I typically have all of my work completed at the Mariemont store with Frank. This time I went to the store on 5 Mile and the experience was lackluster at best. The individual who assisted me was pushy. Turns out I needed a new back tire on my Expedition and he tried to sell me two tires for $900 ..as a long time customer, I asked him the best he could do and $900 was it. Mind you, this is after I ve already had my tires rotated and aligned along with an oil change. After 5 minutes of research, I found the exact same tire significantly cheaper and the individual assumed automatically I didn t know how to shop for tires. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and decided to put 4 brand new tires on my vehicle for a hell of a lot less than it would have cost with Hammet at the 5 Mile TireDiscounters.As a customer of TD for over 20 years, I ll only rely on the team at Mariemont to help me and can assure you I will never be back to the 5 Mile location.

We had a tire replacement done here on Mar 23, 2022. We thought all had gone well, but over the summer we discovered that the inside of the tire and wheel were completely shredded. We expressed concern to the manager and send a photo via text. A few weeks later we brought the car in for them to inspect, which they refused to do, calling it a case of road rash, even though there had been none. The manager refused to provide contact information at corporate to discuss the issue, informing us corporate would call. They have not. The manager was rude and dismissive, we won't be doing any more business with this location or company.------Update 1/15/23The company replied as can be seen below. I sent them my info, they replied with this message on January 2nd, then proceeded to do nothing. This organization is a joke apparently both with the management at this location and whoever deals with escalated complaints. Strongly suggest this place be avoided."Brian, our sincerest apologies that we did not meet your expectations! Your time is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to submit your concern. Your customer service case # is *****-** and will be reviewed by the Regional Manager who will be contacting you within 48-72 hours, not including weekends. Thank you for being a valued Tire Discounters customer, we will be in touch soon!"

Customer service here sucks !!!!!! Don't know how RT became a manager sure wasn't his ability to talk to customers please people if u do choose to go here pleas look at your receipt and make sure it has your name and address on it and not someone else's it can void your warranty even though my credit card paid for the service the receipt does not have my name on it and was told nothing can be done cuz my number came up another person's name that I don't even know so now my receipt is is in their name and nothing they can do about it. MR RT WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL STATING NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT !!!!! PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND AVOID THE HEADACHES

Once heard some rattling under my hood on the highway; pull over to find a loose socket wrench (not my brand) in my engine block... Had just been at this shop the week prior.Fast forward a few years and this spot has been my go-to for tire/oil changes for me and my wife's Hondas. I've stopped through maybe half a dozen times. Of those, at least three times my HR-V's TPMS alerted on the short drive home and I get home to find I suddenly have a leaky tire (different one each time; and no, there were no tire rotations involved).You can call it coincidence, but I'll be calling another shop next time.

I never think about writing reviews for anywhere, but they go above and beyond every time. There are a number of times this year where I would ve given 5 stars, but their service yesterday blew me away. My truck had a flat tire, AAA was able to tow it for free, and then on top of that TD patched my tire up for free. Turned what was a huge inconvenience into a very pleasing situation. My family has been a long term customer, and I will definitely be continuing that tradition.

After an unexpected occurrence with my car on my way to work they were able to get my car fixed quickly by the end of my workday so that I was able to get home safely. The finished price was also lower than the quote.

I got my tires replaced and my windshield was really dirty before I sent my car in. I didn t even ask them to clean it but they did, and for no extra charge. They did a really good job too, thanks so much :)

EDIT: I have upgraded to 5 starts. I have now been here a couple of times and the services has been great each time! I feel like I can trust their work and actually look forward to taking my car there when I have an issue.It's interesting to see so many people wish Lane was still there. He was the exact reason I stopped going to this location. Once I heard he retired, I returned. I have been a few times for various reasons and always have great service. They have been very communicative, quick, and able to fit in my needs. Some of the guys could use some improvement in customer service which is why I am only rating 4 stars.

I love going to this place. The manager Shawn is really nice and professional. He also knows his stuff. He helped me get my car back in working order and didn't nickel and dime me. I will always come here because of him.

I took the car in for an oil change and to check a tire that was leaking air. They called to tell me the car was ready and when I asked about the tire, they hadn t even looked at it. They proceeded to fix the tire but because of the additional time I was not able to pick my car up on Saturday and had to wait until Monday. I always feel rushed and I never feel like they want to listen to what I have to say.

Kelan Garber, was so helpful in explaining any questions I had. This was my first time buying my tires on my own and he made my experience worth buying tires again in the future from Tire Discounters. If your ever up there for service ask for Kelan. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

The staff here were very friendly, professional and efficient. I just needed a quick tire change and they did just that. Shawn was the manager at the time and he was again very friendly, honest and straightforward with my best options which I really appreciated. I ll recommend anyone in my area to this tire discounters from now on.

Lane was very pleasant, 4 tire install and alignment went quickly. However, after install, I checked all 4 wheels for possible damage (has happened in the past). Sure enough all 4 have scratches on them from the machine which removes the tires. Luckily I have photos I took in the lot right before going in to have the tires installed. They said it will be 3 weeks before the damage can be repaired. At that time I will readjust this review.Update 1/11/21. After not hearing back I contacted them and they stated they had an incorrect phone number for me. They stated it would be about another week and a half until they are able to get me in. Again after not hearing back I contacted them again on 2/10/21 and spoke with AJ. He requested photos of the before and after. He then scheduled me to come in on 2/17 to have the wheels repaired and it would take 3-4 hours to fix them. A few hours later Aj called back and said they were completed. I asked who did their work and he stated "Dent Wizard". Upon inspection the rims looked better. There were some small marks remaining but figured the enemy of good is better and I would live with it.On 3/3/21 I washed my vehicle by hand using the same products I have since I bought it back in 16. Most of the wheel damage has reappeared including hazing which wasn't there before! Called and spoke with Lane who still hasn't called back.

I took my son s truck to get a nail removed and tire repaired. It s the day before the bad weather and he really needed it fixed to drive in bad weather tomorrow. I was told no problem even though they were very busy. They had it done in a couple hours. I have 2 vehicles with their tires plus prior vehicles and have always dealt with Tire Discounters. They came through today as usual and I and my son say Thank you very much for their efforts to get him back on the road. I m due for new tires myself and will certainly be going back to Tire Discounters.

Hemant is AMAZING! I had tried to get into 5 different Tire Discounters for a slow leak. NOBODY would take me until next week. Not even as a walk in. I called Hemant and he said to just show up this morning and he would take care of it even though they were totally booked.This is the second time I have come here as a walk in and I got the same treatment 2 months ago. Super courteous and humble. I bought these tires at TD Milford , been to TD Wilmington for changes, but no one treats a customer as well as Hemant.He is definitely an asset to your business.

Always great service! I blew out a tire after they had closed, so I limped over and left my car. I really needed 4 tires, so they were able to mount 4 new Cooper tires that day. I love the ride of good new tires!They have taken care of our cars for a few years now, always on time, good prices, and great service!Thank You Five Mile Tire Discounters!!!

Lane recommended these tires to me. They are Cooper tires which were on sale are perfect for my budget and driving needs. They not only look great, they give a quiet ride but also do great on wet roads. As always the tire installation was great as was the alignment which was free. The customer service is great, The work was done quickly so I waited on it. Thanks Lane and Tire Discounters. Great Job!

always a good Tire Discounters !!! Dropped car off at noon and had to call to get 2 tires installed prior to closing (which ended up being after 6:00pm). Called at 445pm to check on car and work wasn't started. Need to manage the work load better. But, they did do a good job once on it. So, overall...............a job pretty well done.

Great experience at the Five Mile store. I had a nail in my tire but my treads were too thin for a repair. They gave me a great deal on 4 Goodyear tires and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours.

This store is a complete failure.Made an appointment online for the next week to have tires installed. Dropped my car off to find out that they never ordered the tires. 3 days later the car was ready. I paid for an oil change, it was not performed. No one could answer simple questions on how or why this screw up happened. They seemed unconcerned about the horrible customer service.Unfortunately had one tire hit a pothole, destroyed the tire, but I have road hazard warranty. The tire itself was paid for by warranty. Once Shaun at Tire Discounters had the car to fix the tire, they discovered that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. This is 4 weeks after the tires were installed and a supposed brake inspection was completed. I ve been working on cars for 25 years, brakes don t wear out to the point of replacement in 4 weeks if they were still good when inspected.I questioned Shaun about this, he didn t have any answers. I asked what the total cost of the tires replacement and brakes would be, $325, I said just go ahead and fix them.At check out, the total repair came to $485, this changed in a matter of 2.5 hours.I will never use Tire discounters again, they do novice work at best and they are anything but honest.
