THE NICEST PEOPLE! I live a street over and went for a repair after finding a large screw in my tire. My first impression was how clean and nice the building is, and how well the business has improved and maintained the corner intersection where they re located. The front office is welcoming, and I was immediately greeted when I walked in. My issue was addressed right away, and my tire was repaired in less than 10 minutes by a very nice gentleman. When I tried to pay, they kindly told me I didn t owe them anything. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough

Was traveling to Cleveland to Cincinnati and found my tire FLAT about two blocks away from GG tire. Jeremy talked me through not towing it to the Lexus dealer 30 minutes north out of my way. He encouraged me to drive slowly with my hazards and bring it in within 10 minutes he had it up on the lift, immediately found the nail and PLUGGED it for free they done charge for that! But what he offered me was far greater almost zero downtime, peace of mind and with some margin I still made it to my business meeting on time!!! You guys are great

Parts and repairs are not warrantied at this service garage. They are not cheap and three of the last repairs have failed within 3to 10 months. We've had to go elsewhere to once again fix the same issues. Jeremy is nice, but just a puppet for the foreign descent owner that thinks junk yard parts are satisfactory.

I was worried that I would be absolutely ripped off because of being an older single woman. I needed all new tires. These guys took such great care of me. They were pretty fast and surprisingly affordable. Plus they gave me an alignment. It's been about 6 months with not one issue. Absolutely recommend this store! They are great!!!

I just bought my car a month ago and naturally a tire was not holding pressure. I scheduled a next day appointment at Good Grips. Walked in and was in the lobby for 10 minutes. They plugged the tire and had me on my way. Super friendly. Will be back!

Having work done at GGT was a great experience. They saw me last minute on a Sunday afternoon and had my alternator and serpentine belt replaced in less than 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with and the prices are fair. I very much recommend GGT to anyone in the neighborhood.

Twice this year I ve had tire issues. First, I needed a hard to find tire replaced and they got it within a day! Second, I needed a tire patched and they did it and put the tire back on my car in less than 20 minutes!!! So friendly and professional! I ll never go anywhere else!

Of course I managed to get a flat tip screw in my tire. I stopped in GGT bc if their reviews. Even though they seemed extremely busy, in less than 15mins my tire was patched and I was back on my way. Super friendly, great prices, and even better service. Highly recommend!

I come here regularly because I live nearby. I trust these guys with anything I need done. They never try to oversell me and their prices are fair. I know that whenever I go to a new garage, I always worry if they ll be fair or not. This place has always done right by me. This most recent trip I had a large screw in a tire. They were able to plug the tire instead of trying to sell me a new tire.

Good Grips is the best! I had a slow leak in my tire and they fit me in right away and didn t even charge me for the patch. I also had a friend visit whose car broke down outside the city and they stayed open late in order to take her car in for the weekend. Great folks :) Highly recommend!

Helpful and honest. Popped a tire on a Turo vehicle and these guys took the time to find three different tires for me... third time was the charm and only for $60! Definitely the best help in a bind. Thanks !

Came out from work to find out I had a flat tire. Luckily for me GGT was right around the corner. My first thought was I was going to be there for a while because all the bays were full with cars being serviced. Thankfully my car was looked at and inspected very quickly. All I needed was the tire resealed and reinflated. Thank you Shawn for your help and friendly service. I definitely recommend your shop.

This is a Great place to take your car for auto work I have a Dodge challenger and I deal with Jeremy all the time and he always make sure he tell me each and everything that s wrong with my car. Also, he tell me things that I need fixed in the future I will highly recommend.

Good grip is the only place I trust with my car. They always fit me in right away, their prices are always less than you ll pay at any dealership and they never recommend repairs that aren t necessary.

My car had issues starting. I had gotten my battery at Interstate. Because of the issues, I got it replaced under warranty 2x. Still had issues. Finally took it to the dealer, tested and found no issues. Still had issues. Took it to Midas since that s where I got my oil changed before. Still had issues. Kept dealing with it but it just kept getting worse and worse (went from needing it every few weeks to requiring a jump start with every use). Took it to Good Grip expecting to maybe get my alternator or starter replaced. They called and said it was the battery. I didn t believe it since I already replaced it 3x - but I authorized it anyways after they assured me it was an issue with the battery. One month later and no issues ! What a nightmare but so thankful I took it to GoodGrip Service: Auto battery replacement

Went here for work on my Monte SS after receiving a bad alignment from a local tire place... The gentleman who owns the store was not only very friendly and fun to chat with while waiting... But he treated my vehicle like his own.... Not only did I end up getting a whole new alignment (2 days after the other one) but I had him pull my car back into the bay so that they could change my oil as we also worked out a little discount for h extra service inside. I ended up driving my 23 year old hunk of metal to Knoxville, TN and back with no issues.Thank you, Jeremy, for your service and caring for my baby as much as I do.

Decided to give this place a shot since it's right down the street from us, so glad I did! Called and got an appointment for the next day, brought my car in to get the muffler fixed up and was in and out in literally 20 minutes, without exaggeration. The prices and customer service were also awesome, the guy that helped me out was great! They'll certainly be my go-to in the future, and I'm sure I'll be recommending them to friends :-)

Had a screw in a tire, stopped by they did a quick patch and I came in about a week later for a new tire, quick reasonable prices, friendly, and clean waiting highly recommend if you live in the German village area

Had a brake job done on our 2012 expedition had bad lug nuts on it was why we took it to a shop ask for them to call a parts place and have them bring them new lugnut for our truck was told they had factory lugnut at shop. They put miss matched lugnut on the truck and put bad lugnuts back on truck. Not to mention our truck had no blown brake lines on it when i drove it to the shop they gave it back to me with a blown brake line.when i drove it up the street and back they took it back in the shop and said it blew both brake lines while they had it.paid 600 dollars for a brake job. And now we are on the side of the road with a flat and just found out they didn't replace lugnut and the roadside company can't get the lugs off. Worst mechanic shop in the city of Columbus. NEVER USE THEM.

Jeremy and his team are nothing short of incredible. I had an unexpected (aren't they always??!!) major breakdown, and they were genuinely patient and kind. They worked to find me the least expensive way to get my car fixed and back to me. Honestly, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jeremy at Good Grip tires is truly a good person. I have had him work on several of my own vehicles and have been 100% satisfied. But today, he went above and beyond. I took a guest from The Open Shelter there who had a bolt in their tire. This individual lives in their car. He fixed it while I stood there and would not let me pay for it. What a gift!! Had pretty low expectations and they still disappointed. Took my winter beater car to them for some work. Work was good and price was reasonable enough for all that was involved, but they treated the car like garbage. Grease on the upholstery, grease on the door handles and the paint. Grease on the steering column for some reason. New scratches down the whole drivers side of the car. Drivers floor mat with greasy prints. Glove box was rummaged through for some reason? I know the car is rough already but you should get it back in the same condition that you give it to them. I wouldn t take anything here that I cared about that much.
