I've used Mike for years. Never had one issue when it came for him to work on my 01 Mustang Gt. Always had time for me, and the prices are unbeatable. Best place on the westside to get your car worked on. I'm always referring my friends from the eastside to go to Mikes for repairs on westside...well worth it.

My Nana send me here as she s been going here for years and let me tell you , this is the best place ever . There were two places trying to just get money out of me. Told me I needed to have my manifold and catalytic converter replaced which couldn t be anymore false. All I needed was new spark plugs and a donut gasket. If you re unsure the price difference , that would be $2000-2500 vs the $184 I paid Mike . Thank you so much for your honest efficient and effective work . I will continue to be a loyal customer .

I was having some trouble with my battery repeatedly dying, so I took it in to get checked out. They were able to test it within a few minutes and confirm that my battery was toast and needed to be replaced. They offered to order me one or said to just go to Walmart and pick one up there. When I offered to pay for the testing, they said I didn't owe anything, then gave me a quick jump to get my car started again so I could get home. I'll definitely be coming back if I have any other issues. Quick, professional, friendly.Services: Auto battery maintenance, Battery

My whole family takes their cars here. They do good work for a good price, and in our experience, they have always dealt fairly and honestly with us. The only trade off is, since they've got a good reputation in the neighborhood, sometimes they get a little backed up and the turn around can be a little slower than you might hope.. in my opinion, totally worth it to know you're not being ripped off or getting things "fixed" that are not even a problem.

I like going to Mike's because I respect and trust. him. He has been my mechanic for almost 20 years. He always does an awesine job at a great price.

I work at MetroHealth Hospital and majority of the job referred me to him,he make sure he finds out was is wrong with your car and fixes it in a timely matter,They even bring the car to me when I got off work,I couldn't ask for anything better!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Mikes auto used to be a really nice joint. Until they did my head gaskets on my 08 caravan. They worked on it when mike the owner was out of town. His sons were running the shop they had my minivan for over 3 weeks doing head gaskets.YES 3 WEEKS. The day we picked it up we noticed there was a unnatural vibration coming from the engine. We told mr billy about it and he said it was fine. But it never did that before. 6 months go by the valve cover started to leak oil and began to misfire. Another 6 months go by tge vibration got worse now i need a new timing belt and water pump and god knows what else. 3 months in we called mike and told him about the problem he told me i had a 90 day warranty. But from day 1 we told mr billy there was a problem. Mike should have made it right.

Don't judge the outside by the care you'll receive inside. Mike did a thorough job and even took pictures of the flawed work from the previous mechanic. Cost was spot on! Highly recommend!!

Terrible service. I brought my car in for a new engine on May 9, 2018 and was told that it would take one week to complete. Some issues came up during the reconstruction but each time I was assured that "it would only be one more day" to complete. However, the car is still incomplete.

Best place for Auto Service Mike is awesome guy he's very honest if I could give him more stars I would but I will always go back to him cuz he is very honest and very reasonable for pricings he's like basically the family type of person that would sit there and not lie to you to get your money on your vehicle

Absolutely the best in the west! Work is done properly and in a timely manner. Things I forget to tell them, they diagnose and fix, in addition to the original service. Honest and reliable.

Put an engine in my 86 Olds. Started it up and fouled the plugs(unbeknownst to me) After messing around for a week to get the car running. I was just defeated once it started missing. Took it to Mike and he gave the car a tune-up. Could have sold me a carb or a distributor but he didn t. Gave me what I needed. To get the car running and didn't try to over sell me. Stand up dude. True car guy.
