Brought my Audi here to have a deep scrape filled on a door. Mike s did an awesome job and my car looked as good as new! It was very quick (was fixed within a week) and didn t have a long wait time to get into the shop compared to other places I got quotes. Pricing felt very fair and was from start to finish a great experience. We will definitely bring our cars here in the future if we have the need!

Someone ran a red and hit my front end a year after I bought my car. Took it here through State Farm and it looks better than new. 10/10 would recommend.

We have used Mike's Body Shop a couple of times and I would strongly recommend them. When Cincinnati Water Works hit my parked car and caused damage he did the repair work. His time and cost estimates were reasonable and I'm very happy with the results.

If you are in need of a body shop I highly recommend trusting Mike with your vehicle. Despite labor and part shortages Mike handled the damage on my car in a timely manner the best they could. Even with delays on receiving parts he was realistic with the timeline for repairs and when I could expect to have my car back. Upon receiving my car it was cleaned and detailed on the inside and exterior. I could not tell that there was prior damage where I was hit. Do not be fearful of letting this shop fix your car because I have been met with nothing but professionalism and experience from doing business with Mike.

Mike was SO kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! He fixed a problem with my car that my dealership turned me away saying they couldn t handle, and Mike fixed it in just 30 minutes! Will always go to him with my car in the future!

I reached out to Mike to get my sideview mirror and rear view mirrors repaired. I initially had a good response, as Mike told me I could come down for him to take pictures of the damage so he could get me an estimate. After one email, I replied to him several times and have never heard back. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Mike's Body Shop recently repaired bumper and rear quarter panel accident damage to my crossover vehicle. Mike's performed a top quality repair at a reasonable, fair, and competitive price. Mike was great to work with, and gave me multiple repair options and estimates for each option. My experience was excellent, and I feel compelled to recommend them to you.

I have teenagers, which means I have high car insurance and the inevitable need for Mike's services. I had a simple fender bender that I did not want to submit an insurance claim on, knowing my rates would increase. Mike give me a fair price and did not come in a dime over his estimate. He was fast and easy to work with - definitely a five star experience!

This guy is GREAT!Straight shooter, under promised and OVER delivered!Mike and his team are amazing - we have had 2 cars back to back repaired there. My daughter was in a car accident with my car and my insurance company recommended Mike's Body Shop. Mike called me when my car was at the garage, explained the process to me, the parts, the work time and updated me accordingly on the status of my car. I was out of town when my car was finished, so he was kind enough to come into the shop on the weekend to give me my car. There was one small part missing by the windshield wiper, but he told me that he would call me when it's delivered and I could stop by and he could replace it. I even noticed that the interior of my car was cleaned, this was an added bonus. And, there was a small panel in the dashboard that was broken and is now fixed! I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and my car looks as good as it did when I bought it! Thank you to the team at Mike's Body Shop for all that you have done. I will recommend this shop to everyone!

Mike and his team were very accommodating to my schedule and getting the body damage on my car fixed. I was able to drop my car off after hours on a Sunday, and picked it back up after hours on a weekday. Mike helped me get the best price on a replacement part, and helped keep the cost of my repair down.

Mike is so sweet. He went out of his way to go to the lot nearby where my car was towed after being involved in a crash to give an estimate. Bad news for me (it was a total loss), but extremely grateful to Mike for going out of his way to perform a service to me at no cost; so courteous and professional. Thank you, Mike!!!

I was involved in a car accident that led me to Mikes Auto body. Mike and his crew were unbelievably courteous and caring towards their customers. I had no issues whatsoever getting in contact with them and they went out of their way to satisfy their customers. I recommend no one else, hands down the best. My car is back to brand new. I had a great experience with Mikes body shop. First of all Mike answers the phone every time and he's the owner. He helped me drop my car off and get a rental car without taking any time at all. They did a great job fixing my car and it was easy to work out the details -I'll recommend this business to anyone and I'll come back if I need service in the future

Mike's has done all of my paint and body work for 20+ years now. Whether it's an insurance claim or out of pocket repair I always take my vehicles to them for paint and repairs. Mike's body shop is the best kept secret in Cincinnati. Mike is incredibly down to earth and won't overcharge you like the big corporations will. They got my car in and out in a day and communicated with me throughout the process. If you love your car take it to mike's, don't let anyone else touch it.

Fast and friendly service. Repaired our Jeep with a factory finish while fixing other small cosmetic issues free of charge. Returned cleaned inside out. Total cost lower than other local estimates. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend Mike's, at all.An auto body shop is a service business. Your customer isn't buying a widget, they're buying your time and your skill. Your reputation. It sounds trite, but in the service industry, your word is your bond.And when you tell me to meet you at 1:00pm on a beautiful Saturday so that I can pick up a few incidentals from the car that our insurance agency is going to pick up and demolish on Monday, you kind of have to show up at 1:00. Even 1:10 is acceptable. Showing up at 1:30 would blow, but at least the trip wouldn't be wasted.Calling me at 3:00 & telling me that it wasn't your fault ... well that kind of sucks, man.No matter what ding or smash my future car(s) experience, they will not be coming your way.

Mike was great to work with, he fought with the greedy insurance company to get the needed repairs which they didn't want to pay for done. Highly recommended!
