I purchased a vehicle that I love! Cody Frye, my Sales professional, provided excellent service and useful advice. He was patient and considerate of my needs and wants, and we got the deal done. He has a great personality and it felt like I was working with an old friend. I, strongly, recommend him and the dealership! I am more than pleased.

We were so excited to purchase our certified pre-owned Escalade from Thompson McConnell at the end of 2020! There was a blemish noted on the luggage rack prior to us leaving the lot with our CASH purchase on December 29TH. This blemish was pointed out to our salesperson, Cody. We even purchased an extended warranty that was sold as a bumper to bumper warranty to us. Our salesperson, Cody, asked us to come back after the New Year and he would make sure the luggage rack blemish was taken care of. We went back today, and were informed that the repair of this blemish would be over $800.00. This is not the response we anticipated nor was it the excellent service we thought we paid for. This was a quote from the service department and our salesperson, Cody, did not support us at all.To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Over the New Year, we were actually discussing another car purchase from Thompson McConnell in the near future. Bruce Davis is my service representative and he is terrific! He returns calls in a timely fashion, keeps me posted on the status of my repair and does what he commits to, overall a great service rep.
