Awesome service! We had a blowout on the freeway and we showed up at 4:30pm on a day and they got our tire replaced. They even stayed later to make sure we were happy.

Terrible customer service Made a appointment at dropped my car off at 8:30 for a wheel alignment and they said it would take a couple hours, it was 5pm when I called to check up on the update on my car and they said they couldn t get the alignment done due to some parts being bad, I told them it s fine to quote me for the parts said he would call me in 10 min, waited over 30 min and decided to show up and keep in mind I had to walk from work and as soon as I walk in they said they don t have the parts available, never coming back to this Firestone they could have atleast gave me a call and I would have gladly took my business elsewhere I m definitely not coming here again

These guys are amazing! We were visiting from out of town and had an emergency AC issue in 100 degree heat with three small kids. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, honest and professional and the service was prompt. If we didn't live 10-hours away we would be back!

Had my wheel bearing replaced front and back and new tires put on at another company 2 prior 2 first visit at Firestone. Came in with a confirmed appointment and was told they didn t have time to look at it. Was told to reschedule . The guy at desk rescheduled me for 2 days later at 12pm. 2nd appointment day arrived. I dropped car off at 830am for my 12pm appointment due to work . No call no nothing all day. Got off went to check on car still sitting in same spot I left it ar drop off. Was told they didn t have time to look at all day. Was rescheduled again for that Friday at 8am. 3rd appointment came I dropped car off night before so they would have it ready to start at 8am. Again went to work no call nothing. Go to check on car and was told they were not able to lift it to check for brake issues. I m completely disappointed with Firestone have been using them for many years and I wouldn t recommend this location. It shouldn t take 3 visits to look at brakes and then still not get them looked at or fixed due to incompetent. Complete failure to even at minimum call the customer to update is beyond me.Service: Brake service & repair

Not family friendly! Staff spewed vulgarities from arrival to departure, berated customers audibly behind closed doors, and belittled other employees openly. Work was done quickly, but the demeanor and professionalism of this location leave a lot to be desired.

Got front brakes. A week after something else went wrong. Tried to take it back and they kept trying to get me to leave it overnight claiming they were short staffed. There were 4 ppl there. Called and made an appointment (I asked if they could get me out the same day. I was told yes.) When I arrived the guy said you have to leave it. I told him I was told I wouldn't have to to which he said in a very nasty rude manner, well it's Sunday. I told him I spoke with him when scheduling and he told me I could get it that day. He responds by trying to switch the subject. This was the Firestone on Lee road.

I went in to get a throttle repaired on my car. Mike and his work associates were absolutely wonderful. They are professional, easy to talk to about my car and they were informative. Overall I just really felt like I could trust what they were saying about my car. I highly recommend this location.

Not well managed on time, made an 11am apt (was given the time slot by them) and by 1240 the vehicle wasn't even moved, all I asked for was an oil change. Was told around 1240 it'd be a couple of hours before a bay was freed up and that someone was still waiting that'd go ahead of me.. Completely unreasonable wait for a scheduled visit.Ended up canceling and going to the nearby take 5 instead. That required no apt and was done immediately. Worth it if you are reading this and waiting hours like I was. Will not be coming back to this firestone after that. Thanks for at least letting me cancel without issue.

I took my vehicle in for suspension work. I had an appointment and a service tech started working on it, but I never received call or anything about the work. They gave me a hard time at first, but we were able to get it resolved. This place is unprofessional. Wouldn t recommend. Dropped my van off at 730am. They called at 4pm an said it was finished BUT they plan on closing at 430 even though all the signs and the website says they close at 7pm. I explained to them I didn t get off until 5 and could be there at 520. They couldn t wait but told me I could pay over the phone an then use my spare key to pick up the van from the shop after hours (530pm) I caught a Uber there after work only to find that my van was blocked in by several cars an the shop was closed. I had no choice but to get another Uber home. Very disappointed in the communication. Had to cancel my shift at my second job for tonight because I don t have my van. Very disappointing.

Went to find out what was causing a groaning sound at very low speeds when turning the steering wheel (backing up, parking). They didn't find the cause of the sound. Needed tires and got a good deal on four and got a wheel alignment. With the new tires the sound isn't as loud but it's still present. I was told if I still heard the noise to bring the car back. I give a four star rating because our family has been doing business with John, the manager, for 40 years, we trust him.

The people who work there are great but I am not a fan of their current "first come first serve" gameplan. Don't even bother trying to schedule an appointment on their app, you will get a call telling you they're not accepting appointments. I guess that's an improvement over scheduling one, then getting there to be told they can't fit you in.

Made an appointment online. First they couldn't find my appointment, then they over booked themselves and I had to wait 3 hours for an alignment, and turns out it wasn't really needed. Way to go Firestone.

I haven't had service yet, but my mother has plenty of times and she has never once complained about it.I went in to get quotes on tires, and the women there was very thorough in showing me the tires that I would need and would fit my budget. She was very pleasant and detailed in her explaining the features of every tire that she showed me.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations.Alvin at the front desk and John the manager were truly amazing. My brakes were giving me trouble and I also needed an oil change. Alvin and John took their time to make sure my troubles were heard and understood, my questions were answered, and I could afford the services needed. I felt they were truly there to help and did not attempt to take advantage of me by offering services I did not need. I appreciated their expertise immensely. In addition to my day job, I am an Uber driver. As such, Uber has a partnership with Firestone for discounts. Both Alvin and John easily accepted the discount code and did not seem annoyed about it, which I appreciated. John went out of his way to help me get to a cost I could manage.To reiterate, I am extremely happy with the care both my car and I received. I will be returning to this Firestone location specifically because I feel the staff is trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable.Also, since I waited at the location for my repairs to be completed, I saw Alvin interact with many customers and he is really wonderful at his job. His customer service skills exceed expectations and it seems he loves the work he does. He's truly a valuable asset to the front end of this Firestone.

Awesome service will be taking our car back for a tune up. Had a bubble on my tire got it fixed in no time. Even though they were short.

I come to this place all the time the last time i recently left was a disaster i had sigend up with resolve with them dont ever do this he signed me up for the plan and now cant cancel n i am forced to pay for it every month whether i use i and it is not my fault $100 a month for nothing
