he is very knowledgeable. I get advice all the time about my car. He has changed the cabin air filter just as quickly as he changes the oi. It helped with my allergies. Changing the filter was not something I thought about and I ve never had it done. But I didn t want to go to the dealership

Very nice guy and let you know if he see anything wrong with your car too.A number for Pizza in East Palestine so I'm used to tipping everybody I even throw them in the tip cash if I have cash on me because I know how it is just living paycheck to paycheck it's hard very friendly fast service he has a wonderful job people and prices are not bad either for not doing it yourself!!!Service: Oil change

The owner is very generous! I received a free oil change at a local area benefit. I received the gift certificate when I put tickets onto a basket. Wohoo I won the certificate at this benefit. I just left the EZ Lube and have to say that I will absolutely never be back! After waiting for 15 minutes to have my oil changed the employee acted as though he didn t want to take care of me. (He treated me horribly from the start.) He told me to go left and so I did. When he told me to even it out I did and he started yelling at me! I told him he didn t have to act so rude so then he started belligerently yelling at me! I asked if he wanted to change my oil and he said and I actually, I don t, you can leave. I ve never been treated so horribly! I went right over to Columbiana Cadillac and they got me right in. It was $10 cheaper than I was going to pay at EZ Lube and they rotated my tires for free. I know where I m going from now on!

Make sure you ask to see the old oil filter. They will charge you for it but it doesn't always get changed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Dude who works there does a great job . He should get a raise. He alerted me to the problem my plug was stripped so I bought the replacement plug and he installed it presto problem solved ! Yay!
