Jose and Randy are good guys and did a great job with costumer service! The shop also did a great job on my Acura!

Had my car taken here (not my choice) after an incident damaged my windshield and hood. Everything was set up by my insurance company and at first glance, everything seemed fine. When I got my car back, the cosmetic work was good, but the windshield wiper fluid hose was disconnected and several settings did not work on my wipers. Tried to call several several times but was either sent to voicemail or was told a manager/owner wasn't in to address the issues.Come to find out that this shop didn't use the correct windshield, even though my insurance paid for it, which caused the issues with the wipers, and the shop just forgot to reconnect the hose. Since they were dodging my calls, I had to take my car somewhere else to fix their lazy work and I still can't get a hold of them to remedy the windshield issue.Sure, you don't have to pay your deductible, but you get what you pay for, shotty work and poor management.Edit: The owner is saying they tried calling me several times regarding the issue... that is an outright lie.Service: Body & Trim

Got me back my car in a short time and at a pretty cheap price after needing a rear bumper replacement. All the other shops, especially during the winter season, couldn't help me out as quickly as I needed them to. They were amazing! They kept in contact with me the whole time my car was being serviced! Even with everything going on in the world right now they were fast at completing my car! My car looked better than ever when I picked it up!! Thank you a+ collision for your dedication! I would definitely recommend this business to everyone I know!

Great auto shop my first car accident they took my car did awesome work and returned my car back in a timely manner . They are very professional and caring people . My car looks as good as new as if I never even wrecked it in the first place . I definitely recommended this place to someone looking to get work done on their car . I m letting you know , you will not regret it . Thanks A+ Collison for the great customer service you provided me & taking care of my baby ! ! :)

Do not use!!!!!! This collision shop has multiple people there that don t know what they are doing including the manager Randy!!!! I had my car there for 2 months only to be told my car was ready and go pick it up and it wasn t ready!!!! There was no communication I had to keep calling back and forth with Randy and it was like playing phone tag!!!! I would never recommend this shop to anyone trust me!!!!! Do not use!!! Look up the BBB complaints and everything I am saying is on there from other people as well!

They exceeded my expectations! I was nervous as this was my first experience with A+ Collision. I feel so grateful I chose them and trusted them with my Jeep. Thank you for taking amazing care of my vehicle and providing excellent customer service.

A+ is the best shop. As a female and not very knowledgeable with auto repairs. I learned so much with this shop. They do not mind educating the customer. This shop comes highly recommended by me. I trust them... I will never let anyone work on my car. A+ has a new customer for life.

I've dealt with a few body shops over the years, none of them even come close to A+ Collision! they went above and beyond to help me out with my accident! Arianna (office manager) set up everything from towing my vehicle to arranging me a rental car. she made dealing with the insurance company more tolerable...5 Stars for A+ Collision

Great experience getting my 2013 Ford edge repaired here. Fair price. Car repaired as was before accident and the inside was detailed as well. Really like the owner.
