The employees could not have been more apathetic when I visited the store. I walked in & said hi. They begrudgingly said hi back. I went to look for the two items I wanted to buy They were both out of stock. I walked out the door. They said nothing to me. In order to do so they would have had to stop the conversation they were having between themselves. I don't think I'll return.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I usually go to autozone but will be stopping here first for now on... I felt cared about and although I am female and work on my own cars, they still treated me with respect. That is hard to find in these kinds of places for me...

One employee said to bring my old lawn mower battery in an that id get a core credit, even tho i didnt buy it there, brought it in an was denied credit. This is just obnoxious that they would have me hike my battery to some other place to get the core credit. Also the prices on car batteries and other items here is very high.

The guys there are awesome!!!! Needed to replace a taillight bulb in my sons car and one of the employees asked if i would like him to do it for me. Of course i said yes! He came out and was having some trouble getting one of the wing nuts off so he could get to the tail light. He and another employees brother worked together to finally get it off so they could replace the bulbs. I didnt get their names but hopefully they see this and know how much I appreciate all their help.

The gentleman installed the batteries in my car fab and I was on my way in 10 minutes. I didn t even have to ask him. What a nice man.

Assistant manager Kelly is a tremendous asset to O'Reilly. Great with customers and respectful towards co-workers. Her knowledge of all things auto was a welcomed experience. She was willing to go out of her way to solve my problem and get me back on the road.

I just bought 3 batteries for 3 different cars since December 2020 our Ford battery has had to be exchanged twice. They refused to honor their 36 month warranty due to their workers error yesterday! The same guy that exchanged my $180.00 Ford battery the last time tested it and then tried Charging it and it came back bad once again! I had my car's alternator checked because I have never had this happen with batteries before and it came back good! I will never shop there again!!!! I am absolutely furious!

Great parts place. Fellow that seems to run the place very friendly and super helpful. Always had what I wanted . Quick to suggest alternative or other considerations. When I needed windshield wipers he knew right away my car sometimes is a little different. He ran outside and checked it and was back with the correct product in an instant. He had installed them before I thought to ask him. Just an all around pleasure to conduct business with. Like things used to operate. If you are old enough to remember when businesses actually wanted and appreciated your business then you will like doing business here.

I had a service light come on. If you know me I do not like any lights on my dashboard lite up. The younger guy came out to my car and scanned the code. It was a relief to know it was not serious. Plus I was not charged. Free is nice now a days especially when the dealership wants $120 to tell you the same thing.

This location has about anything you could want for your auto. The staff is very helpful, too - they'll ask if they can help after you walk in the door. I'm glad this O'Reilly is located close to me in historic Dent.

Great place to shop. The staff know there stuff. They go out of there way too get u back on the road safely. If they dont have instock they can order it, if they dont offfer the part they will point you in the right direction.

I went in today, in need of new wipers. I asked for assistance and the man behind the counter gave me the two needed sizes and pointed me to where the wipers were. I had told the man I had no idea what I was looking for or how to pick out correct wipers. Once in the asile, I grabbed what I thought was correct ones and asked him when checking out if they were correct. He flippantly answered yes and rang me up. I then asked if they could help me install them. He proceeded to tell me he was busy, then picked up his cell phone and continued his texting. There were two workers in the store and no other shoppers at the time. I proceeded to stand out in the pouring rain for the next ten minutes trying to change my wipers, with neither of them coming to assist me. I never could figure out how to remove the old ones, leaving very upset, with a windshield I could barely see out of. I'm not sure what happened to customer service, or even simple human decency in this situation. I've been to other O'Reilly's and have never been treated this poorly.

Very nice employees good prices care about the customer really really like going there and I work at a car dealership and they deliver the parts and they are very quick at getting the parts to us Dave is is the employee I talked to to get the parts very nice and does whatever he can do to get the parts for us thank you O'Reilly's

Spent a lot of money here (have 7 cars in my family)...unreasonable return policy. Brake rotor failed (delaminated and rusted from inside out) in 26 months and 6k miles. Told it was my fault and nothing was wrong with it (other 3 sets are pristine). Also check parts before you leave; spent countless hours back and forth with wrong parts in right box.

Bought an alternator, Bearing came loose.just bought it a month ago. They warranted me a new one, it was broke when I took it out of the box. These parts are junk be aware on what your buying.

Friendly, fast service. A little pricey. Mobile 1 5W-30 high milage 5qt. was $29 +. It is less than $23 at Walmart.

There are many locations within the greater Cincinnati area, very helpful staffs at the locations that I have been to as well as having everything you might need. If they don't have it, they will find a way to help you get it.

If you can't do testing right now then take the signs down! I can buy the battery from you but not test it? That's BS
