At Salem autozone they were not much of help and the part I was looking for was called something else actually so they WERE going to sell me the wrong part even after taking in my old one for them to look at. Frank and Lukas at this location were the nicest autozone workers I have ever encountered and they were both very helpful! I got my car part and hopefully now my car will run :) I will never forget Lukas and Frank, and I will be returning to them in the future.

The two guys working Halloween night, I wish I had gotten their names, went above and beyond to help me out with my car. I've never had better service at any other part store around. This is my go-to shop now when I'm in town!

I prefer this location to napa and am glad columbiana has another option now, as competition is better for the consumer. Very friendly staff that us knowledgeable and professional. Stock is well maintained, nothing that I have needed so far needed to be ordered in. Store is generally clean and well maintained.

So helpful and nice! I m so relieved! Usually I go into a car place and feel like an idiot asking for help. Jayson was incredible! Helped me find what I needed and even helped me install outside! Highly recommend!

The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I needed anti-freeze. He explained the different types, I got the universal type. And he also carried my purchase to my carVery helpful.

Great location and kind parts people. They are willing to help, not just read from a computer and point their finger. Much better experience than other stores (both AZ and competitors)

Went back and bought my really nice floor mats for my Link for my bday gift for my car. Oh, yes bought a snow/ice scrapper that actually extends longer -great for petite car owners!Was pleased to shop local and not at a big shopping center.Customer service was very good.

This is related to Covid only. With the governor saying it is mandatory to wear a mask in public places, I question why at least one worker at the store refuses to mask. If you don t care about keeping yourself and your family safe as it rapidly spreads, how about protecting your customers to what you may have been exposed to?
