I purchased a Certified used Toyota Camry from Joda Green, and I gotta say, it was a pleasure to do business with Kings Toyota. Joda did not try any bait and switch or high pressure tactics, which was a nice experience. Shout out to Terrell Davis in the finance department, who explained everything and was a pleasure to talk to. From test drive to finalization of paperwork I felt confident every step of the way. The service department got my Camry prepped and ready for delivery. They sent the car to get the windows tinted for me as well. When I drove off the lot I was very pleased with my purchase, and look forward to having my vehicle serviced here for years to come. Thank you to everyone involved with making my experience at KIngs Toyota super awesome.

I have been a loyal customer of Kings Toyota for many years now, having purchased five cars from them over the years. The customer service I have received has been second to none, with the staff always being friendly and professional. On my last visit, my service advisor Mallory L. was exceptional, taking the time to explain each detail to me and providing me with an accurate cost estimate. They treated my car as good as they treated me. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was treated with the utmost respect, something that is extremely important to me after 26 years of working in the industry. Kings Toyota is a prime example of what good customer service looks like and it is why I will continue to return to them for my automotive needs.Kim

I had a great experience here. John was managing my service for my 2018 4-Runner and helped me through the process. From check-in and developing a plan through check out and payment John was on top of every step. Things I was impressed with:1. Shuttle Service from the service center to my job.2. Follow up phone call to discuss options and pricing.3. Rental Car so I could get back home since the car had to stay overnight.4. Competitive pricing!Great work John and the Kings Service Team!

I was very satisfied with the oil change and additional recommended services I had done at Kings Toyota. Mallory was my Service Advisor, and she did a great job explaining everything to me and keeping me informed on the progress of my service work. I will only have my RAV-4 serviced at Kings Toyota due to the excellent service work that they provide!

This was perhaps a very confusing situation period started out working with Tony. Great guy to great care of me actually worked exceptionally well with me. I had an appointment schedule and I was able to get in. They recommended a rental car which I went ahead and took so I would come back the next day. However, when I return the next day, the customer service was seriously lacking. There was an attendant who either was clueless as he looked like the taco bell dog, refusing to look me in my face. there. He could have at least said something to me pertaining to whether or not he worked there, but instead just kind of looked everywhere but at me and then I finally just said okay. Is anybody working here period they had 1 person working there. She was stuck trying to explain it to a guy who could not comprehend all the charges that were sitting in front of him. I'm not sure how I feel about this. Tony gets a 5 star. That customer service gets a 2 star. She actually said I have a customer ahead if you; yeah right, you've had my car fir 24 hours. That customer been sitting there for an hour.

Just had a 15K service done on my Tundra. I was very early to my appointment. Brad got me in right away. He was busy, only 2 of them checking people in yesterday. He was very friendly, polite & professional. He checked everything and told me about a software update I didn t know about. Got the 15K & update done in the time estimate he gave me. I ve had nothing put positive experiences at Kings Toyota.

Negative changes in Service.I bought my car at Kings Toyota 15 years ago and have always had it serviced here. No significant issues until the past year.The Service Dept has gone to no-human-communication system and it's literally impossible to get any information about your car.In years past, the communication was great. During any appointment, someone discussed the inspection results for your car so you knew exactly what you were paying for, and you could plan ahead for what your car would need in the next 6-12 months. It was easy to make your next appointment online knowing what you needed. You also left with all this info attached to your receipt so you had some records. (It would be nice if those results were online, in your account, but at least you had something.)Now no one speaks to you and there's no information regarding what your car needs going forward. I've asked for the inspection results when I check out and the cashiers tell me if I didn't get a text, then everything was fine. I asked when I'd be due for a milestone service (ie, 50,000 mile, etc), but no one can tell me. It sucks.I've had 2 service technicians tell me I can call their direct lines and they'll tell me what I should schedule, but they never pick up their phones or return calls. They truly don't care about customer communication at all. Again, it just sucks and is the worst system compared to what it used to be.I'm sure the mechanics are good, but if you're planning to maintain your car well over the long haul, look for another service center to partner with.

Beware! This is a real review. My brother is a mechanic and there s some things that he s limited to do in the garage. I asked some questions for an estimate and I was left a voicemail being warned that they may break parts when they are unaware that I ve already had. Had somebody tear this car apart And only ran into two bolts not being able to come off because I don t have a mechanic shop at home. I felt like I was being told off the rip they were going to break things off my car. Which is highly unprofessional if you break it, you buy it

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. The car rental for larger repairs is very convenient. Like with anything dealer service - it's very pricey to "maintain warranty" so know that this is the most expensive option. All in all a very good experience but know your and your car's value - it may not be worth it.

Not sure what has happened here. This place used to be one of the best places to get service done. Seems like they have a lot of people running around now and not getting anything productive done. Hard to get answers let alone get someone to actually talk to. I realize that they are probably the top service center in the region, maybe even the US. But should not take 2 hours to get an oil change done. Multiple people are always complaining about the wait times here. It s gotten really bad. I enjoy the service and enjoy bringing it to a dealership but they have to do something to improve the service times and communication.

My family has been a Toyota family since well before I was able to drive. However, their services and quality of cars in recent years has officially pushed us all away.I took my Prius in for an oil change at around 90k miles. The day after the oil change I started noticing my lights flickering and my A/C not kicking on. I called Toyota to ask what could be wrong since they just preformed their inspection on it at the oil change. They told me if I wanted to find out, then I would have to pay their $180 inspection fees. I refused saying that they should have noticed if something was wrong. A couple days later, my car wouldn t start. My battery was dead. I replaced my battery myself and it ran good as before the oil change. There is no way they wouldn t have known what the problem was if they did an actual inspection.Fast forward to now and my Prius just hit 100k miles a couple weeks ago just in time for me to bring it in for another oil change. I had topped off all my fluid levels before taking it in since it s winter. The day after my visit with them my cars engine overheating light comes on. I look at my fluids and my engine coolant tank is completely empty. Annoyed, I go and fill it only to find the warning light keeps coming on. I call Toyota again to complain about them potentially causing this issue during my oil change/inspection. They said they don t go near the coolant during an oil change which is a blatant lie. All the time after an oil change they have come to me with different internal issues that they say need fixed. I brought it in and forked over the $180 for an inspection and they tell me that my exhaust and catalytic converter assembly needs completely replaced for $1900. I will be taking my car to get a second opinion.My family has had similar experiences with Toyota where as soon as their car hits the 100k mark things start to go wrong. Toyota is not what they used to be and I would tell anybody to go seeking for cars elsewhere.

Very comparative to the upscale dealerships with their amenities for comfort while waiting, or needing transportation. Hats off to my Service Advisor, Mr John Ramsey for his expert advice and guidance.

I went to Kings Toyota service department to have my car worked on. My service advisor was Robert Sebastian. Robert was very thorough on describing what was being done in my car what was a priority what to wait. He walked me through the upcoming 60,000 mile service for my vehicle explain what they would be doing during that and again was very thorough on the explanation. Thank you very much!Jason Seuberling

Kings Toyota Service Center is tops. As an example I got my last set of tires at Costco and although it was cheaper, they just did a barebones install so the balancing wasn't right and there was no check of the alignment. There was just something wrong with that install and the car didn't ride or sound right at all ever since. This time I spent the few extra bucks to have Kings do the install and WOW what a difference. The car rides 10 times better, smoother, and quieter. I'm even getting a few extra miles per gallon. They did a 4 wheel alignment and even replaced a broken tire pressure transmitter for free. Every single service I have done at Kings has been 100% and I've been going to Kings for decades.

Terrible. Booked a service appointment on-line. Upon arrival I was informed that only 1 service advisor can take appointments for my vehicle and apparently it is my fault their system does not route appropriately. Service advisor asked me to leave my vehicle and they would try to work it in with the technicians who are allowed to work on that car, as again the appointment I made through their website didn't go to the right people. They did not work it in. Received a text from the advisor I should pick up my keys at his desk that evening. He was not at his desk that evening though. Responded to his text twice asking to schedule service through him. After no response in two days left a voicemail for the service director. Still no response 24 hours later. Booked with a different dealer.

2022 Highlander, only has been at Kinngs Toyota for service, after getting scammed on a tire rotation (they charged me for it but did not perform, I marked the tires before I went) I decided to do my own oil change. The oil plug was soo tight I barely got it off thought its going to break, plus its suppose to unscrew easily after breaking loose but it didnt because they stripped it a little bit. The oil filter housing I could not get off at all. These people do not care about your cars. Mark your tires for tire rotations and mark your oil filters, and anything you can do to make sure that they perform the work. Of course there is good mechanics, but you can't choose who works on your car. Check everything. Even the underpanel bolts barely got off, tint bolts that dont need any torque. These people just take their impact guns and impact everything. Very sad to say but true. Be careful

When pulling into the bay for a scheduled service, I saw three (3) employees just sitting around and was ordered to stay in my vehicle. Not sure what their job was because they were just chatting. There was an older couple that was dropping off as well, and as the older couple meandered inside, you could tell they struggled to walk. Not one of the employees was observant enough, or cared enough, to stop their conversation and help hold the door for this couple. That was the start.My maintenance (wheel bearing) was scheduled for 7am the next day. I received a call at 9:30am informing me that they had just finished the test drive to troubleshoot the issue. 2.5 hours to test drive? Okay. They told me they couldn't hear anything over the catalytic converter heat sheild rattle, and I needed to replace it in order for them to be able to troubleshoot this wheel bearing. Not true, the heat sheild only has a resonance when you are accelerating rapidly or have it in too low of gear (manual transmission). I had to push back on them. They were also trying to get me to list off everything I have done to my vehicle so that they could get a better sense of what factory repairs needed to happen. I had to push back on that, too, saying I just wanted a wheel bearing.All together, they finally replaced my wheel bearing after 7.5 hours. I'm not too pleased with the timing, the troubleshooting, or the add ons they tried pushing.

Very nice. Generally have a pleasant experience.But communication between schedulers and service technicians is frequently not good. Many times schedulers say that none of the service techs are picking up the phone. So schedulers can't communicate with techs.Today's Example - Made an appt in early December for oil change and tire rotation. When making that appt asked them if the remedy for a recall was now available b/c my Toyota App was telling me that the recall remedy was ready. But Kings told me remedy was NOT available. A few weeks later called directly to Toyota HQ to ask them if the remedy was available. They said it was. Toyota HQ called Kings on my behalf and I spoke to the scheduler at King's who now said that the remedy became ready after my most recent appt. So, during that phone call on Jan 5, I make the appt for Jan 10 for the recall repair. Bring my car in today (Jan 10) for repair. And then, after the service techs inspect the vehicle, the service advisor tells me that they don't have the parts for the recall repair for an appt I made 5 calendar days prior. Why did scheduler have me schedule an appt when they didn't have the parts? They hadn't even ordered the parts yet as of today. Waste of time. Could be solved if there was better communication.

It's always a good experience coming to get service at Toyota. Adam was very nice and let me know everything I needed to know about the inspection done on my car. I always brag about my service at Kings Toyota to co workers and how everyone is nice and does a great job. Keep up the great work guys. Kings Toyota is the only place I recommend people buy a car from.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

Awesome experience they took care of my wheel baring and everything else that was wrong in that area after Joseph Toyota on Colerain refused to do the same work. I recommend Kings Toyota every time Awesome job. Chris was the best showed me everything wrong and made great recommendations. Thanks Kings Toyota and Chris for the awesome work!!

I accidentally scheduled an oil change for the wrong date then showed up on the date I meant to schedule, and they graciously worked me into their schedule. It was great to see/work with Tony Fiorito again. He's so good at his job and is obviously a positive influence on his team. AK is an excellent new addition! I had this guy who had no empathy for my situation when what he was telling me was very different than what I was told over the phone. No patience and rude really. I ended up leaving instead of receiving service. Some days are better than others. Depending on the staff you interact with. Disappointing
