I have NEVER EVER had such a GREAT experience purchasing a car before. I bought my Sequoia from Cleveland Heights Toyota and could not be more pleased. Mitch was a wonderful salesman and very knowledgeable. Ray was the absolute best to work with. He made purchasing the vehicle hassle free and a breeze. I will definitely recommend them to everyone looking to buy a car.

I bought a new Toyota Corolla with Gabriel Pacheco. I wanted some car with android auto and wasn't looking to buy new right away. Gabriel did a good job showing to me the differences and I learned that getting a new one would not cost much more at all than used.Even after the sale, Gabriel has been very responsive to any needs I have and I feel grateful to have such a great point of contact there for anything I need. Highly recommend.

Ask for Mitch if you plan on buying a car here. He was super helpful and nice throughout the entire process and made it super easy. They even did some body repair work to the car and Mitch actually checked in and helped through that process aswell. Typically sales only care after you buy the car, but you can tell he actually cares about his customers. I can t say too much about the dealership as Mitch was so hands on and responsive. I definitely trust this place and definitely ask for Mitch if you plan on buying a car here and want to have a fantastic experience!

I just bought a new 24 Camry Hybrid and Mitch Sanchez was the best at doing his job. Bryan Passick, the sales manager, was also great. We did most of the deal via phone call, and as soon as I got to the dealer I test drove and signed papers right away- no time was wasted! I ve been into 5+ dealers to get quotes on my trade-ins and they were all garbage.. finally I have a reliable dealer that I will be coming back to for all future vehicles!! I also want to mention Joel Calixto-Martinez, the finance manager working that night- he was amazing as well. Could not have asked for a better experience!!

After calling nearly all the Toyota dealerships in Ohio, I was able to find the truck my husband wanted. I was able to set up a time right before closing to come in to see the truck. Gabriel Pacheco helped us and did a fantastic job. He had the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived and we were able to drive, fill out paperwork and have possession of the vehicle within an hour. He even stayed a little after close to help us out. I know dealers work on commission but Gabriel still a great job regardless of that and I recommend asking for him if you stop by.

Stephanie and Derek were easy to work with as they helped me purchase my new vehicle- my family s 4th Toyota from this dealership. Stephanie is a very knowledgeable salesperson who responded to my emails in a timely fashion. Friendly sales manager, Derek, went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal on my RAV4 while also giving me a fair price on my trade. They have treated me just as courteously now, weeks after my purchase, as they did when I first started looking to buy my new car. When my family needs our next vehicle, we will certainly shop at Toyota Cleveland Heights.

I found a new car listing on Auto Trader and was impressed by their competitive pricing, the lowest within a 200-mile radius. Coming from out of state, we arranged a contingent deal with Mitch. They honored the trade-in price and made the entire transaction simple and swift. Highly recommended for a hassle-free car buying experience. No gimmicks; Mitch was responsive and turned the typical dealership experience into an enjoyable one.

Oil change took 2.5 hours. No one came over to update me. After waiting for an extremely long time, front desk says the car "fell off their roster" and is not sure why. So yes, they simply "forgot" about it.Mind you, this is after I scheduled online with confirmation, and also went in person. I told them I would be waiting in person as well.Can you pay back my 3 hours of wait time?Absolute trash. Buck gets passed. No one takes responsibility, Local mechanic it will be for me from now on. Bye bye.

Not a good experience. We put money down on a vehicle and the one that arrived was not the one we ordered. They offered to add on the options but we didn t want a new car torn apart changing emblems and so on and some options could not even be added. They told us one price and then upped it 2k when the vehicle arrived. She refused to send us an invoice even know she kept saying she would. We were told the vehicle was not available but two days later my wife drove to Boardman Toyota and purchased that vehicle they were supposed to get.If you want a hassle free deal it s worth the drive to buy your car at Toyota of Boardman. They sent me an invoice and when we picked up the vehicle it was to the penny.I m not sure what s wrong with Cleveland Hts Toyota maybe they are just highly unorganized but we didn t like the switch around, games, or the price hike.

I would recommend if you are getting a new car or need a used one to go to Syed Raza. My first car of 10 years sadly had its course and I was so hurt to give it up. Syed helped me get a new car that was in my price range and understood my frustration and sadness giving up my first car. I thank him again for helping me get another car and would recommend choosing him.

I love my 2023 Toyota Camry XSE!Charmaine Calhoun was the Sales Consultant that reached out to me after I sent a request via email to obtain additional information about the 2023 Toyota Camry XSE. She made herself available so that I could meet with her at the dealership to not only take a look at the car, but to also take it for a test drive.I arrived at the dealership within an hour after speaking with Charmaine on the phone. She had already had the car parked near the front of the dealership ready for me to take a look at it and take it for a test drive.Charmaine did an exceptional job with negotiating a great deal for me. She had my paperwork ready to be signed, the car detailed and I was on my way home with my new car.The process to purchase my new car had taken less than three hours. That s what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Thank you, Charmaine! You re the BEST!

We were lucky enough to be greeted by Erin Biats while looking for a new car. She was super helpful throughout the entire process. Our 4Runner had to be ordered but she gave us a timeframe for delivery and texted us every step of the way, as she knew how excited we were. The car arrived yesterday and she spent a ton of time enthusiastically going over all the important features. The process couldn t have been easier or more delightful. We will definitely be back for our next car!

Great place, I purchased a truck from Bob Rosenstein about 3 months ago, walled in with 2 cars of interest, 1 my dream truck and the 2nd a back up 12k Cadillac, told them as much, said I didn't have great history but I am open to whatever they cam do for me. Well needless to say I am driving my dream truck! Went back for my 1st service a month ago and go to pay and they were like "no your all set"... back today to get my navigation installed. Love these guys, they are honest and fair and open. Rare thing to be said for car industry and I am never going anywhere else as long as I live nearby.

Torres Hickerson was able to find me the Camry XSE that I had been looking for quite a while. He delivered everything exactly as promised without any forced extras that other dealers were automatically adding on. When I picked up the vehicle he went over every option with my wife and I, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Motorcars purchased my trade-in with a very competitive purchase price. I can't rate this experience high enough!

WRONG PLACE to buy a vehicle.... Even after test driving the vehicle I was informed that brakes, oil and ALL mechanical functions was done an in order/ functional. That was indeed a lie. The WHOLE rear end locked up while driving two (2) days later just getting off the freeway.COMPLETELY DISHONEST.....NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THERE.USED CAR Sells Man " Mitch " & USED CAR GM " Mike " Completely dishonest.I Completely understand "THE BUY AS IS" but 2 days after 10 Plus Thousands of dollars spent. Small Claims here we come..... $[ CAN WE SAY LEMON LAW ]
