Everyone there is super helpful & very nice! Scott Johnson is a good friend & has always taken care of me! If he s not available Josh or Danielle are next to help & they are amazing! I always feel comfortable taking my car to them because I know they treat it with care!

It takes over 3 hours everytime to do an oil change and tire rotation. The service guy is awesome to deal with, he is super nice and does as much as he can to help.

Excellent customer service in sales and service department. Upfront, honest, and communicative. Updated 12/20/23. Returned to the dealership and purchased another vehicle due to the excellent care I've received in the past. Chris, Roberto & Eric were great to deal with.

Steer Clear of Kings VW!!!!Kings VW and the Kings Family of Dealerships does not encourage and value respect and customer service. Their leader Steve, believes his staff, if they behave like bigots and they say they don t, he says they don t.In 2020 we purchased a new VW atlas.Within the first month of ownership the vehicle would sound an alarm at EVERY start with a large error: rear parking sensor error. When I took the vehicle to Kings, I was told the computer didn t log the 45 or more error messages.Later when it began happening again I was told the sensor was partially unplugged (only kings has serviced this vehicle). Another appointment we were told the sensor was unplugged. Last week I dropped my atlas to them again and after 4 days was given the same basic response, sorry the computer didn t log the 30 or so days of error messages. I asked if they checked if the sensor was unplugged again. Their response no you have to take the bumper off to check that so you had it for 4 days and didn t even remove the bumper to check it?! Nope. Sure didn t. Only common sense would encourage that.After my husband left work and came to the dealership to tell Deryck the same thing I did, he said well we will keep it and have a quality engineer whose visiting tomorrow to look at it, sensor was corroded. He couldn t hear that from a female, as a matter of fact as soon as he approached me, he was red and shaking.The atlas also has been to the dealership more than 5 times to add coolant, apparently, it s a known issue for this vehicle to repeatedly need coolant according to kings. When you take it to them they don t even log the service just say oh it needs coolant they ve also expressed the reservoir that VW used on the atlas is too small because it s the same one used in the golf guess what no fix for this either but what ended up happening was my water pump and serpentine belt were bad and I drove it for weeks not knowing. Guess who paid for the tow to get it back to kings, me.Did I mention that we ve had issues with the check engine light as well?!Each time Kings VW has serviced this vehicle, we ve had to take it back multiple times before it s actually repaired.If you choose to buy from this family of dealerships I highly suggest you log info and record conversations, which is what I ve been doing.So when Deryck, the service manager tells your husband he can t communicate with your wife, you have proof of it and you also have proof that you didn t behave badly.If you are a female or speak of common sense, kings vw will be angry.Kings wants the sale, not the burden of the manufacturer and their mistakes.

I had a great experience at Kings VW. I worked with Chris to purchase my Durango. He was very helpful never tried to sell me anything but what I was there to look at. I left that day in my new Durango and have been extremely happy. The team at Kings VW is great I will be doing more business at Kings VW. Thanks again to everyone that helped me with my purchase.

What started as simple oil change became a much larger repair. I was initially concerned that things kept getting pushed back and after several days of being told the car would be ready "today" I asked to speak to a manager. Derick Cooper called the next day and it was clear he had taken charge and made the necessary arrangements to get my car repaired. I really appreciated his handling of the situation and communication. He could lead a master class on conflict resolution and how to communicate with customers. This was going to be a three-star review but not for Derick who saved the day.

I recently had my 10K mile oil change and tires rotated at Kings VW. The service and staff were excellent. I love the express service where you can stop by anytime. I trust the vehicle health inspection. There is no pressure for unnecessary repairs before they are needed. Even though I had a difficult experience, I left 3 stars since I don t believe this is indicative of the norm at Kings VW and we have received better service from them in the past. But this time was frustrating. My car is a year old and under warranty. I contacted Kings about some warranty work but they were booking 6 weeks out so I reached out to the next closest dealership an hour away. The Dayton dealership was able to look at my trunk leak within 3 weeks and deduced that we d have to schedule some windshield work as they don t do in-house glass (nor does Kings). We came home and figured we d try Kings for the glass warranty work connection since they are closer. However, they were once again booking 6 weeks out. Since what needed to be done was a connect with a glass company, I asked Gavin if he could look at the records from the Dayton service tech specifying the issue and schedule the windshield resealed. He said no, the car would have to wait another 6 weeks to be seen by another service technician there at Kings (aren t they busy enough that they don t need duplicate work?) and THEN the glass work could be scheduled beyond that date. All this while water leaks into my trunk and pools every time it rains in a nearly new car. The records clearly state the problem and a resealing seems pretty straightforward. We ended up calling back to Dayton and they immediately scheduled the glass work this upcoming week (within 7 days). I d rather drive an hour north to receive this type of service than what I experienced this week locally at Kings. Again, we have had better experiences in the past with Kings but this instance was perplexing.

The awesome staff at Kings VW have been taking great care of me for over twenty years since the Loveland location. Always a pleasure and great work to be expected from these folks. The service is excellent. Phone calls are answered quickly with a live person who is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Updates regarding issues with car and estimated time to do repairs are provided. The car was repaired prior to initial scheduled date. I took quite a while to get an appt, but my experience was excellent. I had an issue with my diesel emissions monitoring system and all repairs were covered under VW warranty, as well as a couple of recall items. I called Kings ahead of time to schedule my car for brake inspection to check out a grinding noise and was told that the first available appointment was a month out. I took the appointment but as I became more concerned about the noise I was hearing, whether the car was safe to drive and if I might be causing more damage (and future expense) by driving the vehicle, I dropped in and asked service to give me a quick assessment of the problem to make sure it could wait for a month. I was really impressed with the level of attention I received, especially since I wasn't scheduled. I learned that my brakes were totally worn and needed to be replaced immediately. Service offered to work me in if I could leave my car for a few days. Since we were approaching Thanksgiving, I was prepared to be without a car for several days or possibly a week. Imagine my surprise that they did the service the same day I dropped off my car. On top of that, the technician also discovered a clog in my rear sunroof drain and fixed it as a warranty repair. I couldn't be happier with the level of attention I received during this visit. Way to go Kings VW! Special thanks to Scott, Gavin, Caleb and Evan.Service: Brakes
