The tire sensors on my 2012 Toyota Camry malfunctioned and no tire pressures were showing. I went to my Toyota dealer and got an estimate of $400 to over $1000 to fix. Since my car is over 12 years old, they advised me to just check my tires manually. I went to my neighborhood Monro for another opinion, and Jim was able to find and replace the one broken sensor for only $125! They all are working now! I am so happy with the quick service (1.5 hours) and personalized care.

Had a slow leak in my car, took it to them and they promptly fixed them. They found another nail while fixing it but didn t charge me extra. Great service!!

Olivia is a wonderful manager at the Montgomery auto shop. She s the reason I continue to bring my car to the shop. She knows the business, is direct and sincere, fair and kind.

Jim McRoberts and his team took great care of us yesterday - the wind chill was -10. I needed an evaluation done on my tires. All of them were low. Without charging me anything they confirmed that there were "no issues" that needed correcting. Excellent, Trust worthy service. Highly recommendAshok Ghildyal

Cannot recommend this place enough. I have lived in Cincinnati for over 5 years and have had issues with "finding a home" for car servicing. I have bounced around multiple business, due to lack of transparency, feeling like I'm being swindled, or outrageous pricing. I was test driving a used car and asked Monro if they could look it over to ensure that it would be a good purchase. They fit me in for the very next morning and the prices were unbelievably cheap. They were extremely honest and transparent (and could explain in layman's terms to someone who doesn't know cars well). I will absolutely use Monro for all car issues moving forward!

Consistently great and honest service. Once again I had a smooth, supportive and trusted experience. ]I was able to get in with ease to assess my vehicle. They gave me an honest assessment and given the complexity of the engine issue, and Jim suggested I reach out directly to the dealer in this case. Rather than pushing something on me, I appreciated his candid and honest advice. I have had several other maintenance issues addressed with Monro on several of our cars and have always had a great experience. Thank you Jim and thank you Monro.

Great experience! When I heard my tire had a nail this morning, I immediately went to Monro Tire Centers. To my surprise, they were able to start looking at my car right away. The nail was removed and a patch in place within an hour. Jim was polite, professional and communicative through the whole process. I highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future! Thank you Jim and thank you Monro Tire Centers!

I have nothing bad to say about this location, I got my car towed to get it diagnosed, Jim which was the manager was nothing less than nice and caring, my repair ended up being $600 cheaper than the other repair shop. I couldn't get my truck out right away and Jim was so understanding. I would highly recommend this place. Shout out to the whole staff that took good care of truck.

I can understand now why the great reviews they have. The young lady who checked me in was an amazing delight. So well mannered and sweet. Very professional and knowledgeable for someone so youngThey are very lucky to have her as the front person representing their business.Thank you, Olivia.Also, thank you, Jim, for your warmth and speed at getting me out of there so quickly. It is such a pleasure to find a business that still practices that old school approach to doing business - which is just to be nice and warm and people will remember you.Many businesses can learn from this one. Will be back.

Got a screw in my brand new tires! I was so bummed out. Let s face it new tires aren t cheap! Luckily for me Jim at Monro was able to get me in right away. He had my tire fixed in less than 15 minutes! Jim was thorough respectful and professional. I would definitely take my car there for any other service that I might need in the future. Just in good guy doing a great job!

Staff is always friendly and smiling. Very welcoming atmosphere. The woman at the front desk was very professional with excellent customer service skills, addressed me by first name as I was leaving as If we'd known each other was a very good experience!

Call these guys - I called on Tuesday afternoon, dropped the car off 8am on Wednesday and he had it done by 5pm. Same day. Includes diagnosing the engine light issue we brought it in for as well as a possible safety issue with the bearings. They got the right parts easily and were decently priced. Will be going back for tires.

Amazing service! Jim was particularly amazing and saved my bacon. I had a dead battery while out and about, and he readily hopped in his car, drove out to me, and jumped me himself. Changed out the batter as well and gave me great info on a few other issues with my car, and had me back on the road within an hour. Stellar service, definitely coming back

The main technician was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to get our tire situation figured out. He put our spare on free of charge and gave helpful advice on how to proceed out of the goodness of his heart. Highly recommend

Our low pressure tire light came on less than twelve hours before we were headed to a wedding 270 miles away.Olivia, who answered my phone call, was cheerful, respectful, and eager to help.She scheduled an appointment, and within 20 minutes, my tires were being checked out.The technician was very patient and understanding that l didn t know the make and model of the car. (I m almost 69 and just knew the car is a Mazda.) He went to the car, gathered the information, and relayed it to me.Within twenty minutes the team determined none of the tires had a leak. They added air to all four, explaining that the warning light was possibly triggered by the lower temps decreasing the volume of the air in the tires.And they didn t charge me!As my son-in-law observed, Looks like we ve found our new tire place. (By the way, this review has been written by Nancy Pevets.)

Jim and team were very professional and very friendly. Did and inspection and found that my brakes are coming to the end of life. Jim provided good advice and did not give me a hard sell on getting them done. Much different experience than when I take my truck to the dealer.

Had an awesome experience here ! Olivia went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of tonight after getting a screw in my tire . She had me in and out in less than 30 . Definitely will be back again !

I have never felt more at ease in an auto shop. The people I interacted with were kind, beyond helpful and were full of knowledge! Olivia was amazing, friendly and helped explain to me in terms I could understand on what was going on with my vehicle. The whole experience felt honest and informative. I will be a regular customer from now on!

I highly recommend this location! I stopped in after my car was damaged and the young girl working, Olivia, took time to get us back on the road quickly and safely. She was professional, knowledgeable, polite and she saved the day! I can not thank her enough for her work ensuring our car was safe to drive until further repair. I 100% trust and recommend Monro Auto!

This place is awesome as soon as you pull up you feel very good about going there for the work on your car. The manager Olivia made sure you understood the work they were going to do and the cost of the work she did everything that was possible to give you the best price she could. They were all so nice and didn't treat you like a customer they treated you like FAMILY and you dont find that anymore these days..

Best experience I ve had with a car shop / dealership. I got a flat tire driving across the country and they were incredibly friendly and squeezed me in for a quick turn around of 40 min! They were knowledgeable and overall very helpful. If I lived in this area I would always go to this location for any car needs.

Another visit (broken car) ended with another GREAT experience.Olivia was very knowledgeable and kind and kept me informed throughout the process explaining the what and why.You know the feeling like car shop people are trying to rob you? This is NOT the case at Monro. Very decent and trustworthy.

I was having issues with my car and the team there was able to quickly look and fix my issue. Oliva is one of the nicest employees I have had the pleasure of working with. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
