Hands down a customer for life now. This was the 3rd place I went to for a quote on much needed maintenance needed. They were quick, friendly, and extremely fair in price. Everyone I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. Will be back again and again.

They were so helpful and prompt over the phone and when we got there in person! I had a SUPER flat tire and loved the tow service that were able to provide! From the time I called, to the tow truck, to them calling to say they replaced the valve stem, calibrated the sensor and told me it was ready was all in just over 3 hrs!

My initial visit was to have air put into my tire. After another visit my tires were inspected and the Recommendation was new tires. The back tires were replaced first, which showed that my air leak problem was due to multiple nails in my tire. I am grateful for the service that I received. I will be back for the front tires.

I cannot a do an accurate review because there are questionable happenings since we pulled in with a brake problem. Then we were told they couldn't keep it running after the brake repair. WHY is uncertain. There was no problem when we dove it there and the tech drove it up on the lift. Needless to say we still DO NOT have the vehicle. But a lot has transpired with finding the issue. We are waiting for answers.

I was traveling for work. Managed to run over something and started losing air in my driver's side front and back tires. I was really stressed and trying to stay calm. Got off the freeway and saw this Monro. I pulled in and spoke to Tim. He was very understanding, helpful and kind. They were able to confirm I had 3 holes in one tire and two in the other. They took care of my two new tires and the price was very manageable. Thank you so much to Tim and his team for helping me!

I recently visited this location what I thought would be a simple repair turned out I needed a new tire. I called around 2 o clock and I was right around the corner so I got there in a few minutes but Zachary the tech and the manager got me right everything was done in less than 30 minutes they were very nice and let me know what was going on the entire time. I have never been able to get my car serviced so fast they were amazing. I would definitely recommend and go again if I had any car issues.

They were the only place open on the Fourth of July when we got a flat and we had no way to get home or to our destination. Alex and Zach worked on our car, they were all very friendly and efficient. Extremely grateful to be able to make it to our plans today!

Went there to do a wheel balance and the owner inspected my tires and found one tire with a broken belt. So he advised to change it because balancing it would not fix the vibration. Unfortunately I am out of country (Canada) and I need snow tires which is not available in this nick of the woods.

This is my go to service center. Personally, as a woman, i felt more relaxed talking with Deana. She was very attentive to my car service needs and wasn't trying to offer additional add-on services. Pricing was reasonable and staff real easy to work with. Wait wasn't bad at all. Maybe an hour and 15 minutes for new tires, brakes, rotors and a brake system flush!

Excellent and speedy service. Walked in first thing in the morning with out appointment. No problem. Out 2 1/2 hours later with a completed brake job including replacing one caliper. Prices as expected for the work done. Good people!

I went to get an alignment after replacing the upper control arms on my explorer. I had a certified Ford mechanic who is my friend put them on for me. He says get an alignment because you will notice some swaying because it's not straight. I took it in and even after the did they claimed to do alignment, it is still swaying. They only adjusted 1 part of a 3 part alignment. I asked for a refund. They claim it can only be done at the corporate level.Then the manager says this to me:"Based on the paperwork we provided you. The job was done correctly. You don't have grounds to ask for a refund."If it was done why is my vehicle still swaying left and right? The new management has ruined this shop. The manager acted as if he was annoyed that I said it wasn't done correctly.This is not the first issue I have had. I did and oil change on my other car and paid the extra for a tire rotation. They didn't do it. I had to take it back and have them redo it. They asked if I was sure it wasn't done. I knew the rear tire has more tread than the front. That's why I wanted them rotated. To put the better tires on a front wheel drive vehicle.I called corporate yesterday and no called back. I will be calling again and everyday until I talk to someone.

Had a slow leak in a tire. Went to the tire place down the street and was told it couldn't be patched. They wanted to sell me 4 new tires. Right?! Drove up the street to Monro, took my car in immediately, and patched my tire for free! Joey was very friendly and courteous. I will be going here again.

This place is great! Bought new tires in Jan. Got a flat in Feb. took it in and they fixed it for free. I was in and out quickly and I didn't have an appointment. Got another flat in Sept 2022 l, called they said 'bring it in' no appointment, inand out in 20 min. No charge.

On our way skiing, we noticed our tire was low, in which we stopped to Monroe in Sharonville. they were to get us in quickly and find our tire to get the cause of the leak within a few minutes. The cause was a metal screw that Chris was quickly able to remove and patch. Chris did an amazing job and we were in and out in minutes.We will definitely go back again when needed.

We were directed here by a family friend. Our truck needed to be diagnosed and fixed for multiple issues such as the ball joints, shocks, struts and power steering. Shannon was great and thorough. Apparently our steering column had seized and need to be fixed also. I highly recommended because the mechanic took such great care of our truck and stayed in communication the whole time.

Shannon and the team here came through and fixed us up right and for a competitive price! They answered all of my questions and helped me understand what the issue was and what needed to be done immediately vs what could wait.I'm grateful for the team here at Monroe Brake and Tire and will be back in the next few months to complete the work.

I used to love them. But now the Sharonville location is SO slow, poor customer service, and has overall gone downhill. They left oil stains on my seat once and I had to bring it back to get cleaned.Honestly not sure why i came back again today. Even with an appointment, oil changes take soooo long and the guy working the front desk is always so busy. Not coming back.

Took my rental car to get a oil change, after a 1.75 hour wait finally got it changed. Driving back to the hotel i smelled oil.So the next morning on my way to work my eyes started burning but I didn't realize what was going on. That night on my way back to the hotel I had to roll the windows down to be able to drive. Then it dawned on me what was going on. They left the oil cap off. Upon trying to open the hood I couldn't get to the release the latch, yes the cap was stopping it from releasing. After a long and cold battle I was able to get it unstick it and fix there screw up, sorry but if you can't replace a oil cap, well I would hate to have anything major done, just saying....

My daughter had a flat on 275 at the Sharonville exit. Took her car there and in 20 minutes Jerry had her back on the road. Fantastic service. 5 Stars for Jerry!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I went there on a Thursday to get my front brakes changed. I was then told I needed to have my rotors changed too. Okay, fine. Spent $400. Soon as I pulled off the lot, I heard loud rattling almost like thunder. I pulled around immediately and, since they were closed, no one answered the door. I went back that Saturday and explained the issue. The young mechanic informs me that it could be my engine but to come back to see the master mechanic Shannon. Fine. I go back that next week and Shannon tells me the sound is coming from the fact that they put on a bad rotor on my right side. My complaint included mostly hearing the sound from the drivers side but I was informed that sounds from the right can transfer to the right. Okay fine. I was told to come back Friday and they could put it right on. I arrive and the owner had no idea I was coming and had to have the rotor ordered. I waited, had it replaced, then drove around only to hear a different rattling sound like something was loose plus a pop when I initially hit my brakes. I brought it back immediately and was told it could be my calipers but that they wouldn t have time to check it then and to bring it back the following week. I went back on Tuesday to have it checked and requested that everything that they did be rechecked including putting the brakes in the right place and tightening the caliper bolts. I am now being told it s my axle. For the record, my car is not vibrating and it is not difficult to turn my car. Things like this are why I have absolutely no trust in mechanics. Long story short, I went in with a quiet car and now have a rattling and popping one and they obviously have no clue how to fix what they messed up. Will never be back!!!!!

I work less than 1 mile away from this location. I scheduled an appointment and called ahead to see how long a basic oil change would be. I was told 30-45 minutes and my appointment was at 11:30. I didn't even get into my car to go back to work until 1:03. More than an hour later. I understand waiting for an appointment or being a walkin but i called ahead and scheduled an appointment for this reason. Completely unacceptable.

If you remember the days where a man's word was his bond so does Dennis Isaacs, the owner of this Monro Brakes and Tires. When I was stuck with a dead battery with no help coming for hours he and his crew went out of their way to get me up and running without taking advantage of my situation. He gave me a good deal on a new battery and only charged me for normal labor - that was my first encounter with him. It's moments like that that tell you the true integrity of someone. He's got my business for life and i highly recommend you check him out.

Took my car because it was not shifting correctly. Was diagnosed as needed new transmission. Sat in the lot for a few weeks as they told me they were working on it and would be done soon (even after never touching it). They transferred car to another monro location without telling me and told me they were still working on it even after it was moved to a Different location. Would not recommend for anything more than an oil change or brakes

They are amazing. We had a issue with tires, the guy checked and said there is no issues. He charged us nothing and was kind enough to immediately check the issue as soon as we reached there. Very good work.
