The sense of my despair caused them the response of urgency! Not only are their mechanics skilled and competent, they were detail oriented and thorough! And they replaced the window in my vehicle with the spirit of kindness and humbleness. The fair & reasonable cost was well worth my time and energy. My husband and I have been taking our cars to Andy for years and he's never jerked us around or tried any kind of upsell. He gives you the options straight and his experienced overview shows when he listens to symptoms about your car. Sometimes we have to take our cars to the dealership for service campaigns, and every time we wish I could just take it up the street to Andy at National Auto Services. I had my Kia stolen and my steering wheel colum damaged along with my window smashed. I took it to Andy and he was able to have it fixed after 2 days. His prices are reasonable. They did a great job!!

Family business and very fair prices. Excellent service I have been going here for a while and they take care of you. The owners and shop workers are kind and make you feel welcomed. Fast and quality service they have been keeping my car on the road riding good!

I've had my vehicle & my son's vehicles repaired, for approximately 5 years. They are HONEST & FAST. I won't go anywhere else! I recommend them to anyone with car repair needs.

I had previously only ever taken my car back to the Honda dealership for maintenance and repairs, but couldn't justify paying what they were asking to replace the starter on my '15 Accord. I am very pleased with my decision to take it to National Auto Services instead. Andy took great care of me and was communicative throughout the whole process. They were fast, efficient, and most importantly - reasonably priced and honest. I will be back.

Had my timing belt and water pump replaced on my 2014 Chevy Cruze. They also offer a 30-day warranty on their work.

I've been taking my daughters old car there for the last 2 years. I can honestly say I've never had an issue with their work. Whether they buy the parts or I do I always feel they are either on par with other shops or in most cases a little less expensive. They really try to work with you when you ask them to check into an issue. I started going there when it needed rear suspension and they quoted me about $200 less than any other shop, they showed me both the old and new parts and I thought they were well worth the price, since then they have repaired the belts, brakes and front suspension and I don't feel like I overpaid, in fact I feel about $500 ahead compared to other shops I got quotes from.I would recommend them fully. Just be a nice person and understand they are busy (because they are reliable) and you will get awesome service...

I've dealt with this shop a few times to get my car repaired. The first time was for an alternator that came with a 12 month warranty. The price was good so I went ahead and did it. Then, 14 months later the alternator needs replaced AGAIN. But of course because it was over 12 months since it was fixed we had to shell out more cash to get it replaced again. An alternator shouldn't die after a year!! It was hooked up to a brand new battery too.This most recent time, my partner took the vehicle in and told him what is wrong, but he never even put the vehicle up on a lift so he didn't even see the problem we originally brought it in for. Then overcharged us about $100+ (compared to a larger mechanic's in the area's prices) to repair something that probably didn't even need to be replaced. If he didn't put it up on the lift how did he know that there was a problem with one of the control arms??Needless to say we are never using this shop again. The mechanic is not trustworthy and will overcharge you for parts.

Worked with them a few times. Didn't love the quality of the parts they used but it's not like they were terrible. Was completely turned off to them after I got quoted this crazy price for a lot of suspension work. I wasn't there and I worked with them before so I trusted the assessment and just asked them to do what was absolutely necessary. Later on, I was short on time so I took my car to another shop closer to my work to do the rest. The other shop told me that none of the things that supposedly needed fixing were broken and showed me what was actually wrong. So either these guys are kinda incompetent or they were trying to fleece me. Either way I wouldn't go there unless it's something routine and you are there for the fixing. Also make them show you the "broken" part just to be safe

I have been taking my car to National Auto Service for years. They are honest. I have never had them try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. Fast, friendly service!

Took our vehicle in for a lower control arm replacement on the drivers side.Told him that when we brought it in, and that another shop had given us an estimate already.Guy calls and says the driver side is fine, but the passenger side is a little loose. So we paid out $400 to get it fixed, and now go to get an alignment and can't get one because the DRIVERS SIDE needs replaced like I told him!!!!Now we still can't effectively use our 2nd vehicle because he didn't listen to me to begin with, and when I called he said he never put it on a lift so he couldn't tell it was broken.Bad customer service. Also didn't tell me to start with that his quote did not include labor so we paid more than we initially thought we needed to.

I have been a Customer of National Auto of 20years. There not a better shop in the state of Ohio for QUALITY AND PRICE. I refer everyone I know to this shop. There nothing they can't do from little jobs like brakes to providing you with a new engine. If your smart bring your new or used vehicle to Andy!! If you going to purchase a used vehicle they will look at for small fee make your not getting a bad deal.Thanks Andy your #1 Fan.

My husband says they are very hardworking reliable, and trustworthey, and the plus the prices are Excellent! I say take your car there if the need arises and find out for yourself im taking mine next week

They keep the credit/debit machine behind the counter and will ask for you pin; they will take your card and attempt to make purchases, or even double charge you, via a third party and using a VPN to make it appear as if it were out of state and by another company. BUYER BEWARE!!! Desperate times call for desperate measures and theft seems to be their modus operandi. Fortuitously, we have been able to stop the transactions. However, I will no longer be using this mechanic shop and am in the process of filing criminal charges against them for securities fraud.

This place is pretty good he fixed a couple my cars quick and on time but I have a car up there now that it took two weeks to get diag just tell me that he know it's the water pump but it could be something else after he fix it I really can't rate right this place now until I get my car back but we will see.

I was stranded ( 2 hrs from home)at Children s Hospital with a car that wouldn t stay running. I got to Auto Zone and they diagnosed it with their tester. Got on my phone and found Nation Auto. Gave them everything. He got the part and had it waiting for me when the tow truck got me there. Took me right in and had me in and out in 45 mins !! THANK YOU !!!Service: Electrical repair

The language barrier is terrible at this location, they gave me 3 different prices for brakes and rotors on my Lexus. No good
