Great/friendly staff! I ve been going here for the past couple of years for my oil changes and any work my car needs. They are always very transparent and quick. They also offer a military discount on some services!

Really like taking my car here. Great staff, quick services, decent pricing. Felt like their full synthetic oil change pricing was retailed a bit high, even with a coupon. They do a good job being transparent though!

The service at this location was outstanding. I was from out of town and saw oil leaking from my vehicle. The team here found that I had a poor oil change done at a quick change place in Louisville before I left. While they were taking care of me, I saw 3 people come in and they took care of them with the same courtesy and professionalism.

I caught an unexpected flat a literal screw was caught in my tire. I called at 810, they told me to come on in and was there by 820. immediately walking in Gabe was literally the sweetest. While i waited inside for my tire to be fixed we talked about his shelter for pets. DJ did a phenomenal job replacing my tire as well. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I LIVE for great customer service. Don t waste your time going anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND forgot to mention they look care of the tire free of charge. Can t get any better than free

I just wanted to share that this Midas location on Delhi Avenue has an employee named Daryl that was so extremely professional and kind and so helpful when I pulled in there with a flat tire. He helped me no questions asked and was so courteous and respectful.

I've gotten an oil change here twice now, and the staff are always friendly and personable, as well as quick at their job! Got a full synthetic oil change that came with a few vehicle check ups for free, and I was out of there in less than an hour. I recommend!

Got a flat tire and drove it in because it was the nearest tire place. The guy was super chill and helped us get it repaired at no cost! Worst part is I live 2 hours away, so they really saved my day!

It was so easy to schedule my appt for my daughter s car. I had it scheduled for 10am and they let me come at 8am (awesome). The customer service was excellent and easy to understand. My daughter car is riding like new money and l have to thank the team at Midas Delhi location in Cincinnati, Ohio for their assistance, affordability, and comfort level given. I highly recommend everyone to come to this location. Thank you team!!!

This was my first time here at Midas. I booked an oil change appt online after hours and the system automatically confirmed my appt without the staff checking to make sure there was availability. Somehow it got overbooked by somebody else. Luckily they were able to get me in anyways which I appreciated. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Next time I will make sure to call first to confirm or book online during opening hours. Will definitely come back if I need anything else!

I came in on a Friday evening 45 minutes before the shop was scheduled to close. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in assisting me. He never made me feel rushed although it was almost closing time. Unfortunately I wasn t able to get the issue with my rear turn signal fixed that night. I was able to return the next morning and he definitely helped me get the issue with the lights taken care of. The entire experience was seamless and I felt well taken care of as a customer. I will definitely return for my auto care needs.

I always trust Midas in Delhi to take care of my car. The workers are kind, polite, and professional. Took a look at my leaking tire, found the nail, and even searched for a good replacement for no charge.

Very kind staff. Had to get my oil changed for the first time and they were understanding and patient with me. I didn t feel rushed and Gabe made sure I understood what was going on. I very much appreciated that. Will be coming back if I need anything!!

This is the only place I trust with me and my children s cars!!My most recent event took place with my son s truck. Gabe sent a tech to my area down the street to see if the truck would hold coolant to be safe enough for me to drive to the shop.Recommended a company that was quick to get it towed and was able to get the truck fixed the same day.When you re a single mom, it s very hard to trust car shops without being taken advantage of price wise. I trust these guys.Also, Jim has always helpful over the years with our vehicles.

After a horrible week of bad events including a nail in my tire, I desperately called midas asking to get helped immediately. Gabe told me to come in and not only got my tire fixed but had time to get my car a badly needed oil change. They were so amazing! Thank you!!!

Gabe, the manager, was fantastic and extremely helpful. Stephen, service tech even ran up the road to pick up an out of stock replacement part for me. Had me in and out in under an hour. 2019 F150 for reference.

My boyfriend and I got a flat tire down here and we weren t sure where to go or what to do since our insurance doesn t cover towing. We rushed to the nearest tire store (here Midas) and Gabe, the store manager, listened to our situation and immediately took the car in the shop to check on it. He took off the tire and found this shard in it! Repaired it in a timely manner and didn t charge us at all! Best experience, would highly suggest.

So I initially went in because I heard noises coming from my front left tire side , turns out to be 5 other problems, they got my car fixed within a day with no hesitation, they work well with financing options if needed .It seems like they are very intuitive and respectful when it comes to their customers.

Are lifetime warranty brakes any good if they put on ones too small? No.Got front brakes and rotors done last year. The front right tire was making a noise past week or two. Took it into Midas again, they took it for a test drive, parked it in the bay, never put it on the lift(I was sitting in the waiting room looking at my car), and pretty much just guessed what the issue was, and it would cost $600 to "fix." So I went to Delhi Quality Auto Care for a 2nd opinion. They did a test drive, found the brake pads werent the right size. Replaced them, the sound is gone. $220 for the brakes to be replaced. So Midas wasn't even close to diagnosing the issue correctly and was going to replace something that didnt need replacing. How does one find an issuewhen they dont even put it on a lift? They were literally just guessing. I won't even bother using their lifetime warranty cause it's pointless if they can't do it right. The lesson here is to trust a truly local shop over a national store.Edit: to the below response: I didn't get excellent service, you installed incorrect brake pads and then couldn't diagnose the problem correctly and were going to charge me $600 to replace something that wouldnt fix the problem.

I got brand new tires from midas, so far I'm rolling like a new car off the lot. They are always friendly and knowledgeable get you in and out very professional love coming to this midas they never disappoint with the quality of service they provide!

Super friendly service!! I had a leak in my tire, dropped my car off for them to look at just as a walk-in, no scheduled appt. They texted me within 30 minutes that my car was ready. They put air in all the tires and patched the leak free of charge! Highly recommended!!

I came to have a tire patched because it was leaking air and I was unaware that they patched for free. Didn t cost me a dime to get my tire fixed. That is unbelievably awesome way to go Midas keep up the great work.

TURN AROUND & GO ANYWHERE BUT HEREI came to Midas Dehli location last weekend to get my tire plugged based on the Google reviews. Wish I could remember the name of the associate who assisted me. When I walked in, he was more than happy to take a look at my tire and advised it would be no issue for it to be plugged. He took my contact information and then suggested I take my 2 children (5 & 7) out for lunch nearby because it would be a 30-minute wait. After returning back to Midas that same associate advised me that while removing my tire it was completely shredded and that I he suggest me to leave my car there so he can order a tire for me and I could come back and pick up my car then. I advised him that is not an option for me because that is my only means of transportation. He started to go into SCARE TACTICS stating he doesn't suggest I drive off with my vehicle because of the rims I have on the car valuable and would be damaged. I asked him for the size of my tire so I could call around to see if anyone had it available. He purposely provided me the incorrect size (which would of caused another issue). After contacting every tire shop on the Westside of town I got no luck. Hours later I had no choice but to drive to the east side of town to a neighborhood tire shop. I was then advised that the tire I request for was not the size on my car and that my tire was not shredded at all. It was able to be pulled for $15 out the door. As where I would have paid $200+ for a new tire and installing fees. It is a week later and no issue with my tire.For this company to seek out individuals to take advantage of especially a single mom with children in the world were living in and during the holidays is absolutely disgusting. I really hope this is not how the entire company is ran.I am absolutely sure the associate was racist. Seen a young African American woman and her children driving what most people would assume a luxury car and thought to scam me.
