I had a great first visit to Luke's auto. Ashley was excellent with communication and was so courteous and helpful. I felt that my car got good care. Also, I had a faulty tire pressure monitor system for years that was not fixed by other places, but Luke's was able to identify the issue and easily fix it.

We took a car here after a different shop worked on our daughter's car for 10 weeks. After thousands of dollars and weeks of no car it was returned to us in worse condition. Luke's got us in the same day and had completed repairs in two days. The communication and professionalism are exceptional! We were very impressed with the way the car runs and looks under the hood compared to how it looked and ran when we brought it in. In my opinion they went above and beyond. Thank you so much to the entire team, we will definitely be returning customers.

This is the only auto place I trust here in Columbus. Luke s Auto has always been reliable, fair, and honest with me. They will tell you what is needed, what can wait, and if something isn t important. I trust these guys with whatever they say, I know they won t try and take advantage unlike other stereotypical shops. Again I can t say enough good things about them, trust all the good reviews here!

Luke's Auto is one of the few places I feel like I'm not getting lied to about what's happening with my car. My family now takes both of our vehicles, and we will take our new one as well. I feel like they thoroughly check everything out, unlike other places. I also love the way they send reports about your car so you can see everything that is going on. All of the staff that we have encountered have been friendly, and helpful. Definitely recommend going here.

I've been taking my car there for a few years now and they are always helpful and patient in answering my questions and explaining the issues at hand. Ashley and Aaron have helped me navigate warranty issues with both the manufacturer and dealership.They gained my trust when they referred me to the dealership for a repair knowing that I could get a better deal from Mazda than what they could give me on that particular fix. It was an expensive repair, but they recognized in the long run that honesty was the best business.

Used Luke's for the first time for some repairs on my Nissan Rogue. The estimate was much higher than I anticipated due some additional issues they found during inspection. Nick at Luke's was incredibly helpful and had an honest conversation about what needed to be done now for safety and helped me put together a timeline for future repairs. I also applied for the credit card financing option they offer (through a third party bank) that allowed 6 months with no interest for my repairs. Their open, quick and honest communication really impressed me. I will be back and will refer to our friends!

As soon as I walked into Luke's Auto I knew I had found a new place for my Jeep to be maintained! Ashley had already made me feel confident on the phone and everyone was smiles when I walked in! Ashlyn checked me in. and kept me informed through the day, then Ashley summarized when I went back in. Such great customer care and my vehicle rides like a dream. I am so very happy with my experience and will definitely be going back!!

First let s start with the excellent customer service experience. Brad made sure I had the details of when my car was scheduled, the details of everything that needed fixed and timeframe. They had my car fixed in two days, but in the meantime they made sure I didn t go without a vehicle. It felt good to know that the mechanic double checked everything before giving me back my car. Definitely recommending Luke s Auto to others.

Luke s is special. I have brought them 3 cars various times over 5 years. Every time I contact them, their customer service is exceptional and I have high standards, having been in customer service for a couple years myself. But what I love most is that they have the most customer-centric inspection process of any shop I ve been to. I never leave confused about the what or so what of the inspection results. They have won a loyal customer in me.

Luke's Auto has 5-star communication! From texts, emails, and a live chat option: hands down the best customer relations I have dealt with. They are personable and listen to the customer. I would like to highlight one Service Advisor: Ashley Noel at the Clintonville location. Ashley went out of her way to help us with our car. She called local dealerships and was able to help us with what would have been a $5500 bill be covered by a warranty. She was honest, communicated clearly, and saved us money. This is exactly the type of service that I would hope for and Ashley at Luke's provided that for us. I will never take my car to another auto store! Thank you!

Luke's Automotive is incredible. I will never go anywhere else. In December we heard an annoying, squealing noise when running the AC (gotta love those warm Ohio winter days) in our CRV. Initially I took it to Firestone due to proximity to Canal Winchester. Firestone said to replace the AC compressor. I remembered Luke's replaced it a few years prior. Luke's has a 50,000 mile / 5 year warranty on certain services. The AC compressor did not need replaced, just the serpentine belt. By getting a second opinion, Luke's Auto saved me $1500+ (Firestone quote) and the belt was covered under warranty. Luke's Automotive has a team of knowledgeable professionals with integrity. They are so easy to work with. If you are waiting while your car is being serviced they have free snacks, beverages and WIFI. If you can't wait or your service will take a while they also have free loaner cars. One last thing, their technicians fully review your vehicle and send a link via text where you can approve or decline services all with a click of a button. Big shout out to the service advisors I've worked with: Ashley, Aaron, Brad and so many others. Do yourself a favor and go to Luke's.

10/10 experience! Going to mechanic shops always makes me nervous because I don t know much about cars. Everyone at Luke s was so kind (thank you Ashley especially for being so friendly and efficient). My car was in and out in a day. Communication was great. Price was fair. I will definitely go back the next time my car needs serviced!

Excellent service great people, especially Ashley! Had a lot wrong with my truck, detailed inspection with photos, easy to work with, lightening fast. Ashley called multiple times to keep me updated. Best auto shop i have been to. If you aren t going here and asking for Ashley, you are messin up!

Absolute worst experience at an auto shop I've ever had. They tried to talk me into putting over $3k worth of work on my car (the car isn't worth $3k). When I took it to another shop my total bill was $400. Also took a week to get my car back while the other guy had it done in a couple of hours. You can have fast/good/expensive service, fast/bad/cheap service, or slow/good/cheap service. This place was slow, bad, and expensive. Avoid this place unless getting a complimentary Lyft ride home is the number 1 thing on your bucket list.

I have had multiple great experiences here! They are who I go to for oil changes and they are always timely and have good service. Recently I came for a repair to a damaged hood latch and they got me in the same day to look at it. I ended up scheduling later so I could take advantage of the free loaner car they provide. I mostly was in contact with Ashley who was super helpful. The mechanic who initially looked at the car also came out to explain the issue and recommended service to me. The pricing is also reasonable in comparison to other places I have been. I could not recommend them more!

I was very skeptical about Luke s because of both past experiences with shady mechanics and the interaction with the person who scheduled my appointment. He s probably a very skilled mechanic, but he does not have any customer service skills and should never be allowed to answer the phone. But that was my only negative experience. Everything else was top-notch. All of the staff I interacted with were amazingly helpful. I love the thorough inspection report they provided that I could review before the phone call outlining what was addressed. I could go on and on about the quality of services provided and I do wish that their staff was more racially diverse, but overall I feel silly now about feeling anxious about entrusting my car to them and for taking my car to the dealership all these years. It definitely would have been a better investment of my time and money if I had gone to Luke s sooner.

Came to Luke's Auto for the first time. Everyone was so nice and very prompt with service, which was so nice especially after a long, tough day dealing with car troubles. Several people discussed my options on moving forward with my car. I think this is the first time I've gone to a repair shop and had them recommend things that weren't in their own best interest. Very happy with my experience and would definitely go back.

This was my first experience at Lukes and I have found my forever auto service center. From my very first call, every person with whom I interacted have provided customer service above and beyond. Professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. As I was going to be late picking up my car, Josh was extremely caring and helpful. And, a customer knows you are working with the right professionals when, at the end of they, I was charged 75% less than I was charged at the dealer for the same services. Highly recommend Luke s

I would not recommend Luke s Auto Repair if you want an honest or skilled mechanic. I took my car to Luke s after it began significantly leaking oil after a change at a local oil change shop. I informed Luke s that I had an oil change elsewhere, and then five or so days later, my car had leaked all 4.2 quarts and was nearly empty. Luke s said they would perform a diagnostic and get back to me.Luke s then sent me a report and quote. They said that my oil cooler had a leak and needed to be replaced. The quote for this and the diagnostic, and to clean the engine because it was coated in oil was over $3,700. This felt high to me, and my father, a mechanic of over 60 years. I used RepairPal to see what this would cost at another mechanic, and was surprised to see that the estimated cost for my car and area was $500-650. RepairPal offers on its website a list of local mechanics who will honor the quote on the website so imagine my surprise when I clicked the link and the FIRST repair shop to show up was Luke s Auto Repair, who is allegedly RepairPal Certified. I called Luke s to ask why my quote was so high, and was given a strange and defensive answer: the online quote would not be honored, it likely didn t include labor (it did), and they had included a replacement of the turbo in my car (not listed in the written estimate, which to my understanding is not a permitted business practice in Ohio). I finally just resolved that I would not be having my car repaired by Luke s because they would not explain why the estimate was so high and refused to honor the online quote. I had my car towed to Ernie s Auto Repair, who gave me a more reasonable estimate.After it was towed to Ernie s, the mechanic there called me and said he was confused. He s inspected the car and found that there was NOT any kind of leak in the oil cooler, but that whoever had changed my oil had left the O ring off when they changed the filter. To clarify this oil change was not Luke s, but another shop. Ernie s checked it and ran it multiple times and the leak had resolved. He couldn t believe that my car had been inspected twice once by the oil change shop, and again during the Luke s diagnostic, and neither had noticed or pointed out this simple and obvious issue.Luke s followed up with me to see how I enjoyed my repair, and called me when I reported that my experience there was awful. He was perfectly nice. I told the technician about the issues with the quote and the RepairPal estimate, and that Luke s had MISSED the real issue with my car. He took it to his manager and called me back twice. But Neither of those times was to refund my $80 diagnostic, but was actually to say they stood by the recommended repair, and that it was not necessary and to say it was really hard to tell what was wrong with my car because of the excessive oil. Oil and grease are par for the course for a skilled mechanic. The technician did not offer an explanation of how they missed such an obvious issue of the O ring being missing beyond the oiliness. He also did not provide an explanation of why the RepairPal estimate was not honored. I ultimately just said we would have to agree to disagree, and that I would be writing a review.Ultimately, I paid Luke s to do a diagnostic of what was causing the oil leak in my car and they failed to do that, misdiagnosed the issue, refused to honor the RepairPal estimate despite being a RepairPal Certified mechanic, and then tried to charge me $3,700 for a repair that ultimately cost me $16 for parts and labor.

I've been going to the dealership all my life, which I know isn't the smartest or most cost-effective thing, but I'm a single woman and I've had so many bad contractor experiences that I've been leery to try and find an auto mechanic. But when the dealership gave me a $1500 estimate for a key issue they wouldn't even test out (unless I paid an additional $180), I decided it was time to try and find an auto mechanic on my own. I saw great reviews for Chasins, but the owner said he didn't do key stuff. He referred me to Luke's (next door), and I had a great experience there. It was exactly what I was hoping for; someone who was actually interested in figuring out the specifics of what's going on with my car. Ashley went above and beyond to explain everything to me despite it being busy. I really appreciated the great customer service and free second estimate, which gives me peace of mind knowing my money is going to be well spent on the right issue.Thanks, Luke's (and Ashley!), I'll be back!!

This place is absolutely amazing they let you know the cost upfront they are 100% fair about everything they worked with my extended warranty insurance company. These guys are just amazing and the quality of work is top-notch. In my opinion the very best shop I have ever taken my vehicle to.

Literally the best place I have ever taken my car. Ashley, the service advisor, took amazing care of me. I have an older car and was behind on maintenance. She was super kind and knowledgeable about helping me decide what needed to happen and what could wait, so I didn t blow my budget. This place has a great reputation for a reason. Highly recommend!!

Needed oil change and they were quick to get me an appt and do the change and inspection. I always feel so comfortable doing business with Luke's . They offer good advise and let you know what further repairs would cost and how urgent these repairs are. Would recommend this auto repair place

Jeep died had towed to Luke's. They took a look and said the engine was locked up charged me over $100.00. I asked why was that $100 they said had to try to crank the engine over. I took a look at it and noticed that there was a hole in the valve cover. I'm no mechanic but all they had to do was look. $100 for that? I pointed all of this out and they would not budge on that stupid price to do nothing. So, I would beware of them. The started out great and it seems it's just a huge up sell now. Too bad.

I own an extremely low mileage 18 yr old Toyota Tacoma. Kept hearing a rattling & expected to learn exhaust needed replaced. Nope! Matt, the tech found a protective "plate"that needed to be anchored down for the cost of $150. Another garage could have taken advantage of me but Luke's representative Brad told me what the issue was. I am delighted with the service, the honesty & the speed @ which my vehicle was made ready to return to the road. My business will be with Luke's from now on.
