I'm very happy with the work done by Luke's Auto! I brought my car in for a failed clutch master cylinder, and some clunking in the rear end. They did great diagnostics and got the right parts back in my car. The best part, I had my car towed into the lot Monday after hours with no appointment (re: failed clutch master cylinder) and they had the car ready for pickup before they closed on Thursday. Luke's will be my go-to mechanic from here on out

Very Happy Customer! Had a nail puncture my tire, called them at 4:45pm to see if they could take me in even though they closed at 5:30, they made time for me, patched the tire and got me back on the road within 10 minutes. The waiting room was clean and stocked of drinks and snacks. Staff was extremely friendly. Pricing was cheaper than anywhere else around by about 25%.

This is the only auto place I trust here in Columbus. Luke s Auto has always been reliable, fair, and honest with me. Dennis and Josh deserve a shoutout here at the Grandview location. They will tell you what is needed, what can wait, and if something isn t important. I trust these guys with whatever they say, I know they won t try and take advantage unlike other stereotypical shops. Again I can t say enough good things about them, trust all the good reviews here!

They were able to get me in quickly. Supplied pics along with diagnostics. Very reasonably priced. Noticed that they also have a loaner vehicle which is an added bonus/convenience.

I would give 5 stars but I'm poor and it was kinda expensive. However, they truly do a great thorough job. They treat everyone with kindness and dignity regardless of their income or how old and high mileage their vehicle is. They have a comfy waiting room, great snacks and flavored coffee creamer. Highly recommend, they were worth the 1 week wait it took for an appointment.

This review is long overdue. I had an ABS system failure right before the holidays so you can only imagine the amount of stress I was in. Brought my car to a dealership and they quoted me nearly 4 grand which is expected. I didn't have nowhere near that amount so I had to look at other places. I called Luke's auto based on their google reviews. Toyota priuses are not the easiest to work on and they assured me that they have external resources that they will go to if need be. We live in a world where most businesses, auto shops in this case, do take advantage of their customers but based on my experience, I think these are honest people. They quoted me about 2600 for the work plus other maintenance that I needed. They did mention that they have payment plans which I was considering because I didn't have the funds initially. They also offer you a ride to drop off/pick up your car.

Only reason for a 4 star is due to charging 135 dollars to hook a computer up. They would get a lot more business if they did it for 25 bucks. It take about 2 mins to do this. On a good note there staff is great. Very honest place. Would highly recommend.

Very overpriced and better solutions found in google. I had a cylinder misfire and water leak in my spare wheel well. They asked for $1000 for coil and spark plug which costed me $270 to do it on my own.I was able to google to fix my water leak in few minutes using a $6 sealant where they told me that they would drill a hole which doesn t really fix the problem. I paid $130 for the inspection and did not get a single information more useful than a youtube video.

Lukes Auto is the go-to place. One of the few places to offer ride sharing and loaner cars in Columbus. I went in with a car going at max 25mph. Josh reassured me and walked through the process of what it might be and taking next steps. The options between and engine clean out vs replacing an entire transmission and he gave me his honest feedback which resulted in cost my hundred instead of thousands. Not only do they complete great auto services, their customer support is refreshing and exactly what all businesses need. I will be back every time I need help. Overpriced, and every interaction is a sales pitch.With regard to the pricing, I got a quote from another mechanic shop, one I know to be an pricier mechanic and his quote was 30% less than Luke's.I much preferred the old owners who sold this location to Luke's. I'm going to find another mechanic.

Had a flat tire and found Luke s after having to get off the freeway. They were able to plug my tire quick and cheap and we re all super friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back!

can t say enough great things about my experience at luke s auto repair! I had an issue where my tire pressure light kept coming on, and they found an issue where the tire was leaking where it meets the wheel well (I think? haha). I was so impressed I scheduled my oil change there as well. best part - anything they say they check on your car, they photograph. so you can actually see what they checked and what needs fixed or worked on. a+ service, for sure!

If you drive a Honda in the Columbus area and you don t take it to Luke s for service, you are making a big mistake. Josh and Aaron at the Grandview location are awesome.

I'm writing this review because hands down. Luke's auto is absolutely the best auto repair shop in Columbus Ohio . But more than just a repair shop they are real human beings that care about helping people and getting the job done right shout out to Josh .I would recommend this shop to anyone .wish I could give them 10 stars

Great shop, great people! My family is on an extended stay in Columbus for the adoption of a baby at Nationwide Children s hospital. We found ourselves in need of some Automotive repairs. I am ASE certified and manage 2 car dealerships in Virginia so I am not easily taken advantage of and I know what to look for from a repair shop. Aaron and the team at Luke s are honest, kind and genuinely want to take care of their customers. They have far exceeded my expectations. As long as I m in Columbus this will be my shop! If anyone is in Columbus and needing work I highly recommend them. Super friendly, quick service, ordered me a Lyft so I could come pick up my car. They didn t try and upsell at all, told me what I needed, what I could do without but needed done and what looked good. Highly recommend

I. LOVE. THIS. PLACE. I went to another place and had a horrible experience and needed a new place to go and found Luke's looking reputable. I immediately felt more comfortable with their process and got some of the best customer service I've ever had. Anywhere. I will definitely be returning.

Being relatively new to the area, I had my doubts about this place at first. So far Dublin Road Auto Care has exceeded my expectations! Paul is honest about what work needs to be done on your vehicle and does it well at a fair price. Every time I bring my car in, I've had a positive experience. If you're in the area and need work done on your car, this is the place to go!
