I have been here twice and both times they have been super helpful and reasonable. After putting the second rack on my 04 Jetta tdi i took it here to get the alignment done. Explained my concerns from the last place that did the alignment and they assured me they would take care of it. Sure enough they did! The price was better than the last place and they replaced the headlight at a super reasonable price. I was elated that they did such a great job! I will still do most of the stuff myself, but the stuff I cant well, I think i may just go here !!!!

It was a GREAT experience!! First Madison the young lady who answered the phone did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and she has excellent customer service skills and management is very lucky to have her! When I got there they took my car at the scheduled time and did a quick job of it and the inspection was great as well, letting me know what else needs to be repaired when we can afford it!! I haven t been to Meineke in years and I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised and I will be going back again to get the things done that were recommended. Also the repairman who worked on my car and changed the oil was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much Meineke for good service! Ginny K

Madison, the manager, is great! She is very nice to work with and very professional. We take both of our cars there for oil changes and tire rotations and we are extremely satisfied with the service and how fast they get the work done. When it comes time for brakes, we will coming back for those too. Meineke is our one stop shop!

West Chester Meineke. April 18, 2024. I have been using oil change services where I remain in the car for a speedy service for many years. It feels odd to leave my car to sit in a waiting room for 45 minutes to receive the service.The process was not as easy as it might have been. I stopped for the oil change when my schedule allowed, but was told I needed to make an appointment. I did make the appointment for the next day. This was somewhat inconvenient as I had to drive a distance to the closest Meineke location.I chose Meineke because of a Groupon to save money. It is a very good deal right now, especially for full synthetic.There was an inspection done on my vehicle, and the results were sent to me via text. There was no interaction from an employee to see if I wanted to act on any of the suggested services. That said, the manager who was dealing with phone and customers in person was supremely busy doing her job, and I was highly impressed by Maddison. It was obvious that she knew her job, and she was very good at it.I have a second Groupon to use in a month or two. Now that I know the process, I anticipate it going smoother.

Scheduled a Standard oil change at this location via a Groupon. May not be as quick as the drive through places, but they do a very thorough job here and I'm willing to spend a little extra time waiting to receive that level of service. I was still in and out in less than 30 minutes though.Overall was very happy with how it went. Will go back.

Truman (who is filling in from the Coleraine store) helped us with our Groupon. Was super nice and helpful, even though it was an error on my end, he fixed it without an issue and explained how to use it next time. (I am super grateful, he went above and beyond) Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful!

Was interested in purchasing a car and was able to bring it to Meineke for an independent inspection. Madison, the clerk at the front desk was very friendly and very knowledgable. The mechanic did a great job with the inspection. Very thorough and efficient. Madison gave me a blow by blow of the inspection and answered all my questions. I left feeling very confident about the vehicle and ended up driving home in a brand new car!

My experience at Meineke was completely enjoyable. I'd been needing an oil change for a while but everywhere I checked was too expensive. I was sitting at a light when I happened to notice a sign in Meineke's window that advertised an oil change for $24.95. I changed direction and pulled in immediately. The young lady at the desk said the sale was over and she forgot to remove the sign but she would honor it anyway. They took me in right away. The waiting room was clean, with free drinks. The lady at the desk was very friendly and competent. She gave me a positive assessment on the condition of my car and even printed off a service bulletin from the manufacturer. This shop is pretty far from home but I would go back there for future service.

They really go above and beyond here. Madison and Tony my Service Advisors were excellent with communicating with me and keeping the timeline. The mechanics were very professional and did a great job. Everyone exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend. I'll be back!!

Wonderful customer service. My car was inspected thoroughly and I was informed of the findings immediately. The pictures and findings of what was inspected not only showed me but also gave proof the the inspection was really completed. I will be back

I cannot tell you how infinitely impressed we are with the service we received at this location. Maddison was 100% committed to providing an amazing experience: I received regular updates about the status of my repairs, the work was done as promised and on time and the level of attention was what I d expect from a boutique, privately owned auto shop. It was tough to find a place to fix and maintain my foreign car, but I ve found a mechanic for life. Getting a full evaluation of my car s performance and equipment was a huge plus. Highly recommend!!Edited to add- went back this month for additional services and again, amazing!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Called a bit late to see if they could squeeze me last minute. They accommodated and promised work would de done in a reasonable time. Took down what I needed, priced it up front and I was off. They texted me two minor issues their inspection turned up and Sid they were not urgent. I texted back to do the work. They called with an updated estimate and then called back again when the work was completed. Fast, friendly, efficient and professional. Madison handled the business end and the mechanic handled the rest. I highly recommend them. Made me feel welcomed and respected. Good folks, reasonable prices and no surprises.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

$1,264 for rear brakes and rotors on a 09 Ford Fusion. Asked if there were any other discounts that could be applied. I can take another penny off. . Waited in the shop for 6 hours! Lost my business.

This was my first time going to MeinekeHonestly I went because of the great Groupon deal but after the top tier service, very clean waiting area with beverages , free car fresheners and outstanding customer service from Maddison who I believe was the manager I will absolutely be coming back for more oil changes & additional automotive services!
