The two gentleman on shift last night around 9:00pm on Tuesday 11/21/23 were cordial and helpful. They checked to make sure they had the right gas cap and set it aside for my mother to pick up. They were welcoming and friendly with her as well. Thanks gentleman!-Madalyn

These folks really did the job. Cheerfully came out and scanned my vehicle codes and recommended thoughtful solutions to my issue.Nice job. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience here, was spoken to respectfully and the employees truly wanted to fix the problem rather than sell me a part. Darien was especially helpful and was able to save me from spending a lot of money at a bad mechanic. They have my customer loyalty for life

Young gentlemen with the short brown hair loudly complaining twice about why is everyone coming in here today? Is there a sale going on or what!? It s a job sir that s why it s called going to work. Felt really unwelcoming.

On May 17, 2023 I drove to a Cincinnati location on Ridge after I had gotten off work. I was at your location picking up a battery I purchased, in the midst of that an employee helped me put the battery in. Long story short he came outside and proceeded to put my battery into my car, it didn't work. I was sitting in the car while he worked and i saw sparks fly and i asked "what happened?" he sated it was the tool he was using had touched a part of the battery and it was fine. Then told me to star the car up, I attempted to start the car, nothing. Then I got out of the vehicle and walkaround to he front of the car and noticed he had put the battery in incorrectly, negative on positive and positive on the negative! He turned it around and put in correctly then asked me to start it again, nothing. He continued to try this for a few hours, meanwhile I am trying to hurry up and get to a graduation. I ended up having to leave my car overnight and coming back the next day in my other vehicle after work that day. The worker who damaged my vehicle was not there I spoke with other workers who put me in contact with the DM named Jason I believe. Jason led me to believe that they would take care of my issue and I was ok with that, I assumed their worker did it would be handled no problem. I got the car towed to the dealership and need to get a diagnostic done to see the issue. I called Jason to let him know he stated I need to pay for all repairs and they would reimburse me. No, I wasn't doing that, repairs were almost 6k and quite frankly I didn't have it to give. So i reached out above him to Chris Colyer the regional manager. This guy doesn't return calls I tried a total of 6 times he never called me back. So at this point I am $350, tow truck and diagnostic cost fine. My whole motherboard electronic system is fried and OReilly's managers aren't doing anything to help me, this is a nightmare. Fast forward to now 8/30 my car is still at Nissan not fixed and now i have lawyers involved just bc they don't want to fix an issue that their employee causes and I am out $700+ right now due to having to have a fuse link repaired just so they could run the diagnostic and getting my car towed from their lot because it's been there too long.

After a terrible experience at AutoZone across the street, which left me stranded, a worker from O'Reilly walked across and jumped my vehicle. He then changed my very rough battery and a few other parts for me to get me on my way again. All three employees from O'Reilly were so kind and understanding, I will be stopping there first moving forward.

came in looking for a part that autozone didnt have, as my car was having starting trouble. just my luck it died in their parking lot, and kenzie was more than gracious enough to do her very best to fix it. calling other mechanics to come look and try their hardest to get it running. no one in the store would give up on me. they all worked so much harder than they had to, going out of their way 1000%. even with no luck, they still gave me such great service in an area not required by them. cant thank the two employees in there enough. they care so much about their customers.

Went to O'Reilly to get bulbs for my tail lights after going to an automotive services chain who couldn't successfully remove my tail light covers. The bulbs were cheaper AND a member of the staff took the time to install the bulbs. In addition to that service he was very knowledgable about another issue I was having with my car, as he is a former mechanic. Stellar service! Would definitely recommend!

Jason and Phil are Great employees! They were so much help! I had a variety of issues and they really helped me. One issue that they could not gave me a referral to someplace that could help me. What Great Employees. Kudos!

The guys at O Reilly s took such great care of my car. They matched a competitor s price of a battery, installed it and replaced clamps on my jump box with no charge for their service. Above and beyond service with very personable employees.

Was on my way to another auto shop, was passing by this location, and turned in at the last minute. So glad I did! It is now my go to auto shop! Was offered assistance as soon as I walked through the door. Dan (I believe) willingly (and patiently!) took the time to answer all of my questions, and then proceeded to hook me up with the best deal. 'What a pleasant change from what's, far too often, become less than desirable service. All were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Thanks for making what was an otherwise cruddy day, better!

I've shopped O'Reilly's in GA and OH and received the same consistent, professional and friendly service each time. Their stores are always organized well which makes it easy to find things. The staff is always knowledgeable about location of items, probable accessories needed, testing equipment, the whole package. They will test your parts, charge your batteries and even refer you to another location that has what you need or have it delivered to their store at no charge.

This past week, I learned I needed a new variable timing solenoid. As my husband and I parked, we noticed one of the O'Reilly's guys hard at work helping another customer with his car. Though all the guys who were there were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and personable, we worked with Jesse who very patiently helped us figure out whether we needed an intake or exhaust solenoid, walking outside so we could point at the part we needed (I have no clue about cars) and ordering it for us when we found they didn't have that part on hand. The day after when we picked it up, again, Jesse very patiently detailed what we would need to do to install the part and was generally very pleasant to converse with along with everyone else there. Thank you so much for your help and I'll know where to go if it turns out we messed up installing the solenoid!

This location Store wasn't open when it clearly says open on website and the open sign on the window was flashing open but nobody was there to open the door or at the register. The website says 9:00am - 7:00pm and it's 2:00pm never will I waste my gas and time coming to this location again

Don't use this store, especially if you're a woman. The guy who 'helped' me, Jason said they weren't scanning check engine light codes because of Covid-19, didn't offer to loan me the scanner (like the AutoZone across the street did) and told me I needed to take it to a mechanic. He also sold me a wiper head that was 3 times more expensive than anywhere else and took the packaging off before he handed it to me so I couldn't return it. The other employee told him a really inappropriate story about a woman customer while I was standing there too. REALLY do not recommend this chain.

I had dropped the power steering cap down the engine to where it was hard to grab, so I stopped in to find a replacement. I didn't get the employee's name, but he got under the car and grabbed it for me. I thank you so much for easing my mind over a stupid dropped cap!A big kudos to the gentleman who worked Monday morning!

I went to the AutoZone across the street first for a new battery. When I suggested that I buy the battery and learn to install myself, the man helping me said, "it's a little more involved than that," and then "if you have a boyfriend, he can do it for you though." I didn't appreciate the blatant sexism, so I went across the street to O'Reilly. John (I think was his name-I should have asked to be sure) was kind and helpful. He taught me how to replace a car battery and was not demeaning at all. 5 stars for believing that women can use a wrench.

It won't let me put a 0. I called at 8:42pm to ask if they had a spray paint can for a specific color I was looking for. After a couple mins they said yes. So I quickly drove over because I really needed it just for them to tell me "no, not the one you need". What a waste of time, gas, and headache. Not sure if it was due to closing hours, but i did not have a great customer service experience either.

Came in for a replacement battery, wasn't 100% what I was looking for. Was helped quickly and efficiently to find one and they even helped swap it out for me even though I had all the tools and had planned to change it myself. Will be back for wiper blades next week

I've been a fan of O'Reilly Auto Parts for general car fixes. I've been to this location for at least five times in the past couple months and they did a great job helping. However today's experience was just horrible.I have a very minor head gasket problem and I thought some head gasket sealant would help it to last a little longer. I then called in to see if they carry any K-Seal head gasket sealant. I had to repeat the words three times just to hear him saying:" I don't understand a single word you are saying." in a very rude tone. He also asked me what year and model the car was. I told him it wouldn't help at that point because I don't think by telling him that I have a 1985 Toyota Corolla Trueno with a 94 1UZ V8 engine swap would make the call any easier. I then explained in detail of what a head gasket sealant is. After he got the idea he told me BARS was the only brand they carry. So far okay I got the answer but what made me angry enough to write this one star review was that he hung off the phone before I finish saying thank you. I feel sorry that he feels poorly educated and I would never expected such an impatient and impolite staff at O'Reilly. I won't go to this location anymore.

I stop here as needed only, but Joe makes stopping in a breeze. He gets what I need and has it ready for pick up as soon as I walk in! That's good quality service! I can't say the same for other employees or other stores.

Store was supposed to open at 7:30. Doors were locked when I came by at 7:50. The clerk unlocked the door as I was getting back in my car and walked to the back of the store. Very poor service. I wound up going across the street and getting what I needed from autozone.

Stopped in 5 minutes before closing to get my car error code scanned. Friendly service that was able to detect the code. They did not have the part but we're able to help me find the problem. Thanks!
