We took our 2021 Kia Sorento in for a 12,000 mile service about a month ago and had a slow leak coming from one of our tires we requested the crew take a look at for us too. During this service they performed a tired rotation and incorrectly reinstalled all of the lug nuts backwards. In addition to this, one of the lugs was not entirely snug This lead to minor alignment issues over the month at high speeds. They also claimed to look for the slow leak but did not find one.We took our Sorento to a local tire repair shop today as the slow leak persisted. They found the leak in less than a minute, which was directly in the middle of the tire tread. They also revealed the incorrectly installed lug nuts that were leading to the subtle alignment issue. Due to the plastic caps that cover the lug nuts we would have not thought to check or even typically see the error made during the Kia service.We purchased the Kia Service package when shopping for our new Kia a couple years ago but this would definitely make me second guess that decision in the future.

I had an oil change completed and within 6 weeks my car started running sluggish. Turns out, the drain plug bolt wasn't torqued down and nearly ALL the oil leaked out, received zero indicators, and nearly blew up my engine.

My Kia Soul has many recall issues although it's not even 100k miles yet. So I brought my car two times to the shop for the past quarter of the year. But the staffs have been pretty kind and helpful. Only I wish they hire more mechanics so it wouldn't take a month to diagnose a car each time.

My car has been sitting here for 4 and a half weeks and still has not been touched or moved to get a diagnostic test done to see what the problem is and so they can fix it. Everytime you call to get a uodate you can never get through to check on your vehicle and they DO NOT return voicemails. This has caused me to find rides all for them to keep telling me oh mam "Your car is next to be serviced" then it changes to "oh you have one more in front of you". DO NOT send your car here to the service department.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This place is a joke. Took my car in for a recall. Recall was supposed to be completed but next day engine light comes on. Make another appointment(a month later) after taking it to my regular mechanic and being informed it's the recall that wasn't completed. Take my car back a 2nd time for same recall and still not completed. They were rude and now my seat in damages due to their negligence. Now I have to take my car for a 3rd time for same problem. How are they in business. The lies this company tells smh. Pictures don't lie and my seat is damaged. I'm sure you'll are short a tool. Would you like it back? Please don't go to this place. What does my miles have to do with my damaged seat and a recall Kia issued

I called in, requesting a test drive. Anthony told me to come in, and he would get me in a car right away. I came in, another salesman told me to wait at a table, and I sat there for an hour and 45 minutes before walking out. Asked a couple people for another salesman, as there were many not busy, but they all said "I'll ask around." Awful customer service, not buying a car from them.

I was recently came here for a 6 month oil change & vehicle inspection. After making the appointment I received a reminder text message the day before. Also I received a service coupon in the mail about 2 weeks earlier that covered an oil change and tire rotation so I brought it with me. I went to the customer lounge after pulling my car into the service port and checking in with the service technicians. Immediately there was another text letting me know I could check in with them if I had questions or concerns. The lounge is quite comfortable for short term waiting. There is coffee and hot tea, water, free wifi, magazines and a television for a distraction. The wait did seem a little bit longer that day but the technician came to apologize & explained about some small mixup. He also told me they found a nail in my tire and patched it instead of putting a plug in so that the tread would wear down normally. The tires didn't need rotating. The tire patch was free due to my extra wait time. The checkout was quick and they used the oil change part of the coupon making the bill lower than expected. Superior Kia service department is awesome!!! I live in Maineville and it is so worth the drive, their friendly service is refreshing in today's world. I've been to other KIA dealerships but theirs is the best. Thank you
