Quick, simple, and cheap! I really liked that I didn t have to get out of my car, and sit in a lobby anxiously waiting for my car to be finished, meanwhile being pressured into paying for services I didn t want, or buying things I didn t need. I was delighted that they washed my windows, put air in my tires, topped off my fluids, changed my oil, and and filter, and sent me on my way. I was there for maybe 25 minutes tops! I highly recommend them.

I was able to get in and get out very quickly. The technicians helped in explaining the work that needed to be done as well as what options I had for the services. I have now gone to this Jiffy Lube a few times and each time they provide wonderful service.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. I brought my jeep in. It was running fine until I brought it to Livinston Avenue. It would not start in the dock. Finally, they got it started after 40 minutes. I got it back with the check engine light on. Now it won't start and I need to have it towed to a dealership so they can look at it. I will never go here again.

This location is close to me. every time i come to get an oil change the Techs are friendly and helpful and explain the process and the product. definitely recommend them

Apparently, whoever had changed my oil last had tightened the oil filter way too tightly.I am currently at Walmart getting oil change or attempting to, and they cannot seem to get the filter off so I might have to leave it here overnight.Highly inconvenienced ,disappointed and will never come back!!!

They checked my oil. I bought my own air filter for them to use. They said they couldn t get it to change out the filter. Didn t tell me they didn t change my air filter, until I saw the same package in the car and asked about it. Never going here again!

The Jiffy Lube Team was fast and friendly. I have a toddler so time management is everything! I really needed an oil change and Travis was awesome!!!

My glovebox was completely emptied and not put back, in addition my glovebox was broken, and a piece of it was left on the floor. It will now not close all the way.

Only comment was the notes say the coolant was low but nothing said to me about it not sure if the filled it or left it the way it was. Other than that excellent service.

Went for a tune up the manager who can be easily confused as a toddler tried to charge me 800 after I was quoted 75 which was already pushn it but I was willing to pay it. Be careful if you're a female or of young age. It seems the same toddler (manager) is the main cause for the low ratings as he fails to scan ppl.

The Jiffy Lube in Livingston after you cross over Parsons in Columbus, Ohio has a manager there that has a really bad attitude. He speaks to women very disrespectful. He s very loud he s very confrontational and it s not worth going there. I ve been going there for the last 10 years and I will not be returning. I went down to the one on Main Street across James and I had a wonderful experience they treated me with respect I didn t have any problems if you were a woman do not go to Livingston because that man has an ego problem and it s a waste of time I m not going to pay you $115 for you to scream and holler at me and disrespect me so this is all I have to say everyone be blessed

I started going here because it was convenient, close to my work and I could get an oil change on my lunch. I keep coming back because, everyone that works here is nice, respectful and don t pressure you into extra stuff, they show you what is going on and you can do it or not. This time I also got my tires rotated. I will definitely keep coming back to the Livingston Ave location. These guys are great!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Did the oil change on my Mercedes c300 At first I was leery of going anywhere but the dealership but the technicians were knowledgeable, fast, knew how to care for my luxury import. They provided quality customer service. They explained what I needed and were professional. The shop was clean. I was very impressed. Will continue to go there. To be right near downtown and the hospital I thought I would have a long wait for a Friday but I was in and outService: Oil change

The crew here is very nice and professional. It was the first time I went here (a friend told me to try them) so I will definitely be returning. I went around 4:15 on a Wednesday and there was no wait and the crew got me in and out quickly. Over all, good. They were upfront about the pricing (which I thought was high), professional, and honest. They were very quick to finish the job required. I asked them to rotate the tires. In doing so they broke a hubcap fastener causing the hub cap to detach from the tire immediately after leaving their location and roll into the middle of a busy road. Very unpleasant experience as I had just bought the hub caps less than three months ago.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

The experience I had with this team was completely perfect. Each of the mechanics greeted me with a pleasant demeanor when I arrived and left. They were patient with me and took their time explaining to me the things I didn't understand about my service. I appreciate my service with them.
