Nick totally ripped us off he charged me$1900. For a new part bought a used one then he wrecked it into fence charged us $3000. More to fix rear differential which wasn t broke we took it to dealer they had checked it and it was fine right before we took it to nicks then he charged us another 3000. To think about it and he also put transmission fluid in the oil it was on engine where our dipstick was. I asked for part of our money back but he basically told us too bad. We were out $5000. And had to take to dealer to fix it very unprofessional use him at ur own risk. Even his response to our rating was canceled and exchanged. His first response was call Jenny who he knew was my wife s sister who recently died. This speaks for itself.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Nick was awesome he's very helpful and actually probably ended up saving me a bunch of money. I was told by AutoZone that my alternator was going bad and that I would want to get it replaced sooner rather than later. So I went and purchased the alternator brand new $161 including core charge, and took it to Nick and he tested the alternator before he started the work and told me that the alternator was fine. So after my mind was at ease, I took the alternator back to AutoZone and returned it and got my money back and I'm going to be taking it back to Nick to do a diagnostic on it instead to see what the problem exactly is so I'm not just wasting my money fixing things that don't need fixed. I appreciate more than anything his honesty which makes me want to continue going to Nick for any issues I have with any of my cars from here on out. He seems to know his stuff. I highly, highly recommend you bring your car here.... Thank you so much Nick from the bottom of my heart. it's hard to find honest people anymore. I'm so glad I found you.!!

Nick and his shop accepted my '99 Dodge truck for repair right before closing yesterday. They were able to replace the water pump and correct a few other issues and had it back to me tonight! Great rates, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable workers. I highly recommend this small shop. A big name shop would have charged much more and taken days if not longer for the same work. Thank you Nick's! He gave me a time as to when my car will be completed and was right on time. He even confirmed to complete the work after giving me my price quote. Nick and his father are great. Combined they have over 40 years experience with auto repair. The price is reasonable. I will return for future repairs.

Absolutely hands down the best mechanic. Communication 10/10.Price 10/10.Knowledge 10/10.Super nice guy.! We were originally told our vehicle was going to be over $2000 to fix by some of the other stop in mechanic shops, only to take it to Nick and find out that what we needed done was completely different. He fixed it and our vehicle is 100% fixed. He will be our family mechanic from here on.

This is the safest, best auto repair shop you could do business with. I took my car in for break work and Nick went above and beyond normal repair. He accommodated my needs fast, it was affordable, and you can tell by the work and professional job done that he truly cares about what he does. You can't find good shops like this anymore. I called Nick the other day, got a price over the phone. It was a great price for the repair! Other places tried charging me over 500 and not enough time to fix as fast as I needed. Nick said bring it by. Took it over today n was in and out in no time at all! fast reliable and a cool guy to chat with. Going back for more work soon for sure and will recommend to anyone! They did a lot of work on my Malibu, a whole lot of different issues. They did an Amazing job!!! It drives like its brand new. Nick is a wonderful sweet helpful guy! I will always go to him when I need car repairs! I was having a lot of issues with my Honda Odyssey making a weird noise when I would turn or even just drive in general. I saw Nick's sign and decided to try out his shop. He quickly made a accurate assessment of the problem and fixed it and worked with me on parts and labor. Which helped a lot since I am a single mom. He was efficient and not costly. Not to mention his overall demeanor was cordial and I didn't feel like he was condescending towards me which some mechanics in my past were guilty of. DO NOT GO HERE, updating my previous positive review, 12/28/2020. While my first experience with a $500 alternator repair at Nick's was good, 8 months after I had it replaced, it failed. I brought it back to him for repair. Nick's solution was another alternator (free under warranty) + $300 labor. 2 weeks later, alternator failure again. In my mind, there is something else WRONG with the car that Nick DID NOT FIX the second time. I call Nick to tell him. Nick tells me he will NOT GUARANTEE his labor costs for the re-repair of my auto of which HE DID NOT FIX the previous TWO TIMES. He wanted to charge me ANOTHER $300 labor to replace the alternator once again. Then he abruptly says, "let me call you back..." A few days go by... no return phone call. I call again, to which he says, "There may be another problem with it, let me ask around and call you back..." Two months later and I'm still waiting for that call. He obviously didn't want the job, but he could have at least worked out some sort of solution/courtesy to keep me as a costumer rather than ghosting me.Now here's the kicker: I take my car to the dealer. He reports to me that the alternator was missing a bolt and others were "finger tight," the belt was crooked and not properly running the power steering, and Nick's poor repair was a HUGE repair waiting to happen.Reading Nick's responses to other reviews, he rudely tells another customer to take it to the dealer and pay 3 times the cost. In my experience with Nick, I paid $500 for the original repair + $300 2cnd repair + at least $300 had I returned a 3rd time. The dealer charged $800 for the alternator, discovered why it had a failure problem in the first place, and he CALLED ME regularly to update the status of my repair. Before you go to Nick's, you have to ask, what is your time worth, what is a proper, safe repair worth, and what is returning your phone calls and being courteous worth? There are GOOD mechanics out there, unfortunately, Nick's isn't one of them.

Walked into this place, was greeted immediately, by Nick. That's a big plus in my book. Nick went the extra mile to handle my brother's problem, which Nick diagnosed, fixed, and charged us more than what was fair, for the job. Nick did everything that could have been asked out of him, and then some, did it quickly, efficiently, very well, with a smile on his face. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated so darn good.

Figured I d update my review. Had my left lower control arm assembly replaced 6 months ago and an alignment done. Forward 4 months my car is back to driving horrible. I ve attempted to call multiple times, left several voicemails asking about work or part warranty with no return phone calls. I m now having to spend money at another shop to re-replace parts that have already been fixed and then some. Not the happiest of campers. Super quick call backs when they might make money, but no call back when the car is unsafe to drive after the fact.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Couldn't have ask for a better experience. Nick was great. Stayed later to give me time to get there. Fixed an issue I was unaware of without charging something crazy. Easy going and easy to talk to. I will definitely be back for some other work I need done on my vehicles. Nick is very personable, does excellent work at reasonable prices and finishes projects quickly. I highly recommend him for your automotive needs. I cannot stress enough that in a sea of dishonest mechanics with shady business practices it's good to find someone like Nick.

When I called Nicks they were very prompt in answering they also went above and beyond to help me as I was stranded broke down on the road at rush hour. They helped me find the problem and got it fixed and got the part the next day! Very pleasant office and smiley faces when I came in to pay. They were very fair on the price and called immediately when my car was done! I will return, and highly recommend Nicks Auto Repair!

Not only did Nick fix the reason we took my husband's car in for at a reasonable price, but he also noticed a few minor things and fixed those too! I felt he treated us as if we were family!! Great guy, great place, great service!! Thanks so much!!!

Visited Nick's auto repair based on reviews. Big mistake. Lacks knowledge on newer vehicles. I'd be hard pressed to recommend more than a car wash. Save yourself the time, money and headache and seek a mechanic with up to date experience.

If you need your car fixed, this is the place to go. It was the best experience I have ever had in dealing with car repair. They are very reasonable with price and they keep you involved the entire time with what is happening with your car. I will never go anywhere else!!!

Really good place to go the gentleman went above and beyond helping us fix our car. Me and my husband were making a trip to Pennsylvania and we got stuck in Ohio he helped us worked pretty late into the night would recommend to anyone in that area.

Left this place after telling me that my transmission wasn't messed up. Took it to az transmission and they told me the gears needed replaced due to mismatched tires.Not at all reliable at nicks auto care

I tried to use this business, but apparently they are out of business. I have been there three times during their posted hours of operation, and nobody home's phone is always busy. Door always pad locked, open sign always off. Aka. Don't waste your time!!

Very satisfied with this company their efficiency is outstanding brought in my vehicle and they contacted me the same day with what needed to be done and had it fixed the next will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else but there THANK YOU AGAIN NICK'S AUTO REPAIR!!!

Called on several occasions and get no answer. Never seen him open at 9 like the sign says. Went by today at 10:30 am still not open. Very unreliable. He just lost a customer for good
