I was in a rough spot with my repair since I was unfortunately the victim of a hit and run. Collision Solutions was able to get my repair started immediately (as much as months sooner than everyone else) and was thousands cheaper. On top of that, they were communicative, friendly, honest, and did everything they could to make a rough time for me much easier. The work they did was fantastic. The paint color match was perfect, the bumper replacement seamless, and they even vacuumed and washed my car. Highly recommend to anyone in need of body shop work. Special shout out to Alex who walked me through everything and was kind and knowledgeable.

Collision Solutions went above and beyond to repair my van due to an accident. I struggled with communication with the insurance company...they bridged the gap with the adjuster and even used their own tow truck to move my vehicle when there was a delay in arranging transport through Progressive. Other shops had a long wait list and CS was able to see and start working on my van immediately. The repairs were beyond my expectations and my car looks better then it did when I bought it! The customer service was top notch throughout the whole process! I will definitely seek them out for any further repairs I may need! Thank you for you did for me!!!

My experience with Collision Solutions was very smooth. I had a damaged mirror and dent on the passenger side. Alex helped me file my insurance claim, talk to the insurance company, set me up with a nice rental car, and had my car repaired in 2 weeks. The car looks brand new. They even detailed my car for me, and covered half of my deductible! Great service! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this body shop for anyone that especially has problems with dents or need their car repainted. They were able to make my car look brand new, like just out of a dealership in a reasonable amount of time. Every penny was worth it. I came to this body shop needing a miracle and an affordable one at that. Alex and the staff at collision sollutions made my miracle happen. They were able to get my car looking brand new for an affordable price. And they even detailed my vehicle for me as a surprise! I can't say enough good things about this body shop! Collision Solutions is my only auto body specialists that I will use. Fantastic work! Great quality and reasonably priced! Friendly and helpful staff. Willing to do dent repairs and specialty bodywork not related to collision repairs only. I cannot recommend them enough. The body repair and restoration they did to my van just increased its value by $5K, if not more.

After having many problems setting up repairs at my insurance preferred body shop, I took my car here upon recommendation from my local mechanic. Alex, the manager was more than happy to do the repairs without any fuss or delay. When I picked up my car (which is nearly twenty years old), I couldn t believe my eyes because it looked almost brand new! The crew went above and beyond doing all repairs at the agreed upon cost. Dennis, Alec, and Stephanie turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I was involved in a car accident overt Memorial Day weekend. They had my car towed, and set upa rental car to come meet me at the shop and got me on my way!They worked with the insurance company every step of the way! They are family owned, honest, and super fast.Thanks again for your help!

I wish I could give a business more than five stars, because I would give it to them in a heartbeat. They took such good care of my car, got everything finished within a week, and were so accommodating to my needs. Dennis took me through all the repairs that he was doing and showed me what needed to be worked on the car and why they were fixing what they were fixing which is more than I can say for any repairs I ve ever had done on any car ever in the past. I wish more people would use this business, because they are just simply fantastic. I have definitely found my new go to shop. Highly recommend!!

I would recommend Collision Solutions to anyone looking for professional, quality, and punctual auto body repairs.While visiting Columbus, OH I hit a deer on the interstate. The incident could have derailed my entire travel plans. I started calling shops, and Stephanie at Collision Solutions took my problem seriously. She remained incredibly professional throughout the entire experience. I brought my car in and in real-time Stephanie called all of the necessary parts stores and was able to secure the parts needed. She discussed my extremely tight deadline with the shop manager and they set a goal of rebuilding my driver's sight front end in just eight days. And boy, did they deliver!My car came out looking better than ever. Not only did Collision Solutions get me back on the road in time for my next move, they also advocated for me throughout the entire insurance process. I took my SUV to Collision Solutions after sustaining collision damage to my rear tailgate. I am so impressed with the work that Dennis and his team did to repair the damage. They also completed the work on a very tight timeframe, as I needed my vehicle back within a few days for a trip I had already planned. Dennis gave me the most reasonable estimate out of all the places I visited, and his work is top-notch. He has gained a customer for life!

I went in to get an estimate on getting a small part of my back right bumper repainted. I was given a really good price; however, I wasn't too impressed with the fact that I was told the paint color wouldn't be the same color as my car (the new paint would look "newer") since my car is a 2013. I rather go somewhere else where the paint being put on my car will match what's already on my car. What is the point then? I left disappointed.

I ve used this company s services on more than 1 occasion due to car accidents and Dennis and his team went above and beyond both times! One instance my insurance didn t communicate that my rental was expiring and I d be responsible for covering it before my car was finished being prepared. The team didn t want to rush finish my car to complete it in time so they covered my extra rental days to ensure that there was enough time for the repair to be done the right way. Both times my car came back to me looking better than new! The team noticed other things that needed to be repaired and worked with me to get them done as well as reached out to the insurance company. They really care about their customers and making the process smooth for them. They will always be my first choice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

BEAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED THEY! They do not cut corners. They take however long it takes to get your vehicle back to it's original condition. They were understanding and kind and Dennis (The owner) is very knowledgeable on his work and oversees every repair. They stick to their values and principles which is how they built their reputation. They will NOT rush any job to get the vehicle out of the shop sooner. They take their time to ensure the job is done to perfection. I'm going back this week to fix my quarter panel. If I can give them 6 stars, I would.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Collision Solutions did an outstanding job on my 2019 Honda CRV, (only 4,000 miles -NEW) after I was rear-ended on the freeway. A close family friend referred me to them and I am very glad I took his advice and chose this shop to repair my vehicle. The owner, Dennis, and all of the personnel in the shop were extremely professional and easy to work with. Dennis made sure all necessary parts needed were replaced with Genuine Honda parts, an extremely important point for me since my car is brand new. Collision Solutions handled all the paperwork and phone calls necessary with the at-fault party's insurance company and the rental car agency, thus relieving me of the need to spend all my time on the phone with these calls. I would highly recommend this body shop without reservation.

Took my Mazda CX-5 here after we were involved in a little fender bender.From the moment I arrived at the shop I was greeted warmly and invited in to look at the shop. After which we took a look at the car and I noticed a great deal of expertise and experience from Dennis.Helped he get everything put together for the insurance & even drop me to the closest rental car place where my insurance had a rental ready for me thanks to Collision Solution.Turn around time on the car was faster than I expected and I was shocked to see how well my Mazda CX-5 looked when they were done.I have been telling all my friends and family about the great service I received at this shop.I m sure others will not be disappointed bring their car to this shop.Thank you Collision Solutions for your service.

I used this car shop for the first time recently. I got into a car accident and I couldn't have chosen a better body shop to get my car fixed at. There were several delays getting parts because I drive a foreign made car and covid has made it very challenging to predict how long it takes to get parts in after ordering them. The general manager Stephanie Sahraouli was so comforting and helpful through the whole process. I am not very knowledgeable about cars and I feel like I finally found a place where I will be taking my car for LIFE. When I picked up my car the mechanics and shop manager were also so kind and supportive, explaining anything to me that I asked with extreme patience. I really appreciate how comfortable I felt leaving there.

I was absolutely pleased with the reception and service that I got at Collision Solutions. Their service is friendly and the facility is clean. Staff is professional and knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. They were very efficient and the work they did was gorgeous ! I feel like Im driving a new car. When ever I have a need like this again I will most definitely be back. Im already spreading the word to others!Thanks Dennis and crew for everything. You guys are great!!!

I have relied on Dennis and his crew to take care of various painting and body needs through the years on our family vehicles. The work that they do is pristine! Dennis cares about your car and will only do what is best for your car. I don't let just anybody work on my daughter's cars. Love this place overall the best place to get car fixed and do a awesome job very professional and attentive management they cover my deductible and that helps so much towed my car immediately the day I called got me into a rental immediately and they also fixed my bumper free! I give them 100% all the way they are very through amazing job in the work they do plus a lifetime warranty! I ve had three great experiences this one is based on the recent but all the same it s been nice doing business with them!

Worked with Dennis, Great Guy! He made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. He was super convenient and cooperative towards helping me repair my vehicle damages after my accident. Even after the job was done he kept communication to make sure all concerns was resolve! Dennis was extremely friendly when we arrived. He explained everything that he was going to do in a way that I could understand. The price was multiple hundred dollars cheaper than the next cheapest estimate we got but the quality was excellent. I highly recommend Collision Solutions .

I have waited to see if anyone would contact me back, but they have not. I don't usually give low ratings, but honestly if I could give them zero stars, I would be happier. I have been waiting on a return call since March. I have called and sent texts and still nothing. I took my car to them to have the hood fixed, they did fix my issue, but the paint job was not what i expected, dirt under the clear coat, runs, etc. I thought we had worked out something to have my hood repainted, and last i heard was someone was supposed to coordinate a rental car for me while they did the work. Like I said that was back in March...its now July and still no return call or anything. They offer a "Lifetime" guarantee on the paint...but dont answer the phone. I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to these people.

I was totally so impressed from start to finish with collision solutions! Was given a fair quote to strip my hood down to metal and repaint while two other local body shops told me it was impossible to do and that the hood needed replaced, quoting me almost triple! The thing that impressed me most was the integrity of Dennis and Stephanie. They told me it would take two days to complete and when I called to check on it, expecting excuses, I was told it was ready to pick up!! Total integrity! It s refreshing when people keep their word! Would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future!
