This used to be a great shop a few years back. Not any longer! Quality and professionalism down the tube. They don t get it. They screwed me over and I was recommending them to 50-100 people a year. I own 2 shops but we don t do exhaust. Sad that they don t care anymore.

Muffler Delete Price was cool but one of my tips are crooked when I asked them to fix it because it should have been the right the first time. They did t want to correct it and cut it back off... I'm just gonna get some other mufflers and get it done at another shop.. should never be an issue to fix your mistake as a company no matter how big or small that company is.. pride in work first

They were great at what they do. I work until early evening and no other shop would get me in. Austin's took my work on, did good welds, and did it all at the end of their working day. They had my vehicle in and out in 15-20 minutes and significantly restored the exhaust geometry. Their price was fair and reasonable.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Dont bring your car here they don t do very good work only go to madder hatter muffler shop there the best in Columbus. Austin s exhaust shouldn t be in business that s how bad the work was I have some pictures below of the work they did.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Was charging too much for a used tire on top of a high price to take off a tire with a strip bolt. Said they would had to melt it, which wasn't true. Went somewhere else same day and got the tire off with no problems and got a used tire for less the price. Not saying it's a bad place just wasn't much help when needed.

My husband came to you guys to put a exhaust on the 93 geo strom , yes a geo!!! The guy was very unprofessional and rude, would not listen to my husband that the car wasn't going to fit on the Rack they was trying to put it on, so they try to put it there, and it got stuck and assuming dropped in the hole, had to be pulled out by the other employee that works there. We send all the people that need exhaust work to this small business, even done my when they stole my cat a work but however we will need to consider sending ppl to ur business. Good price!!! Had us in an out in good timing... But I will say for it being a muffler place they should fix there pot holes in there entrance an exit off High st cause there are no way around it.... If the ur muffler wasn't messed up it will be gone in there or on ur way out!!!

Had a exhaust leak on my car. These guys welded it up perfectly in about 30 mins and charged me far less than anyone else. I took it on a 7 hour road trip the day after and it was as quite as ever the whole way. They are very quick and do quality work. Been a long time customer for over 10 years. Today treated like garbage. Asked for the front to be repaired . Did something don t even know in the rear and charged me double if usual price for nothing This is not the same great place it used to be. Beware of this place. I love all the staff here! Very friendly! Came to get my car straight piped and it was not too long of a wait. I recommend this place for any exhaust needs. My bf brought his car in for rear muffler delete and it sounds great! They have chrome and black tips available. I'll be back again for future workService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Did a great job on my ls swapped Colorado. Got the exhaust on custom made by them. Even went the extra mile and tightened down some loose exhaust manifold bolts. Great people.

My husband visited this shop a few days ago. They left multiple air leaks, he had to go back TWICE (making it 3 whole visits). The welding job is horrible. He had to pay them TWICE. The third time he went they said they fixed it but didn t even touch it. They took our SRT Jeep into the garage, closed the doors and didn t touch a thing. We are now still dealing with the air leaks 3 visits later, $270 worth of welding work. we should have read the 1 star reviews honestly. They all say the same thing we are dealing with now. We only trusted this place because a good friend recommended it. Please do not take your nice cars here. A waste of time and money. Beyond frustrating. They are rude and make you feel like you re being difficult for issues they left behind.Service: Exhaust

It was 8 yes since I visited their shop. But they still give outstanding service. I went in to replace catalytic converter. I dropped van off by the time I got home they were coming me to pick up my vehicle. Great service. Fair prices.

I absolutely love coming here. You simply can t beat their prices and they get you in and out very quickly. I m honestly blown away how fast these guys work. It s awesome. They are all super friendly and always willing to answer any questions you have. Highly recommend coming here. Been there three times now and every time has been awesome.

Their price changed three times. Over the phone, they initially quoted me $50 to install exhaust system. When I brought the car there, it was $150 initially. Then it was $125, which I ended up paying. They justified charging $150 by saying it would take 1-2 hours to install. I knew it wouldn't take anywhere near that long to install. It ended up taking about a half-hour to install. Considering that most shops in the area charge about $95 an hour labor--it would seem fair to charge an hour labor, $95 at the worst. However, most shops, if it's only a half-hour of work, charge for a half hour of work thus about $50 in this case. Wouldn't recommend. Furthermore they didn't attach the pipes properly---air leaked so I went to another place to get that done. I was tired to dealing with them. If I could I'd give 0 stars.

Nothing bad to say at all had me in and out within a half hour and replaced the catalytic converter didn't try to sell me anything but what I needed great and very reasonable on the price definitely would recommend taking your vehicle here if you need exhaust work

I brought my mustang cobra here to have a X pipe and some resonators installed. Amazing work! Friendly staff and the price was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

Over the weekend I noticed my car sounded loud as I drove. Having had work done here previously I knew where I was going to go first. I arrived a little before 8. By 8:05 my car was on the lift and the exhaust leak was found. Well it was pretty obvious since it had rusted off and was hanging down. I was given my options of repair and an estimate. By 8:30 I was paid up and driving off. Great service and great pricing. I will be returning next time I have an exhaust issue.

Busy place but I got in and out of there quick. The man who worked on my car took me underneath and showed me the leaks. He did not pitch services I didn't need, and indicated what my best options were.
