Derrick was very friendly, honest, and transparent. He walked me through all the repairs my car needed. My car may get another 60 to 80 thousand miles after working with him. I highly recommend

Called the guy to ask a couple questions. Trying to see if I want THEM to work on my vehicle. This guy answers the phone with a complete attitude telling me to ask some other shop these questions.Never in my life of having a car have I ever encountered a mechanic that was so rude and disrespectful. NEVER. I'm bring my concerns and money to YOUR business and you have the audacity to be so rude? I will remember the place of this name, not because of their work. But just because of that one phonecall. Never have I had a mechanic be so rude.

I had a great conversation with the owner. This man knows cars and more importantly he uses high tech equipment. What really stood out for me was the amount of research he does before even agreeing to take a job. Who passes up a job right? Clearly someone who cares about their work. Unfortunately for me I've run into people who just wanted money and took the work but couldn't do the job! I'm hopeful Derek agrees to service all of our vehicles not just the two we addressed today.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

After two other mobile mechanics looked at my car giving me see diagnostic that wasn t the issue. I was frustrated and ready to give up. Contacted Derrick who could hear the frustration in my voice calmed me down and assured he can figure the issue out. Took my car the same day Derrick hooked my car up giving me the real diagnosis and that day left my car there the next day had it back.Derrick was very patient, professional, and very EFFICIENT!!! I can't thank Derrick enough for his help in getting my vehicle back on the road. The car needed a new turbocharger. Derrick got me in the same day and did it for considerably less than other repair shops had quoted. So I called and was trying to get a quote The guy who picked up was very rude and kept cutting me off. So yeah, just based off that they will not be seeing any of my money. You can tell a lot from a person just from phone conversation. If you don t know how to talk to people, you should seriously consider another profession.

Went above and behind to help me out. Derrick helped start my car after my alternator went out and replaced it the same day. Fair prices as well.

Derrick is bad business I do not recommend him latest review I agree with he was on something cause I called in told me he would get back with me and when I reached back he was very rude like he didn't have any knowledge of me being in contact with him (Don't do it ) he'll upset you with his services more problems coming out of his shop

Great guy, great service! The value of his auto repair expertise is more than what I can pay, yet the prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for a trustworthy, great repairman, I recommend using this service.

This is the worst service I ever had he was smoking crack on job when I walked in and I even tried still give him a chance he was acting all weird and jittery so I do not recommend using speedy under hood services
