I run an automotive shop in Columbus and had a customer break down in Cincinnati on her way out of town due to a premature failure of a part my shop replaced. Olivia and Denny (Danny?) were willing to work with her and myself to get the part warrantied out through the parts store near them to make sure my customer was able to get back on the road ON THE SAME DAY! I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. My customer was extremely pleased with the overall aura of kindness pouring out of their employees. I will highly recommend this shop to any of my contacts that will need repair work in Cincinnati.

The service is excellent and the staff is very considerate. My lug nut needs to be replaced and she suggested me to purchase in Amazon and she can replace it with my purchased lug nut for free cost next time I visit the center. Also, every time I visited the center to do the service, they were always super fast. It s a very good experience here and I definitely will come next time.

Incredibly lazy "inspection". I went for an oil change and inspection, emphasis on the inspection. I prefer preventative maintenance to needing work done on the road. I know there are nuisance issues on the car that I am not especially concerned about but was hoping to get an expert to find anything that might be good to do.Instead, they found nothing to recommend on the inspection, while lamely noting they hadn't even bothered to check the engine codes. Now, I am not especially concerned about the tire pressure sensor that I know has triggered that, but if you can't even be bothered to read the code, then I have a hard time believing any of the rest of your report is worth the paper it's written on, especially when to claim to find nothing whatsoever.Quite over-priced oil change to not bother to do any meaningful inspection. I would have gladly paid the rate if they bothered to identify literally anything additional they might recommend, but their focus was quite obviously on getting it in and out as fast as humanly possible. Never coming back here.

Poor customer service. The service attendant couldn t be bothered to acknowledge my presence as I entered the shop. She didn t speak for almost 10 mins and walked past me twice. I asked for a walk in appt after being told yesterday that they take walk-ins and was told I d need to wait until tomorrow. Never mind there were 3 techs sitting in an empty service bay doing nothing.

Very nice first experience. was quick, easy, and cheap. Its a quick service, not much else to expect. Dealer ship service standards. Didn't appreciate Kings Ford not telling me they wouldn't be the ones servicing my truck and pawning me off onto these guys until AFTER the appointment was made. They are considered a different business so that does not affect this review.

I only go here for my oil changes and maintenance and I don t even have a Ford! They are always so attentive, don t over charge, and they do little extras for free. This time, the tech noticed my wipers needed replaced and I had a new set in my hatch, so he put them on for no extra charge. I scheduled a service here, selecting options they had AVAILABLE on their website. I scheduled my appointment multiple days in advance and received multiple confirmation texts to confirm my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I showed up on time and reported to the front desk. I was greeted by a receptionist who promptly told me "that's outside of our scope of work." I completely understand this, however, why not notify me before my appointment so I don't drive 20 minutes for no reason? I think this was completely unprofessional, I would recommend anyone looking to use this service call beforehand.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Showed up on my day off at the appointed time. Closed.I'm sure they offer 5 star service, but i didn't have the pleasure of making it that far.I think 2 stars is being generous..

I wasn't able to get my remote start working that I was TOLD by Ford was installed by Quick Lane. After going there without an appointment they immediately offered to look at things to help figure out what was going on. In the meantime found out they were not the ones who did the install. They still went above and beyond and fixed the problem (wasn't hooked up right by whoever did it) all for no charge. All employees were extremely courteous and helpful. Best experience ever at any place doing car service. 10 stars

Cincinnati Quick Lane has done my oil changes quite a number of times. They have always been easy, quick, and inexpensive. I like how you pull your car up and they take it from there. It doesent feel like a typical automotive place which is unpleasant. Highly recommend.

On point!!! Man for a dealership their pricing is very good. I went for a 4 wheel alignment. They checked it, came back and said that I needed a ball joint. They offered me a very fair rate to do it. The did alignment. Everything is amazing now.

They were quick with my alignment and were helpful in trying to get me somewhere quickly for tires that needed changed quickly I was unaware of. When they noticed they did not have my tires in stock they didnt push ordering them for me and instead recommended another store nearby for safety. I would highly recommend this team and we will be back!

Price on the tires were attractive, given the promised rebate. Nevertheless, the service at the store was very poor. Even though I was the only client being serviced, it took them one and a half hours just to install 4 tires. In today's competitive world, I would consider this unacceptable.

Fast friendly and extremely reliable. Best price around for oil changes, tires and general auto needs. Top notch service and professionalism. I drive from Liberty Twp. to have my car serviced here. It's my "go to" mechanic.

Came in for an oil change and found out my oil pan gasket was leaking. Not a big deal so I said ok fix it. They then informed me they are backed up and maybe can get to it on Thursday! I informed them this is my only car so I need to make an appointment because I can't leave my car! They replied we do not do appointments! So how do you call this a Quick lane then? Ended up going somewhere else same day! So in short want to keep your vehicle 4 days at least and won't do an appointment!

Eli was an excellent host while i got new tires and brakes and rotors on my Ford van which i also purchased from the good fellows over at sales department. This type of leadership to comfort the Customer shows that a good employee will keep the Customer coming back. Great service Mr. Mcannally!

I ve been to Kings Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center a few times and have always been pleased with the oil change and the price with the coupon ($20). This last time, I show up with coupon in hand and I am told I need an appointment even though the coupon clearly states no appointment necessary. Basically I m told to come back later. I make a separate trip, show up with several minutes to spare and was not able to get in on time because the Internet was down! What? Since when does it take the Internet to do an oil change? How about using a pad of paper and a pencil, write down the information and when the network comes back up enter what you need to in the computer. Not sure I ll be back.

Went in for an oil change. Girl was very nice, but said they only do them by appointment now... so much for Quick-Lane ???? The mechanic said (while standing in the lobby watching television), how busy they were. LOL. Somebody has pulled one over on the management!!!

Highly satisfied with service and staff. Wait room is clean, comfortable, equipped with coffee, wifi, and snacks. A valuable addition to their wait room is a tv screen that updates you on the status of your service. Must visit. They truly value your business and will take care of you.

Took my truck in for a new alternator. Shop told me the battery was bad too, and charged me for both.I took the old battery home charged it and it was just fine. New Battery that was not needed, cost me over $100.Good mechanics, but they price gouge!!!

Reduced wait times now that you are allowed to schedule oil changes. Nice waiting areas with WiFi, coffee, fruit, etc. I believe their staff are friendly and caring, but sometimes the place is so busy for them to spend a reasonable amount of time with you.

20$ MORE for 10w30 oil change..... never had to pay a premium for getting a10w30 vs 5w30 oil change.feels like a scam. I've always had to pay an extra charge for my engine taking an extra quart of oil, but nobody in 10 years had ever charged more due to the viscosity of my oil.....
