I recently came down to do an oil change and some other routine maintenance on a car I recently purchased. Brian and the team quickly found out that the right rear coil spring had actually rusted through and was broken/in desperate need of being replaced immediately. They worked to find the part and replace it as quick as possible. Brian got me the BEST possible price for it hands down and was super friendly and helpful during the repair process. He went out of his way to help me out and was very personable and kind. He and the team gave us a stellar experience and we'll definitely be back in the future!

I had a mishap in my wife s car this morning from some debris in the road. I cleared the debris and wanted to make sure there was no damage to the undercarriage so I did a quick search for auto service in the area because I live about an hour away. I tried a regional chain and was told it would be an hour and a half at minimum. Decided to try Tuffy and they took it right in and checked for damage. In addition, they didn t charge for their service. The staff I interacted with were polite and professional. I would highly recommend.

Used the service for the first time. I didn't have to choose much, because this service is across the street from my home. I had the most positive impressions, as they took the car and made an estimate beforehand, which saved me from the uncertainty of how much to pay after the service. I was also pleasantly surprised that they performed free diagnostics of all systems and made a report, offered additional services that can be ordered or refused - all conveniently remotely through the phone and quickly. The work was done on time and with high quality, and also provided the opportunity to pay through interest-free installments (you need to get confirmation through a simple form on the site). The manager Mark is very friendly and professional, answered all questions and performed all necessary actions to pay for the services with installments. Convenient hours of operation and ability to schedule an appointment. Overall, highly recommended!

Im so happy this store is under new management. Every time I use to come here my bill would always be $3k or more and I d still have issues!! I called to get some paperwork from a previous fix and was told nothing was in the system besides an oil change. The manager instantly told me to bring my car up and he d do a diagnostic for free for the trouble. The customer service and care I ve since received has been nothing short of amazing! Thank you to Brian and the team for the new repairs and making me feel like a valued customer.

Fantastic work! They got me in and out same day even on a very busy day. Bub helped me and the wife get into a financing option that worked for us and we cracked jokes the whole time. Car runs smoother than it has in years. He even offered us a coffee on our way out.Next time I'll be sure to get a cup!

Had to get my vehicle checked due to a leak and Brian at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He made sure to keep me constantly updated on everything while my car was being serviced even though they were clearly quite busy and provided great overall customer service and feedback so I wouldn't have to worry.

The manager is always so helpful. I always go here for my car troubles. He is straight forward with me; even recommending another place because he wasn t going to be able to get to my vehicle in the time frame I was hoping for. He seems like his priority is treating his customers well so they will come back; not just an easy buck. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give them a zero stars. Because of the negligence of this shop my less than 2 year old car s engine blew up because the shop failed to put OIL in my car at a standard oil change. Tuffys is now trying to get out of paying for the repairs of my car after they broke a perfectly good vehicle by simply not putting oil in a car! Do not go there unless you want to be out thousands of dollars!

Mark and his team take really good care of their customers. They don't try to milk you for every penny, and they keep it honest. Not only will they keep my business, but I will be telling anyone who will listen to go to their shop. They are the best!

My exhaust partially fell off while driving. This place was the closest location to get it checked. The manager told me I should probably not drive it because I would pass out from carbon dioxide and wouldn t know what hit me. After inspecting the vehicle, the quote I received was for around $2500. They also cut off the exhaust along with the catalytic converter to inspect it and claimed they couldn t do the inspection without doing that. I never gave permission for them to do that. When I asked why they cut the exhaust off, he said he thought I was just leaking fluid and didn t realize that half of it was hanging off. I told him when I brought it in that it was hanging on the ground. I got a quote for $1500 from my normal mechanic (Carworx in Milford) and had it towed. When I got the key, the manager said my mechanic must be looking at it wrong. Just got the call this morning and Carworx is able to also replace the rear muffler for $1800 $700 less than the estimate I was quoted at Tuffy. I think they assume women will just fall for their tactics and not get a second quote. I would avoid.

All I can say is EXCELLENT service! Brian Zimmerman the shop manager was absolutely amazing! I will most definitely continue having these gentlemen work on my vehicle. Highly recommend

Wish I could give this place zero stars. The way Bryan talked to my grandparents was unprofessional and uncalled for. This has never happened before. This shop has taken great care of them in the past. I will never return and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place as well.

This place is only out to make a buck. My car started overheating and they quoted me over 1500 of "necessary" work and another 1500 of "recommended work". It was 150 to replace a 20 dollar thermostat. I took my car elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.

Took my car in and thought I wouldn't get it back until sometime next week. Mark and his crew got it done and saved me over $600 because I didn't need the rental car as long as we suspected. Mark also went out of his way to make sure I had a way back from the rental company. Him and his team go above and beyond for their customers and not many places do that anymore

STOP, go elsewhere. Insane mark up on parts and service. When down the street and had same service done for 1/3 the cost. Was charged $180 "diagnostic" fee for what I told them it needed in the first place.

Great Customer Service alot of energy. The cost escalation is overwhelming. Seems shameful as they use technology to show needs. Parts appear to be over priced couple that with labor cost makes me not a fan.

I accidentally ordered the wrong tire size and because the owner wasn't sure he didn't charge me yet for the service which allowed him to return the tires without cost and order and installthe correct ones the next day.

I was driving down from Columbus when my car s oil and check engine light came on, and the car started to jerk while driving. I exited as soon as possible and happened upon a dealership of my car with service. They told me they could not get my car in for 3 weeks, and would not advise me eon other local mechanics. I knew I could not get my car back to Columbus and found this Tuffy located down the street. Not only did they get me in right away, they were able to quickly find the issue, and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours. They were compassionate to my issue, and put my mind at ease about driving the hour and a half home. They also documented the issue to take to my local dealer as the dealer who did my last oil change did not properly place my oil filter causing oil to drain all along the bottom of the car. I am truly thankful for their quick service, and were my hero s that day. I could not recommend them more to anyone needing car care.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bob and Mark both helped me. They were extremely professional and told me exactly what needed to be done and in what order to be driving safely. I had called a dealership first and they couldn't get me in for a month & a half. Who can wait that long?? Tuffy had all of my work done within a day!! They called throughout the day with updates and prices. My car is running like new and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend Tuffy from my experience.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

It was a literally honest and professional repair shop. They did do the best to trustable inspection and the easily understandable explanation of the result. The price was really reasonable and competitive. I was greatly satisfied with their service.
