I have been going to Jeff for the past 10+ years with 7 different vehicles. I do not have enough good things to say about him and the work that he does. Here are just a few of the words I would use to describe Jeff - Reliable, Honest, Dependable, Upmost Integrity, Nice, Hard Working, Trustworthy, Competent, Affordable.You will not find a better mechanic ........... period!!!!!!!

Jeff is the best and is that gem you look for when trying to find a mechanic for repeat business. Been going to him for years and he does all my work. He is the only mechanic I can say do what you would do if it was your car and trust I won't be taken for a ride. You wont be disappointed and if he can't do the work he always points ya to the best direction to solve the problem. Can't stress it enough if I could give him 6 outa 6 stars I would.

My son uses McCool for his truck then recommended him for work I needed done on my Fit. Wow. What wonderful guy! I now have a forever mechanic I trust. Prices are fair and he's very good at communicating. ---- Thank you Jeff McCool. You are fabulous!

I had Jeff replace the AC compressor in my Honda CR-V. He was very kind and flexible with scheduling! It only took about a day for the repair to be complete. I'm very happy with my service and my AC works great! I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. He does great work, is affordable, and honest with his work. 10/10 highly recommend and I will certainly go to this shop for all of my auto needs moving forward.

Jeff has been taking care of our cars for over a decade. We've referred many friends to him as well. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reasonable pricing. He does the simple oil changes to replacing an engine.My hubby works on our cars, but due to Jeff (and old age), we take them here to be repaired nowadays. Wouldn't take our car needs anywhere else... except the 2004 F350 Deisel he hates to work on!Highly recommend Jeff McCool, he's a cool guy and not bad to look at either!

Outstanding! Jeff did amazing work on my car and went the extra mile trying to solve a complicated issue for me and the pricing was more than reasonable. Jeff is awesome! After having doubts about taking my vehicle to be serviced somewhere that was unfamiliar to me, Jeff exceeded all of my expectations. Turn around time was awesome and the prices are by far the best I ve ever seen! He s Highly Recommended!

By far the best mechanic in Columbus. Jeff is always courteous, accommodating and cost conscious for his customers. While this is a business and the guy needs to keep the lights on, he isn't making his rent payments by gouging you with his prices. I've brought numerous cars to him over the years and he's kept them all running great. He's also extremely schedule friendly, and will make sure to find a way to get you in as soon as he can and at a time that fits your day. Can't recommend enough.

Very fair pricing, always way lower than the box store type places. Jeff is very communicative throughout the process and easy to work with. I agree with everyone who says he always tells us if something can wait to be fixed or even if we can order a part ourselves for cheaper!

Absolutely amazing.It was one of the best experiences I have had with a repair shop, smoother than some routine oil changes!My car completely broke down, I had no idea what was wrong with it, was referred here by a friend. Had a quote within a few hours of having my car towed.It cost LESS than half of what I expected for repairs, and he had it ready to go within a day or 2.I couldn't pick it up right away and he held onto for a few more days, kept it safe.When I did go pick up my car, he showed me pictures of what actually broke, explained why it needed replacement, and pointed out other things that might need repair soon, but admitted they were low priority and didnt need work immediately, unlike other shops that would scare me into paying for unnecessary service.Will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who has a car!

Excellent mechanic. Had the opportunity several times to sell me parts/labor I didn t need. Work is always top notch and done quickly and efficiently. From a freeze plug, water pump, radiator replacement, timing belts, exhaust systems, oil changes, belt and pulley replacements, etc, this business is excellent.
