, but the speed at which the service is provided. Thank you to everyone, from the kind gentleman at the front desk to the techs that worked in my car. You all are amazing!

Overall great experience. changed all four tires, and aligned my car in an hour and a half. super nice staff and willing to do what they can to make sure you re satisfied and back on the road safely!

My car has a flat tire on Sunday afternoon. I drove to Tire Choice and Fernando could squeeze a time slot into an already very busy schedule to fix my car. The tire was patched while I waited and the price was way cheaper than I had imaged. I highly recommend their service to local Columbus residents. Very friendly staff, honest, and professional.

The service manager went above and beyond in helping me with a tire replacement last minute on a Sunday afternoon. He even stayed over an hour past closing time to ensure I was able to get back to my home in Toledo. I HIGHLY recommend this auto center if you're in the market for a new one.

Made an appointment for 2pm on a Sunday; hours of operation clearly state 9am-5pm. At 2pm no staff were present at the location and the door was locked. After waiting and calling multiple times I left - would not recommend

Scott and Fernando are very friendly, professional, and overall wonderful to work with! I have gone here for mostly oil changes and to replace tires and they did a great job fitting me into their busy schedules.

The owner was very very friendly and helped me right away. The tech also fixed my tire quickly I only waited about 40 minutes. I will definitely return if I have any other car trouble.

The employees at this place are so nice and professional. Due to insurance mistake my car was towed to their parking lot so I called them and explained the situation and they were so cooperative and nice about it. Although they had a full parking lot, they were super understanding and polite. I would like to express my appreciation for them here!

The fellas here have always been very kind to me and have never tried to upsell or pressure me into doing / buying anything. I really appreciate how swift and prepared they are to service my vehicle. I definitely would recommend tire choice for your auto needs

We are so thankful for the service that was provided to our daughter on Friday 3/17/23. She is a student at Ohio State and was having car trouble, which is very stressful as parents when you are over three hours away. I found a recommendation for Tire Choice on an OSU Parent FB page and our daughter was able to get an immediate appointment, with a friendly and helpful staff member. She was back home within an hour or so and the price was more than reasonable. We are so pleased with the service we received- thank youTire Choice for all of your help!!

I've gone to tire choice now for almost 3 years. It was rough at first the manager is extremely rude didn't like him at all. But now that they have a new crew in there it could not be happier they're so kind so nice and so helpful. You can pull in and ask them to check the tire and there's no problem they they do it no time check them all and you're set ready to go. I definitely we'll keep this one here even though I have to travel like 15 more minutes to get there but that's just the one that I like it's off of Old and tangy in Riverview drive

Had to stop here after a road trip vehicle malfunction left us stranded. The guys here took care of our car quickly and professionally. I can not recommend them enough! As a woman it can be hard to find a place with decent honest people who aren t looking to scam you. SO happy we happened to stop here!

Scott and the crew at Tire Coice on Olentangy River Road are thr best! They are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and courteous. They saved me today when I found nails in my tire and needed a replacement fast! In under six hours they ordered the tire, got it delivered and on my car. Really appreciate the fine service I've received over and over again at this location.

This rating is not for their quality of work, rather for the disgraceful behavior of the front desk guy (short guy) , he doesn t behave as a normal person. I have been going to this place many times as it is closer to my home. Each time, I taught he would change his attitude and treat me like a regular customer, but it only got worse, to a point where he was not only disrespectful but also used threatening and abusive language. This is absolutely not the behavior you would condone if you care about the community you live in.On the other hand another employee Fernando has always tried to help in whatever way he can to get the job done and I also think people who work here do a good job.

My tire popped on a piece of wood during a storm and I had to get it to the closest shop to my house. Was worried that settling on the closest would wind me up at a less than desirable shop. They got me in literally last minute and kept my vehicle over night. The very next day the sensor for my push to start goes out on them and the car wouldnt start. They still did my tire in the lot, later managed to find a work around for the sensor, and finished up my brake service in the garage. They could've said "hey this wont start your problem" but they didn't. Above that, they were informative, every person I spoke with was friendly and most importantly, honest. Vehicle drives great now and definitely will be servicing my family's vehicles at this location from here on. Thanks guy.

Ran over a screw and had to have a tire replaced here today. Fernando helped me at the desk and he was super polite and friendly and explained everything in layman s terms. He reminded me that my tire was still under warranty(that I completely forgot purchasing two years ago) which saved me almost $60. I usually dread getting my car repaired because I m not the most knowledgeable on car maintenance and worry that I ll be sold on unnecessary stuff. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything more then I came in for. All around a great experience

I was incredibly impressed by the service I received today. The manager, Howard, went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. Prior to my appointment he took the time to call me and let me know that the original tires that I had selected on the website were out at his shop and would need to be transferred from another when they opened tomorrow (no fault of his, the computer system isn't entirely accurate). Since this wouldn't work with my schedule he recommended a substitution that was in stock and was as close as possible to both my specifications and price range. That extra step saved what could have been a wasted trip to other shops, and showed me that these guys truly care about their work and their word.The service was completed quickly and efficiently (even with only two guys in the shop on a busy Sunday). I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the tech that did the work but he was extremely professional and did a top notch job. By far the best tire service I have ever had. I will certainly be back for any future work.

Stopped in today for a leak in my tire. Andre took really good care of me! Great staff! I was in and out of the store in less then 25 minutes. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on and would highly recommend you do the same! 10/10
