I have been going to this location of O Reilly since I moved to the area almost 2 years ago. This review is long overdue because every single time I come to O Reilly, I am offered assistance without me having to ask. I don t know much about cars but everyone who has helped me clearly does. I appreciate that, not only are they willing to teach me, but they do so without talking down to me. If O Reilly carries the product, I don t shop anywhere else - even for products like sun shades which are sold in many other stores because I think it s important to support businesses like this O Reilly location. Thanks for having such a great staff I can rely on!

The Mason store is great the service is extremely outstanding and the manager Donnie is the best they really do believe in the customer service the only auto store for me thanks everyone for the wonderful help

Great customer service!! I took my truck in to get my check engine light read. They let me see the codes and we're able to recommend the best option on what O2 Sensor and type of fuel injector cleaner.

Daughter stopped in to have battery checked dead. Was able to purchase online. Installed and back on the road quickly. Thank you Fabian @ the Evendale , Ohio location for helping out!! You re service & kindness is greatly appreciated. Job well done!!

Came in today with a bad battery. Had to install myself as I was told by the Assistant Manager that he was the only one here and couldn't do the install. Should've gone across the street to Auto Zone.

They still cut rotors! Understaffed, still incredibly pleasant. Fair prices & customer focused, what more could you ask for? I don't shop here often enough, I'll be checking with them FIRST more often.

Always find what I need and staff is ready to help when I'm having trouble. Prices, although competitive, can sometimes run a bit higher. I however, will pay a few pennies more for the well-stocked shelves and the good advice.

The guy, (old one) is very rude and doesn t care about the customer. I was there to buy a gas cap. I wish I did not go there. The people in Autozone, across the roads are way courteous and welcoming.

My friend had a commercial account that they deleted without contacting him or giving him a reason. Rightfully so, him and I went up there to talk to the store manager, Mike Woodall, to find out what happened. He wouldn't give us a straight answer so my friend called corporate, still waiting on a call back from them, 3 days now at the time of writing. Anyways I went to pick up a part I had ordered before all this happened to my friend, which I was in no way associated with his account to begin with, and was told by staff that they were told to kick me out and not sell to me again or they would be fired. Mike is truly one of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with and I can assure you that while I have a call into corporate myself now to overturn this, I will absolutely never step foot inside another O'Reilly's.

After standing around waiting with plenty of employees not helping anyone at the O'Reilly's on Kemper Rd, I decided to try this store. Upon, entering the store I felt the cold shoulder. Then after waiting for a while, I'm told that one of the cans of used oil can't be taken because of the engine flush due to EPA laws. I was thinking to myself funny you should say that because I'm hazmat certified and have handled hazardous materials stateside and overseas but I didn't want to get into a pointless conversation. Maybe he thought I was just another uneducated street thug. All the states that I lived in because of my job in the military I've never had an issue like that and I've been taking used oil to O'Reilly forever in many different states. I can't wait until my time is up in Ohio and I can move somewhere else.

I was pleased with the customer service, quite opposite from the Autozone across the street, the store is small and the inventory is on the narrow side, but they will order online for you and offer in store pick up. But still the most important thing is just to be treated with the courtesy we deserve while spending our hard earned money

Staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable. I come here all the time and it s normally a pleasant experience however this time was different. They wouldn t price match the same item autozone is selling for $40 less. I hate autozone. They are unfriendly. Not knowledgeable and refuse to pay for damages done to my vehicle due to a part they sold me that was the wrong part for my vehicle. Unfortunately I had to drag myself across the street and pay autozone for the same item at a cheaper price...I would have much rather given my money to oreillys but they wouldn t price match... come to find out oreilleys and autozone are partner stores!!! So they claim to price match however they provide different warranty s for their items and they will only price match the same item if the warranty is the same! So price matching between autozone and oreilleys is not going to happen. Advertising price match is just a gimmick between the 2 companies. It s a way to lure you in that s it.

The kid tried, I will give him that. Ended up selling me the wrong headlamp bulbs that were difficult to install, took about 30 minutes, so I had to spend twice as much as I should have. Mgr. was suspiciously hands off, leaving the associate to deal with the screw up, which he was unable to do anything about. Poor effort by mgr to help. I kept looking longingly at the AutoZone right across the street.

I hate I forgot the gentleman's name. But I am amazed that the young man there could look at photos or the old item and make a great guest for what I needed. I am repairing an old 92 UMC Aeromate Utilimaster and the only reference I have are the manufacturer's parts number which was no help. This guy was awesome and took his time to locate what I needed. He usually got it right on the first try. Thanks!

GETTING THE POLICE CALLED ON would give this place minus stars if it was allowed. Today me and my buddy went to get a warranty on a part they told us that since my friend was banned because he worked for autozone nothing criminal. we wouldn't be able to get the warranty even tho my buddy was unbanned by the corporate office they called the cops on us. Chelbee is probably the worst assistant store manager.

Very helpful. My engine light was on, and they put a tester on it to tell my why. I was able to buy the parts then return them if necessary.

Needed diagnostic for check engine light. Fella LIES to me, says that they dont do them (COVID19) O'Reillys policy. Call a couple other O'Reilly's and they say bring it on down. Nope!! Autozone took care of me . Adios O'Reilly's!!

Competitive prices on parts with friendly & helpful staff. Onsite battery testing, loaner tools, oil recycling. Definitely worth a visit.
