Stellar service! They were very busy but still got me in and out in a reasonable time! I want to shout out the mechanic who helped me, but I can t for the life of me remember!! If you were the assistant manager who helped me out (I had 4 bulbs out and asked you way too many questions) on 4/1 around noon, you were great!! Thank you for answering all of my questions with such care and explaining in terms that someone who has NO knowledge of cars could understand!I came in for a regular oil change and ended up needing 4 bulbs changed and he also made me aware of all other things I may need to keep an eye on my car! I could tell many of the other mechanics there were asking him for assistance but he made sure to help me first!

This is the second oil change on my fleet vehicle at the Beechmont location. $97 and they cannot provide the yellow plug for the car but are happy to suggest I bring one with me next time? Why do we pay full price and not get full service.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. They set the "15" time clock, which ran out because they didn't have the correct filter for my car. It seemed a little expensive, but isn't EVERYTHING these days? All in all, a good thorough job.

Sitting here currently. $90 for a semi-synthetic oil change on a Ford Maverick is HIGH. Also - Nathan was not very polite and clearly not well trained. Even though I don t like to be upsold, he didn t even try. He also didn t even tell me what the cost was until after he charged my card. Barely spoke to me the entire time just here to get the job done. Just overall not a great experience. No one in the shop seems happy and I ve seen this place much better in the past. I ve had great experiences before here but something has changed recently. Customer service has declined and prices have increased

Currently sitting here getting an oil change and this team works/communicates/flows so efficiently it is so refreshing. They look professional, they're kind to me when I ask questions, they don't seem stressed out. Whoever the managers are, they have a happy team. I will 100% be coming here every single oil change until I move away from the area. I've had oil change range from $50-$80 and they charged me only $30. Best service and best price I've ever had for an oil change

They forgot to put air in tires. Also, prices are 25% higher than last year.Edit/Update: I expected the business response to include an offer to fill up tires and check all fluids (as advertised) but nothing...

Was told I needed a new car battery. Told the guy my battery wasnt that old. He tested it again and said I needed a new battery. Declined. Went to another place and they tested it for free and said it was fine. Havent been back to Valvoline cause I cant trust them

Usually I will get an oil change and nothing more due to the inflated prices of any filters, bulbs, or wiper blades. How ever this time I decided what the heck they give me a discount for being an Uber driver and I have never replaced my cabin air filter and it was pretty used up. So I said yes and for the low low price of $24.95 I got my filter changed then the over priced oil, and free inspection and with my wallet almost a hundred bucks lighter I was on my way. Not until later did I realize that there was no discount. I have always received even when I haven't requested it. Maybe I'm just cheap but I looked at the filter on Amazon $8.00 free shipping same day if I want it. I will go that route next time. Better discount.

Every time we go to the Anderson location, the people are professional, efficient, friendly, and trustworthy! We take all of our vehicles multiple times a year and plan to continue for years to come.

They stripped my oil pan plug and didn't tell me until I went back for another oil change. Now I have to get a new oil pan. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. Will not go back.

The technicians here are just so awesome! They're friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. And if you are experiencing hesitation with your car or it doesn't seem to have the performance it used to.. please try the Valvoline fuel treatment! It is just simply amazing stuff! My car was hesitating and have performance issues for about 2 weeks, so much so that I could pinpoint exactly where it was going to start hesitating and choking.. well 24 hours after putting the fuel treatment in she's running top notch again! I I'm just so so happy! LOL

I have been going to this Valvoline for 3+ years now and the service is always spectacular. Whenever I've gone elsewhere for oil changes I've always been left disappointed bc they set the bar so high. They do such a great job, they are quick, thorough and friendly. Need more proof? There is always a (quick) line of cars waiting to get serviced. All to say... I am not the only happy customer. Keep up the good work.Services: Electrical, Oil change

I went to them to change the oil in the engine after changing the oil, they did not tighten the oil drain cap until the end, because of this, all the oil in the engine leaked out after a while when I came to them again and told them the problem, they told me that it was not their fault, and sent me away

These folks are always customer forward, but I am especially appreciative of Ryan s act of Good Samaritan today. I wasn t able to get my car to start and running out of ideas, so I walked over to this place as I go there regularly for oil changes. He went above and beyond to ensure I was safely on the road after what turned out to be a poor battery installation by another vendor. I will always loyally support this location, and I encourage you to do the same!

Every experience I have with them is great. Not pushy about add-on services, but are always recommended. Friendly associates that are fun to talk to and make the experience better. Wait times are average and they do their best to make sure that the first come gets first served and will move cars around to do so.

I took my daughter's car in for an oil change and when they got the VIN # there were other maintenance issues which I had done to the car. The guys at this store did a great job. Thank you!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Charles helped me today. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Approximately 16 min once I was in the bay. It's so worth it and super convenient. Being out of state and not knowing where to go, I'm glad I stopped in.

I went for an oil change and they were fantastic. Got in and out quickly, told me what was needed and what could be coming down the road. When they didn t have the battery I needed, they showed me how to pop off the air vent so I could have it done that day at the first place I stopped. They even gave me the replacement fasteners. They have won over a loyal customer.Service: Oil change

I was in the garage and out in less than 20 min the workers were very nice and attentive. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need yet warned me about what will need replaced in future

My favorite things about this location is that I never get a sense that they are trying to overstate a non-issue with my car to try and get more money from me. In my experience they have been straight forward and honest! They work quick and gave me the military discount because they saw it on my license plate!

The service was very fast this time and at the end I realized why. I paid for a full synthetic oil change and that's all I got. No tire pressure check, no fluids topped off. I'm not going back to this service center again. Last time I went I had my tires rotated and ended up having to get an alignment afterwards bc they messed it up.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The Anderson Township location is terrific. All staff are professional and experienced. They are knowledgeable about your cars specfic maintenance requirements but don't twist your arm. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Price is competitive and coupons are always available. Very happy with the service, cost and quality product.Services: Tires, Electrical, Oil change

The whole staff at this location is great. Going in when their busy they still get you through quickly. I got a headlight and a brake light replaced today and they checked me in before I even went into the bay and changed my headlight before going into the bay before I pulled in to save time. They always work together there. Super nice and great prices. The brake light cost the same at the auto parts store and the headlight it s maybe an extra 7 dollars with installation compared to the store doing it yourself. It s my second vehicle I ve taken there , my current car a Volvo is fine going there for oil changes and air filters and lights and wipers stuff that the dealership would charge a fortune plus you can watch them do it. Easily the best Valvoline i've ever been to! Everyone there is great and super helpful! I had a couple questions about how the Fluid Evacuator worked and they were more than willing to answer my questions. I also had a warning light on and they were more than happy to hook up a code reader to the car and figure out what the problem was. Overall a really great experience, especially for it being my first oil change by myself. Hats off to the Anderson Valvoline team, you all are great!Service: Oil change

The staff is always very friendly. I love that they always give me a heads up on the recommended upcoming maintenance for my car!!! I'm always in and out and on my way in less than 45 minutes!!!
