Fantastic service with easy online scheduling that got me in just 1 week out. The part I really loved was this dealership sharing a quick 2 minute video showing the entire underbody with verbal status narrated by the technician summarizing the service done including detailed description of the status of brakes and Tires and topping off the coolant and windshield wiper fluid. This epitomizes their transparency and honesty - 2 attributes seldom found with dealership services nowadays unfortunately. Very much appreciated their diligence in reporting detailed measurements of brake pad dimensions and tire tread helping me plan appropriately. Highly recommend this place. My service advisor Luke was very professional with a pleasant smile on always. Well done Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati!! Keep up the great work in delighting your consumers especially with the veracity of your service substantiated by a video

They took great care of me at Mercedes! They were quick and provided outstanding amenities in the waiting area. They washed my car and gave me a freshly baked cookie on my way out. I would highly recommend this dealership from sales to service. First class all the way!

Sometimes things don't go as planned. That's a reality. When this happens, how a company responds is critical. That happened with my car that was being serviced. The leadership at this dealership stepped up and made it a priority to "get it right." Outstanding customer always, good coffee, staff is amazing and the place looks really nice. Service writer definitely took good care of my car on Thursday. Tires kept deflating. Hopefully, no more problems with my tires. Technician was very professional and kind!!! They truly know their jobs. Kudos to the Service Writer and staff.

Service advisor Ida was very helpful professional and pleasant! This was our first scheduled visit since purchase. Newly remodeled facility was nice! Customer lounge was very comfortable during our stay!!

Horrible experience. Took over 2 weeks for a simple repair. Some error took place about the part needed and when it actually got ordered. Was lied to about this process. Unprofessional and unapologetic. Will choose other options in the future.

I would never buy a car from this dealership again. Purchased a 2024 and have had issues with the software from the very beginning. The Sales Rep has tried to assist and I have had the car back 3 times with no success. I met the GM and he really was not concerned that I was having issues. I am at a loss and will have to go back for a 4th times. I recommend going to another dealership or not buy a Mercedes. I have had other premium cars in the past and if I was having these issues they would put a full court press on to resolve my issues and here they really don t care

People were friendly and attentive. But at previous appointment I was quoted a service which I ended up having. Problem was the quote did not include sales tax or another ridiculous charge customer pay shop charge for repair order . This crazy charge plus sales tax meant my initial quote was over 11% under quoted!! Why should a customer be charged for a repair order? Build it into the already ridiculously high base charges!

Everytime I come there something else is the problem feel like I'm getting con . Ask for a loaner car never have one. But I watch another person ask for one and hot it. Must be a black thing. I'm good ng to start taking my car to west Chester.

Had a great 1st experience with Service & Parts. In last week for them to assess a small area that was damaged on the highway. They ordered the parts and it was fixed yesterday. Easy to schedule both appointments and friendly team members.

I was so impressed with the service department. The courtesy, professionalism and speed in which they took care of my car - the cleanliness of the waiting area and restrooms were all exemplary. I watched the mechanics inspect my car and was impressed with the thoroughness. The service employee was polite and considerate and explained everything to me in language I understood. I discovered a flat tire at noon last Saturday. Called the dealership and was cheerfully told to bring the car in. Technicians are available until 3:00 on Saturdays. In less than an hour, a new tire was mounted and balanced. I was delighted to have my problem solved so quickly on the weekend.

Yearly routine Maintenance was completed. Also I had a couple of warranty issues that was repaired all to my satisfaction. Walker and Paige are the Best service Representatives. They treat me like family. I always receive exceptional service at Cincinnati Mercedes. I drive in and they take may car back immediately for service. Absolutely no waiting! They give me an estimate up front as well as an expected time for the service. I usually wait for my vehicle, but I did need a loaner once and it was ready for me when I dropped off my vehicle. If they find any other issues, they give you all of the details and pricing. They can usually fix those during the current visit, if you prefer. I live in Northern Kentucky and always take my Benz to Cincinnati. No wait, exceptional service, friendly staff and a comfortable lounge while you wait.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

They did a good job and were very helpful given I bought a Mercedes from a different dealer that had needed repairs I didn t know about. However, labor costs are very high, to the point the warranty covered repairs only paid a little over half due to the high labor costs.

On one of the coldest days of the year, my GLE350's battery was affected by the severe cold weather. I called multiple MBenz service locations before MB of Cincinnati told me they could get me in at 745 am the next morning. When I arrived I was greeted with exceptional service and kept abreast of the what, when and where concerning the part and the time to repair. I was able to get everything done and on my way to work before 9am. Thanks to my service advisor, Ida Kohl! You exceeded my expectations!!

The appointment was for a recall. We got there, drop the car off, and 15 minutes later we were told that the part was broken and we would have to reschedule. Why wasn't this known before we got there? Why wasn't there another part on hand?
