not sure if they have wizards or something in the shop, because i have literally no idea how they got my bumper looking so pristine. the original plan was to just get an aftermarket matte black bumper because mine seemed beyond repair, but they made it work somehow! they were so transparent and understanding throughout the whole process - i can't recommend them enough!!

Due to another driver failing to yield and pulling in front of our vehicle, our front end was damaged. I chose to have my car repaired at Fine Line Auto Body because of the excellent reviews. I m glad I did. They did an amazing job making my bumper, grill, hood, and fenders look like new. Communication was clear and responses were quick. Everyone was friendly and just really kind. There are a couple of old issues I would like to have fixed so I will be going back to them for those issues as well. I highly recommend them!

5 star experience! They went above and beyond my expectations. Outstanding service and high quality work. Kara and Nick in the front office are absolutely amazing. Polite, professional, organized, and excellent communication. The technicians did incredible and quality work. Highly recommend for auto body repairs.

I am very happy with their work in fixing damage to my trunk and they were friendly and professional. They worked with my insurance and with a car rental company so I was never without a car. I was able to drop off my car for repairs and get a rental at the same time. They kept me up to date with everything going on and would respond to my questions timely.

They did a fantastic job on my 2021 Nissan. I had no problems getting my car fixed by them. They even were able to give me my car back a week early than expected. great experience! im new to the area and am on a student budget, so i wasn't looking to pay an outrageous price for something that seemed like a relatively easy fix. i just needed my fender line replaced because of a small tear. nick looked at it as soon as i got there and gave me an estimate for how much it would cost, he ordered the part right then and there and they were really great with communicating when the part would arrive and when i should bring my car in. wasn't expensive at all, and he told me he took a bit off the bill because they already had some clips that they needed in stock, which i appreciated. they got it fixed in under a half hour, and it looks great. definitely recommend them!

I had repairs on my Mazda done here. Nick and Kara were great to work with throughout the whole process. They were very communicative during all the repairs and the car looks like it had never even been damaged. Would recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork done.

I don t know what you re paying Kara and Nick, but I can guarantee it s not enough. They were incredible with helping me feel at ease while working with my insurance company. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. And was able to get my car back in time for Christmas weekend. The garage did a phenomenal job and would highly recommend anyone to this particular shop! This is the 2nd time I ve been to this shop within two years and it s been the same great customer experience both times. for consistency! Thank you both! Thank you to the excellent technicians! And thank you Fine Line!

I brought my new car in with a scratch on the side. Nick looked at the car with me and was able to fit me into the schedule almost immediately. The car looks amazing and the customer service was excellent.

Customer service was Great. My Done vehicle got done in a timely fashion. And my vehicle look brand new they even detail the inside of it. I recommend this place if If your car was damaged Accident and needed to get fixed

I had bought a trailer hitch for my new car, but because I didn't have anyone to help me (and my back is a little jacked) I couldn't quite install it myself as I had hoped. I brought it and the car here when they opened on a Saturday morning, and they started working on it right away. Even though it was the right part for the car, it was tricky to maneuver to get the bolt holes to line up right. They spent 40 minutes on it, and I'm glad it was them struggling and not me! (good decision to let someone else do it). But they got it done wonderfully, and were super nice and professional. Charged me a fair amount for the time they put in. Kara was very nice at getting me set up!BTW, there is a Tim Horton's across the street - bringing them a dozen donuts is a great way to get a little extra TLC for the car you love! :-)

Had some body work done recently with Fine Line and had a great experience. Car looks like nothing ever happened. Staff was very communicative and work was done in a timely manner. They handled everything through the insurance. Prices are fair and they're honest. Would definitely recommend.

Came in to get a bumper and grill repaired, but it turned out that the bumper needed to be replaced, and Fine Line went above and beyond to ensure that I would still get my vehicle back within the original timeline. Instead of waiting for the part to be delivered, they went and picked up the part themselves to save time. 5 stars, definitely recommend!

After hitting a big metal thing flying across 670, my car looks better than the day I bought it! It is amazing how great it looks. The inside of the car even looks like they detailed it! They worked with our insurance and kept me informed all through the process what was happening. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am really pleased with my repair! Fine Line lived up to their name by taking care of details I didn t even notice when I assessed the damage. I dropped my car off, drove away in a rental, and didn t give it a second thought as they took care of all of the details with the insurance and rental company. I also appreciated the texting updates of how the repairs were progressing. I hope to not need their services again, but with the inevitability of life, knowing immediately the place I will go for repairs will alleviate the stress of the next accident!

Had my car towed to Fine Line after an accident. Although my car was determined to be totaled by the insurance, Fine Line was fantastic with communicating with me and assisting me through the process. I hope not to need them but if I do have another accident, I will definitely go back to Fine Line.

The team was very prompt at getting my vehicle scheduled for the repairs. Communication was excellent and my vehicle was done a day earlier than expected. Nick and Kiarra took great care of the process of assuring I understood payment options and I was satisfied with the vehicle repairs .

They did even better than I expected at a fair price. I'm so happy with the service I received here. The bumper was badly dented and I just wanted the bumper put back on safely but they popped the dents out without me even asking and washed my car!

Stopped into Fine Line Olentangy River Rd for an estimate to buff out another cars paint line that bumped my truck on the highway. Cody was great and took a look; buffed it out while I waited. 5 mins. Cody and Fine Line are the best! Highly recommend!

I choose Fine Line over other collision shops and recommend it to anyone. They communicate quickly and clearly, and give accurate estimates of how long the repair will take. They almost never miss a detail and, if they do, the fix it quickly.

Best body shop I ve gone too. They gave me a better price than the other places I took my car to get quoted. They also gave the an amazing paint job and were able to get my car back to me in 24hrs. I will definitely go back here if I ever need anything

First time working with an auto body shop, and they were amazing. I was at a lost at first with working with insurance and auto body shop, but Nick and Kara walked me through every step of the way. They never cut any corners, and my SUV looks better than when I bought it new! Everyone there takes pride in their work, and it shows. They took all the stress off my shoulders, and worked hard for me!

Came to see these folks on a Friday with some minor body damage and a busted taillight. They were very professional and had me drop my car off on the following Monday morning. They ordered the parts and had me fixed up that day. I was even surprised when I picked up my car that they had cleaned and detailed it for me.
