Needed a power supply connector for the coil,on a Chevrolet V6 , they had one.

Very helpful, the rep knew exactly what i wanted, had the parts waiting for me. I recommend getting parts from this store than a AutoZone or any other big box auto parts supply store.

Very poor service give you wrong parts and also won t refund your money right please don t waste your time here if your alone and don t know what to get they will scam you completely. Sad and they are very rude towards black customers

I love KOI. They have everything the larger car stores have and they can order anything within a day. The store isn't as pretty, but they got what you need. Also, the wait times are very short compared to the larger stores. Staff are also very knowledgeable. I love shopping at KOI.

Google says they close at 4pm on Saturdays. Showed up at 2pm needing parts. Locked doors. Wasted time and gas.

Rear calipers each had a different size bleeder screw. Someone had robbed Hardware from both rear caliper kits, missing a banjo bolt and 4 crush washers. Closed at 4 p.m. on Saturday. Not open on Sunday. Had to go somewhere else to get parts that should have been in boxes.

My father would come here all the time for his parts on the automobiles when they needed repaired. You can go to auto zone and a lot of these other parts place and they don't have it according to them! I told my son call KOII bet they have it. They have it!
